I cannot recommend Scott and his shop enough. I went in with a specific need I’m a bike, and he had the most comfortable product I’ve ever ridden. I shopped around a bit but came back to him not only for a superior product, but the best after-purchase support offered from any store. When we were leaving, he said, “If it doesn’t ride like it’s brand new anymore, come in and make it my problem.” We will happily be returning to this shop for all future bike needs!

These guys are awesome! They taught me everything about cycling and really took their time with me. I bring my bicycles in for service every year and they do an amazing job! (I didnt even buy my bike from there since I moved to Decatur recently) The quality service they provide far exceeds what you pay for. I cannot recommend this place enough!

DBS is one of the best bicycle shops in Central Illinois. The staff is very helpful both on the sales floor, and the repair shop. They are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience with every visit.

I bought my Trek Madone here in 2013 and have been more than happy with both the bike and the store. Sadly, my Madone suffered an irreparable injury recently. I would not consider going to any other shop for a replacement. Great brand, great guys, great shop.

Best bike shop in town! Staff is awesome, very welcoming and friendly. I came in near close on a Saturday not realizing it and Scott was very patient and even offered to put my accessories on even though they were about to close. I definitely recommend this shop for all your bicycle needs!

The salesman was so helpful and found just the right bike for my grandsons Christmas. He answered all our questions and even let my grandson take one of the bikes with the huge tires out into the parking lot to ride - even though we were clearly not purchasing an additional bike. He was very professional, even expressing his admiration for a competitive bike shop in town and explaining how they worked together. He helped us load the bike into the car with a promise of any help that we might need.

I recently bought a new bike Scott was very helpful in making sure I got the right bike to fit me and my needs . The staff there are all friendly and very knowledgeable.

I took my bike in here for a tune up and new tubes after spending an embarrassingly long time in the garage through moves. Wound up also picking up a pair of shoes, and Ill be back for more kit soon. THEY HAVE BIKES AND ACCESSORIES FOR ALL BUDGETS ON SITE BUT IF YOUR LOOKING FOR SOMETHING SPECIFIC AND UNIQUE THEY HAVE ACCESS TO ANY AND JUST ABOUT ALL BRANDS. THEY GO ON WEEKLY GROUP RIDES AND KEEP THE SPEED DOABLE FOR MOST PEOPLE. I REALLY LIKE DBS BECAUSE THEY DONT DO THE PRESSURE THING. LIFES HARD ENOUGH WITHOUT SOME BIKE SHOT BEING PUSHY. ONE THING IVE FOUND ABOUT DBS IS THAT THEY WONT TRY TO UPSALE EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS WHEN A CHEAPER PRODUCT WOULD DO JUST FINE. I GIVEEM FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS.
