Great service and prices. The people here are very detailed and seem like their very honest. They have a lot.of different types of cars to look at. You can buy your car outright or set up some financing. Interest doesnt seem like it gets to bad. Also when you buy a car they have up to a four year warranty plan you can also purchase which isnt to pricy.

Mike the man I worked with was super nice we got everything taken care of. I’m from Wisconsin and had a 6 hour car ride home. They were nice enough to make sure all fluids were topped off along with a new battery just in case. My first car buying experience from a dealer and it went amazing. Vehicle made it home with ease. 10/10 would recommend you give this place a try. They helped me step by step.

We went there looking to buy a used car. The salesman was very nice; he seemed honest. He vouched that both cars were in excellent condition. Both had been checked out by the mechanic at Platinum. We took them for test drives. One smelled like oil. The other had a hood that just wouldnt close right. We were still thinking that the issues would be minor, so we took both to a different local mechanic. He said one was a lemon and the other had definitely been rebuilt (the salesman said it had been in a minor fender bender).If you are considering buying anything from this place, make sure you have the car checked out by a mechanic who is NOT part of Platinum.

Went there late one night around 6 pm, got to test drive the vehicle I was looking at but the banks in the area had already closed so we could not set up financing options. I went the next day and Mike was very helpful in getting me my car that day. I went around 6pm again that day and he told me I was just in time cause he had an errand to run but he got everything straightened out for me that night so I could drive my car home. They have a lot of very nice vehicles, I was looking at 6 or 7 vehicles in my search for a new car and 4 of them were at this dealership. Mike is very personable and professional and he is very good at what he does. Definitely would recommend buying your next car here.

Honest dealership with sales person who go 110% and they are highly recommended by the Fire Department for dependable vehicles and great prices and they make sure you can get financed without problems no matter what you credit rating is. I had a great experience here. My car had died and I looked on CarGurus and found an add for a car I wanted. I sent an email that very day and got a reply back the very same night. The fallowing day I went and called Mike and he helped me alot. I scheduled a time to go look at the car and when I arrived he had it out clean and ready for me to look at and test drive. He was friendly and his other Co workers helped out as well. My car didnt have the exact manufacturers key so they actually programed a remote key for me and gave me a spare at no extra charge. Before writing this review I made sure to double check the address of this dealership, because indeed there are many in the Wayne County Area with the same name as this one. After verifying it was in fact this dealership with both the address on the bill of sale we received from them, and google maps/satellite I felt comfortable to give a review of my experience. We (my mom bought it for me) bought my first car here. We bought the Honda civic on Saturday and literally the day after we bought it it started overheating (on Sunday). We brought it back to them and they fixed it. A few weeks later it started leaking oil. We brought it to a certified dealership to get a complete diagnostics on the car and they said the cost to repair it would be about $5,000. More than what I paid for the car! I ended up selling it on craigslist to a gentleman willing to make the repairs on it, and lost out on $2000. Do not go to them! If you are looking for a car go to a certified dealership. Save everything you can, ride the bus, ask for a ride just do whatever you can until you can afford to go somewhere else. People work hard for the money they have and if you want something reliable, I urge you, do not waste your money here.

Im new to MI, originally from New York City, but moved here for a job at Ford. Being a nyc kid, Ive never had a car, but better late than never! They were super great and got me a BMW for and absurdly great price, with low interest. Im extremely grateful that I got such a great car for around the price I was looking for. I thought Id have to settle for something worse, but this really worked out perfectly. Anyone in my situation, especially new hires at Ford who need a car like me, GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY!

Do not buy a car from these people I did and I got screwed over they hid a lot of problems with the car I got and they were very rude when trying to negotiate price. Two weeks later I’m still finding and fixing problems that they “missed”

I am waiting for them to fix the headlights on the Monte Carlo i bought there. They went out as soon as i got home and they agreed to fix them but wired them wrong and theyre draining my battery. I have to get it jump started every time. I am waiting for the owner to call me to fix it properly but i heard he is out of the country so in the meantime i have no means of transportation. This is very upsetting. I love this car and have yet to be able to enjoy it. Please contact me ASAP (when it is fixed right will give you 5 stars!)

I got a car here and had it a month before it broke down. It’s still in there auto shop. Do yourself a favor and go some else. They tried to put the blame on me, even tho I only had the car a month. Within that month I took the car to there shop twice. I’m so glad, I got a warranty. Even with that, I’m going through all these issues. Save yourself the headache.

I bought a 2010 Acadia and the cost was $9000, it comes to find out that in the paperwork they charged me over $15000 for this car. Ive called and called about this issue and cant gey any help to fix this issue. I am now working with the finance company to fix this problem. If this doesnt work then I have to get a lawyer involved. Dont go here. Customer service is bad.

Ive had nothing but amazing service with Sam and Mike. I found a Honda CRV on Cargurus that was accidentally mark down and when I asked about it while visiting they honored the price! Also, the next day I accidentally drained the battery by leaving the light on all night, and Sam came righr to my home to give me a jump and offered additional help. All-around great people and service here, I would definitely recommend.

My son bought a car here the advertised price was $7999 but when he brought the paperwork home it said 13,999. We called and they said the $7999 was a cash price but it did not say that anywhere on their posting. We are still very mad

I bought a 2008 BMW 328i from them on October 9th of 2018, and when I got home, I learned they charged me $15,000 for a car that was advertised for only $8,999!!! Also, a TPMS light came on, and the front passenger side tire exploded! And it turns out they didnt even have TPMS Sensors, so thank God I checked! It cost me over $1,000 for 4 new tires, not including TPMS sensors. Now, my clutch went out, needs an oil filter housing gasket and oil pan gasket. I filed a lawsuit against them, unless they want to come clean and pay the $6,000 difference between the sale price and advertised price. DONT GO HEREEdit: Lmao, you did send me a check for the tires, but the $6,000 MARK UP doesnt help. I have a screenshot of the loan, and it is $13,000 NOT INCLUDING interest on a car you advertised for $8,999. And dont say that is the cash price versus financing because it didnt say it anywhere on the ad, and it also didnt say it on your website when I looked at it. You are crooked people and took advantage of a young first time car buyer. I can show you that the loan is for $13,000 with over $7,000 in interest. So yeah, DONT GO THERE!

I was able to basically choose which car I wanted and I was down to three that I wanted. Slim was such a great help and was able to get me approved for one of the three that I really like.
