Customer service is unreal if you walk in there for your first time the employees treat you like your friends and give you honest advice plus there prices are on point they have a huge selection of products from lighters to tobacco and everything in between, they have some awesome bongs I dont smoke but I considered getting a rick and Morty bong and use it as a flower vase. Ohhhh makes sense its in the name VIP they treat you like vip

I went in at 7 PM today. Please fire who ever was working at 7pm or check the cameras. He was not wearing a mask. I came to buy something and I saw him laughing with some people. After waiting to see if he would put on a mask I saw 3 friends walk in with NO mask and they were going behind the stand like they owned the store. They were buying vapes but doing inappropriate things with them like putting them near their private spots and putting it right back on the shelf. I will not be coming back here until I’m assured that that worker is fired because I had 6 friends text me the SAME problem I had. This is not okay. I went to the store because my friend was looking for one she is 24. I turned my car right back right when I saw him and the 3 boys laughing and doing inappropriate things in the store.

Quick service. Employees good to talk to. Prices are very competitive. Recommend this shop for your tobacco and vape needs in the area.

VIP Smoke and Vape has excellent customer service! Every time I visit the store with an issue, I know that it will be resolved. I had an issue finding the right coil for my vape and I had to visit the store twice to get the right one. No matter the number of visits, they made sure I was good to go before I left their store.

The staff are courteous and polite and so accomodating! The vip stores are clean, the smell fresh and it gives an ambience of relaxation!. However I think the staff gets the shout out this time!!

We were not from Michigan and my husband ran out of vape oil for his pen and needed a charger, the young men in the shop extended great service to him and made sure he would be satisfied with his purchase before they cashed him out. Issa was really great and on point with his recommendations. These gentleman made my husband a happy customer.

Went there to get a hookah and a nice mix for Tobacco and the cashier who apparently goes by the name of billy😂 was very welcoming and helped me a lot would recommend for everyone to give them a try and I promise you won’t regret going there...billy should most definitely earn a raise for his outstanding customer service

Im sorry I cant call and ask for something and u have no clue what it is. I DONT WORK THERE BUT GET GREAT SERVICE WHEN I DO GO TO CLOUD HUNTERZ.

Best vape juice/accessories selection. If theres something u cant find theyll most likely have it or can get it for you. They even make custom e-juice blends to your liking.

Horrible service and very nasty attitude. The man that answered told me I can’t come back in because the product I got from him was not working properly.. Take your money elsewhere his products don’t even work correctly and for me to be a regular at this shop and still be treated this way shows you that he does not care for his customers truly which is what a business should always do no matter what.. never coming back to this place ever again!

Horrible. Attitude. Didn’t let me come in after the vape I bought from him blew up in my hand from the first puff I took. I bought 8 vapes from him, and he didn’t find the professionalism in him to keep a good business going by being accepting of manufacturer defects. On top of all that, the attitude the guy gave me on the phone because apparently I was supposed to go in the day he told me on the phone “I’m out of everything”, so when I called the following day, he said I can’t come in? DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, AND NEVER AGAIN.
