This place is fantastic! We were on a road trip when we noticed smoke under the hood and the smell of burning oil. We called them and they got us in right away. Within less than an hour our mechanic ( I think his name was AD) had diagnosed the problem, replaced our oil filter, and had us back on the road. Overall a great and positive experience, if we lived in Georgia we would be back.

If you want to get your car a proper fix without getting any trouble and spending resealable price, this place is best. Adrian is so much professional to take care of his work.

They replaced did a head job for me after my timing belt jumped time they rebuild my head and replaced my timing belt kit on my Audi A4 it fired right up good loyal people to do business with they are nerds when it comes to cars

I have been taking my car here for the past 8 years I will not take my vehicle 🚗 to any other shop. I have two Benz and a rev camper Mr. Rabert is the only one that does all my repairs. No one is perfect 👌 but in Georgia he is the most honest and reliable.

Ive been taking my vehicles to him for three years and when I first found mr.Robert it was by accident. He restored both my Nissans back to great driving cars and one is a 2000 Altima and feels like a new car. He also keeps my Acura running smooth. I will not go anywhere else based off the experiences Ive had in the past with other mechanics he is one of the best a little slow but dependable.

The owner is a decent guy but the service is slow, very slow. I had service done and it took longer than I was quoted and when I tried to call the place it seems that my number was blocked !!!! I could not get through to check on my car however when I went up there other people seemed to have to problem calling and getting through, hummmm. When I got there car was suppose to be gone but I was waiting there for over a hour while the guy that looked to have been working on my car just walked around talking hanging out smoking. After pressing the owner a little I was able to get them to lower my vehicle down and get my paper work done so that I could get the heck up out of there. In Georgia there is a real need for customer service skills and classes even, for real!!! These people out here are a joke even to many of them not all, a far difference from mid west people who aint perfect by no means but I never had to deal with this non sense back there people needed a job and treated it as such. Even west coast was no were like this. Put some pep in your step and provide at least decent repair speed when working on cars and get people in and out in a timely manner!!!! But the prices for repairs are decent and again the owner is helpful. Come on my black people we need to do better we need more black excellence not the same old youll take what I give you mind set.

Robert was honest and kept his word on time of completion, what was to be done and the price. He has a good group of guys working with him that didnt mind explaining what they were doing. There were a lot of cars on the lot and it looked semi junk-yard ish would be my only knock about Crystal Auto, but honestly who cares if you get good honest work done at a affordable price.

You can always count on Robert & his team to give you fair prices & a working vehicle. Theyre awesome. I was new to Georgia & finding a mechanic is important so when i was referred by a colleague i gave it a try. 3 yrs later, theyre my go to guys. Thanks Robert!! 5 stars

I had my car fixed n 3 days later its broken in the same exact way. I call to get help and Im told they will, but i hear nothing from them & now ive given them money for nothing.Unfortunately this isnt the first time this has happened. I like Robert the owner Hes a nice guy & i guess i keep giving him the benefit of the doubt. But once again my car was rigged to work & not fixed.I dont have family to come to my aid & i feel taken advantage of. Its hard trusting a mechanic. Heed my warning. Dont let the prices fool you
