Gamestop is gamestop they have used games and the employees hate YOU for existing and walking into their job except those few like the girl inside this one I liked her. She was pleasant and made sure I found everyhing correctly. Id come back.

Store manager was completely helpful! I was sent here from another store only to find out the game I was looking for wasn’t available. Not only did the manager help me find a better one to suit my daughter’s age group, but took the time to answer all of my questions and help me pick other games! Would highly recommend this location.

My experience @ The Game Stop located inside Fairlane Mall was excellent. Customer Service experience was exceptional! I highly recommend this establishment.

Good collection of games and very helpful staff. Their toys collection is pretty good too. The prices you get for your old games us pretty low but it is easier than selling them on eBay. The staff are super helpful and are very knowledgeable. The prices are not always as low as it is online and thats a bummer

Love this place most of the staff know me by name and always greet me whenever I visit they answer any questions that I have. The place is rather small but like I said the staff is awsome.

Staff are cool they always help me pick out a game I never know which one to get. They get distracted easily I have asked for a game a few times but if they dont find it they start doing something else without letting me know if they have it 😒

I received very good service and the cashier was somewhat knowledgeable,however the other worker was sitting in the doorway to their backroom eating lunch even though there were 4 ppl in line. He couldve either helped out or went in the back to at least make it more professional.

The two gentlemen working there were nothing but exceptional! Not only were they extremely helpful and informative but they were very kind and outgoing. What would have normally been a 20 minute experience turned into nearly double that as we simply enjoyed the conversation. This has been the best experience I have ever had with a store like Gamestop and it is entirely because of workers like those two gentlemen.

Nolan stands out as one of the best people in retail that I have worked with. He went out of his way to find these little items for me. I didnt just need one either, I needed 18! He said he found 17 and searched the store for the last one. GameStop is extremely lucky to have him as an employee and should do anything they can to keep him and train him up the ladder. As a former district manager in a similar industry he is exactly what is needed to motivate others! Thank you!

Has a decent selection of games however I was picking up a hold and the store associate did not acknowledge me. He was running his mouth with these shoppers who were not in line. He saw me come in but didnt assist me. A customer came in after me and he took the customer first. And once again he ran his mouth . I had to shout to him. Then he had an attitude and said I did. Then he handed me the game with force. Awful service. Main reason I buy games online

Only one guy working when I stopped in. Had to wait about 20 min but the guy at the counter was thoughtful and helpful. A bit cramped in the store but it is neat and presented nicely.

I just wish they had more animal crossing welcome amiibo card set .I only found one and that was a few months went there on 5/6/2017 and no animal new leaf welcome amiibo cards. And they need to give the guy who working on Saturday some help the poor guy was swapped. but he did his job.

Employee sold a collectible to a customer that was ordered by another customer. When employee was asked why certain customer wasnt buying it, employee said that said customer needed to stop being a poor person. Incredibly rude and condescending. Wont be back.

Gamestop employees care out you pre-ordering so much they will nag you forever to do it. They will make you feel uncomfortable and wont stop bothering you. I pre-ordered from this gamestop a couple years ago and I went in to get my money because I wanted to cancel it. When I told them they side they dont see it in the system. Do they really? So they gave me a hard time their mannerisms showed me they didnt care, they were passive aggressive and could care less. I called corporate they said u definitely have money on a pre-order go back and get your money. Well corporate contacted the regional manager and complained to his store manager saying make this right. The manager literally called me complaining for 30 minutes on the phone, not once did he make it right. I was forced to say lets agree to disagree. I went got my money and they gave me an attitude and said well Ill be short on my drawer and got ticked off. My point is Ive experienced nagging gamestop employees all over. This was the Red line they crossed. I have since gone to bestbuy for 2 years an have spent over $5,000 on game consoles and games, and I get 20% off at bestbuy with awards that give you money back. I went to two gamestops for funko pops and they seen my account expired, they ask you want to renew it, no I dont! You can see I dont come here, if I wanted to renew it Id let you know. One said we compete with bestbuy 20% and everything, I tell them I dont like gamestop because of whats mentioned above. They said, you just got a bad group, you cant taint the company, but I can though. I can decide if I want to give gamestop anything, and I choose bestbuy.

Its not there fault they are in the center of the mall. But if you live in Detroit and you have kids or a husband that still plays video games, they stay open later then all the rest of the Game Stop locations.

Over priced when buying, and way underpriced when selling.

Monopolized brick and mortar brand video game store! So their prices arent competitive. Used Gaming consoles shouldnt be twenty dollars less than a brand new gaming console! It should at least be one-hundred dollars less for example!
