I came for an appointment but Lauren wasn’t there. The lack of communication really had me upset but she did call and apologize for not being there. She came back to the shop to do the piercing and very friendly. I appreciated her for coming back and I was greatly. The piercing was very quick and looks great. I would highly recommend her, she did an outstanding job.Thanks again Lauren😊

If youre looking for a clean piercing without the best cosmetics this is the place for you. Lauren is so sweet and an expertise at her craft. She has an apprentice, Genna, so sweet and young, still learning how to perfect her craft, but did an awesome job with my tragus and nose piercing. She didnt rush me out of there, was patient with my fears, and very receptive of my wants. I would definitely return again!

Honestly, I’m disappointed that it’s been over a month since I’ve reached out to Lauren on both her personal and professional social media platforms as well as a text message in regards to a piercing I received from her “apprentice” under her supervision. The apprentice was super sweet and cautious of any pain she was causing. However, Lauren allowed her to pierce with minimal supervision. She told her where to poke and eventually did the piercing herself when her apprentice couldn’t get the ring through. During my session, Lauren was piercing someone else as opposed to standing aside her apprentice ensuring she was doing things properly. I had my nose pierced for about 6 weeks before I grew a large keloid resembled bump around the piercing. I sent Lauren a picture and asked for recommendations on what to do... no response. I had to go to another piercer to get the jewelry removed. He noted the jewelry was cheap & the stud used to pierce my right nostril was actually intended for my left nostril. It’s very unfortunate because I love supporting black business and women in charge but I will never return here for another piercing. It’s unprofessional to not respond to something of this magnitude. Additionally, there were no after care instructions provided except for which cleanser spray to purchase. Overall, the issue could’ve been remedied with a text or dm back but alas.

I recently just finished my apprenticeship with Lauren! My experience was great! Lauren was very helpful with any questions I had and made sure I did everything step by step, correctly, and quickly! I have no complaints, she’s very cool, calm and confident in her work. She gave me an idea of what I’d be feeling based on her customers, and although it was painful like a lot of piercings, she was quick! So as fast as it hurt was as fast as the pain stopped! She’s awesome!

Lauren was awesome! She was quick, sterile (everything was in sterile packs) she trashed everything and cleaned up when done. And very courteous. She was right on time. My appointment was at 3:20pm I was out by 3:30pm. I will go back for another peircing if needed.

Was 14 mins late after my appointment time. I was not informed that you were running late neither were the other 4 people waiting with me because they started asking what time was our appointments. Also was not very warm and welcoming, no smile or anything.
