It is the little things that make a difference and those help. I go to work very early and pass through that intersection every morning and the memes make me laugh. Needed a mattress same day same hour because of a failure on my moms existing mattress. We were moving her into an assisted living facility and had to get her moved in and leave the same day because she is in the memory unit. The manager helped me find the right mattress and she even helped me load the mattress. Exceptional customer service and got me out of a tough spot!

We purchased a twin bed-in-a-box mattress from Bill, the manager, the last day of a $100 off sale on these. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing one of these mattresses, but my husband instantly loved it when he laid down on one. When trying out the mattress in the showroom he laid down on a floor model which was a queen size. We didnt realize until after we purchased it and got it home and even slept on it that a regular twin mattress was a different length than all the other size mattresses. Its shorter! The sale had ended the day we purchased it but Bill was so kind and helpful that he let us exchange the mattress for the XL length at the sale price and just paying the sale price difference between the regular size and the XL size. He could have said SORRY, but he didnt, which speaks volumes to me about the quallity of Bills and this establishments customer service. I would highly recommend doing business with them. If found all the prices very competitive and absolutely loved the great customer service! And we love the mattress - what a buy for the money. Thanks, Bill.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, we did have a misunderstanding regarding the split king mattresses. I was not happy with the installation, as during the first night I slept on my new bed, the mattress was hanging off the end of the bed when I awoke.

I asked Bill McIntyre to give me the best price on the Tempurpedic set that I wanted and he did. I checked another store and I knew he had given me the best deal. He made the paperwork easy and I am getting just what I want. Will recommend Bedz express to others.
