The owners are NOT grateful foryour business. No hello nor thank you. I went three times and its has been the same no manner older Asian lady at the counter. I will not be back. Ill take my money elsewhere! I suggest others do the same. Maybe then, they will be appreciative of the customers.

One of my new favorite hair stores around. Thay have a good variety of products for my natural hair that I want to try. I LOVE their collection of head wraps. So far every time I go they have all the products Im looking for. The workers are also super nice and helpful and have never been rude of gotten an attitude when I ask for help. Some items seem a tad bit over priced but Im willing pay I little extra for organization, cleaness and good service.

Great customer service the black young lady with the glasses always help. However, I saw a lady giving her a hard time. Like come on she is the only hard working employee there. If she can wait on us deciding on hair extensions and wigs. You all should wait on her as well. That lady was very rude to her but I like how the young lady handled herself. I wish the community will be grateful that she is always helpful, patient and not rude. We have to do better as community.

Only place I walk into that still is actually covid conscious. Temp check, if you cough you will get stared down lol. Fun selections of hats and stuff for kids. Clothing section but i havent visited much because Im plussize....like plus plus size and they dont have those. Very nice though. Wide variety of hair. I pretty much find what I need for my clients thats in the area and we have done passion twists, bobs, faux locs, knotless braids, crochets etc

The owners of this establishment talk to their Black Employees Iike they are less than. Made a huge deal about an employee being 10mins late for work. They take there time to listen and actually look for the items and color. They have a young lady named Amy who is extraordinary. I dropped in to price check an item. While there notice nice stretch pants and other specialty items. They offered a nice selection of womens belts. Great prices. having bought hair products here before I forgot about the large selection of wigs. There were several styles that interest me. What trouble me is that the sales person was unable to answer why after the 3rd try on, you have to purchase another hair cap for $1. Only purchase one wig and belt. had no appetite to purchase additional wigs here .That ruin my shopping experience as I felt their trying to get every dollar out of you. Then I was offer 10% discount since I got the display of that particular color wig. And no extra charge for the fourth wig tried on. Ill give them another try. Another day.

This is an upscale beauty supply store. The variety of products, is vast. I enjoy shopping ther. No dont, I will recommend it, and I will go back. Kudos!!

I have spent a lot of money at this place over the past eight or nine years. The last time I went, I said I wasnt going back, but this time I mean it. Why would you check a persons purse coming in the store. Then when I asked for help with finding hair that I was already wearing, since I purchased it there, the Asian lady pointed around the store and told me to look. Didnt spend any money! They have no respect for their customers! Will never go back!!!! Went to the next block to Chapel Beauty Supply! They were extremely nice. I have found my new beauty supply store!

It was ok.

The alarm was triggered upon me leaving the store. Long story short she took my purse like I stole something. Of course she didn’t find anything because I don’t have to steal. But I felt racially profiled. I recorded her as she took things out my $1600 Gucci bag as people watched in disbelief. Some even left the store because they decide not to spend money there anymore as they watched .

They always have everything I need for hair care and beauty supply. I even snagged a few reasonably priced hats for the current cold weather spell for both my son and me. I like that although I lingered near the hair color debating whether or not to bleach my hair I was disturbed but I witnessed the friendly customer service given to a customer who had asked for it.

The service here is weird. I always feel like a criminal the way the owner (male not female) way watches everyone. I understand wanting to prevent theft but it leaves my experience wanting. I prefer to go other stores where they are not as obvious.

I used to come here all the time back in the days when this building used to be a Blockbuster. The few times I have been here when this place became Fantastic Beauty 2, they had what I was looking for and I was on my way out. So if you are looking for argan oil, they have it!

I decided to call around when looking to purchase a hair dryer. This is the first time I have heard of a store that cannot give prices over the phone. They apparently are worried about competitors. If you price is good, it doesnt matter what others charge or if they know your price. That probably means your price is too high & you know someone can get a better deal somewhere else. I wont be shopping with you guys!!1 star only because i had to rate your business.

Im gone give it 1 star. The prices are extremely high. I purchased gorilla snot in the jar for $3.99. Went to Target same jar for 2.89. I purchased shea moisture co- wash with the orange label 8 ounces 13.99. Went to Target 15 ounces for 11.99. Was I not pissed at myself. Than I dropped the gorilla snot some fell out and she gone tell me I had to purchase another one and pay for that one as well, Cause she couldnt sell it to me I said okay was acting like I was gone purchase two and told her if I do she was gone give me both of them. She said okay I only got one. I only paid for one. I aint ever gone back in there. I know why it was only two cars out there. These asians are terrible over pricing products.
