Wilks was recommended to me by a friend on Facebook and they did not disappoint. They are honest, reliable, and provide excellent customer service. I go to and will continue to go to Wilks for ANY and ALL auto repair needs. They communicate well and are pretty quick as a plus!

I must give Jeff credit, I had a flat on a late Friday evening. He told me he could pull it in because he was short handed. I asked if I removed tire would he plug it and he agreed he also loaned me a jack because mine broke.

I was told tires were not the problem, it needed alignment. Also told because we didnt have tires rotated.Guess that was our fault. Bought 2 new tires had it aligned. Was told needed new brake on rear and needed new shocks. Took it to mechanic, he said brakes were in great shape, so were shocks.Will not go back.

DO NOT & I REPEAT DO NOT pull off without looking at & feeling the treads on your tires after they have supposedly done a rotation & balance of your tires, this was the SECOND time theyve done this to my vehicle there will not be a THIRD a word of advice if you are seeking a rotation of your tires let it be the ONLY thing that they are doing because they cant do that & something else on your vehicle!!! Have been doing business with these guys for 25 years. They always do a great job and stand behind their work. If I need something done, they tell me. If I need something but I can do it myself, they tell me that also. It’s nice to do business with people that you totally trust- that’s rare these days.

I went in for an alignment and was advised that I needed four new tires. I was advised that one of the tires had a nail in it and they would not be able to repair it due to where it was located, I would need to replace it. I was quoted $530. I declined, left, and went somewhere else b/c I knew that my tires were not bad and that there was plenty of tread on them. I told the person at the other establishment what Wilk’s had said. He said no way do I need four new tires and he could actually fix the tire with the nail. He did replace one tire and fixed the tire with the nail. I will never do business here again. I feel that they attempted to charge me for something that I did not need. Luckily I know better than to just fork over the money. People, if it sounds wrong it probably is! Get a second opinion and don’t do business with a company like this!

Claimed I needed brakes, didnt get brake pads, but checked them myself. Two bolts holding the piston bracket were missing .they said they didnt remove the bolts, but didnt notice the were missing. How can you not notice something is missing during an inspection?

I have been coming to wilks for quite some time now. Even with everything going on, they are making sure to take care of their customers needs. They are being safe and I saw the woman up front wiping each chair after every person got up as well as the door handles and card machine. Way to go!

Came in for a tire repair. chose to also get an oil change. the lady up front kindly told me about a free rotate I could get with my oil change.I ended up needing three new tires cause I had some wires coming out. they got me a good price on them and are so nice.

I had actually set up an appointment and forgot about it. I came in two days later to re-schedule it and told the girl up front I was terribly sorry. She kindly told me that it was no problem and set me up for a later day. Thanks for being understanding and getting me in this morning.

My brother-in-law suggested I come here for an oil change and I am so happy he did! Getting my car checked in, the service itself, and the quality of the oil change was nothing shy of perfect. They answered any and all questions or concerns I had and was very kind throughout the entire process. I will definitely be getting my oil changed here from now on.

I stopped in this morning to see if I could get a plug for my daughters tire. The lady upfront told me they do patches which is much more reliable. In and out in a very fast time.

I came into Wilks Tire yesterday to check out some tires and get a few prices. The lady up front was quite helpful in helping me make the best decision for my money. I will be getting a great set of tires and Ill be getting two hundred dollars back. Sounds like a great deal to me.

Always great service. The little girl up front checked my tiresair pressure the other day and told me if the light came back on to come have it checked. That is just what I did today. Very fast this morning.

Ive had poor experiences with this Wilks location for several months, starting with our truck. Friday was my cars AC needing recharged, after replacing the condenser ourselves. They told me that it was bubbling at the hose connections, believing it to be a leak. In reality, the leak had already occurred due to the faulty condenser put in before the newest one, and had sprayed refrigerant everywhere in the engine bay. They had me pay $59.95 just to look at bubbling and did not perform the AC Recharge. When I asked to be shown where the leak was, it was not happening at all (because there was no leak).COVID-19 Review: Some mechanics were not wearing masks at all, despite the state and city mandate, and the gentleman at the counter had his mask under his nose (the incorrect way of wearing it) and proceeded to pull his mask down when he was trying to explain to me about the hoses when I was having a hard time understanding the situation. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer, and a 3 foot wide plexiglass barrier directly in front of the computer. Chairs were spread apart, and most were wearing their masks properly, except for one gentleman wearing his incorrectly by not having a seal around his chin.

I had a low tire pressure indication on my dashboard on my rental car while staying at the nearby hotel. I stopped by and they quickly checked all my tires and inflated them to the correct tire pressure within 5-10 minutes. When I asked them what I owed them, they said “ no charge”. It is too bad that I do not live in this area. But, if I did, they would get my business. Thank you!!!!

I’ve always gotten great service. And prices are the best around! They are conveniently located by food places to have lunch while waiting! I always come on my lunch break and they get it done in time for me to head back to work!

There will always be a sense of assurance when I take my car to Jeff and Carl and Brittany at Wilks Tire and Battery Goodyear store on the Beltline. Ive had the occasion over the past (until I met Wilks) to outlay unnecessary money... I guess it was 6 years ago I started using the same place that my brother used and he was very happy with as a result I have been also. The whole family uses them if they are within geographical range of Wilks our cars and trucks go to Wilks. The reason why is because of their integrity their honesty and their diligence to give you a square deal. I do not have a new car, I have one that serves me well. Dude is not a good mechanic, he has no idea what he’s doing and he targets women to rip them off. I had to write him a demand letter and thankfully he refunded my girlfriend

I came in to Wilks Tire today because my father in law uses them. We ordered some tires off of goodyear due to him being a retired employee. They were so helpful in getting me to understand all that was included and also did an alignment to help ensure the tires would wear properly.

Went for alignment got the car back with scratched paint on my brand new bumper and had to replace 4 front end parts. Each time I went to pick the car up they told me a different thing was wrong after I had already bought the part to get other thing they told me needed replaced. Very bad experience. The first gentleman I dealt with was super nice but the second was very mean and not professional.

Always get an oil change here, theyre honest about problems and efficient. A while back they told me about a burned up transmission in my brothers car and also mentioned to not get it flushed because of the problems it would cause. Even though it would have gotten them an extra hundred+ or so bucks.

Shocked and amazed. I came in to have my brakes and rotors replaced. I bought the parts and had them install for $55. Great price. In the process they found out I needed new calipers, and also that I needed a new upper arm control. They couldnt even put my car back together because it was undriveable the car could have bottomed out and caused a severe accident at any time. I had NO CLUE! I had went to another mechanic to get a few other things done and they never mentioned this. Needless to say, I trust them completely! Didnt even know I knew the manager and now I know I can trust Wilks!!!
