Clean friendly location. They keep the shelves stocked. The fruit is always fresh. They have a seafood department with fresh seafood. There is a deli that have hot foods to eat on the go. The deli also have subs, chips, salads, sodas and so much more. This is a great place to come pick up lunch or dinner(roasted chickens). I usually call my order in ahead of time because the deli line can get really long. There is a bakery with fresh baked pastries and you can order your cakes for any occasion. There is a pharmacy. They also sell alcoholic beverages and they will check I.D. they also have a customer service desk for western union, tobacco products and much more. Kid friendly.

It was great. Publix has the best meat in town. The BOGOs are good. The store is clean and the employees are nice. Their deli subs are the best.

For some reason, I cant find out the name of the guy that did my nose piercing, but he was awesome. It was my first piercing, but my friend who has a lot of piercings saw the process and was impressed by how fast, precise, and easy he did it. He didnt give me the chance to be nervous or anything. It didnt hurt much, and the customer service from the 2 gentlemen present was excellent. Good vibes and good work.

I have visited this place multiple times throughout the year but until now, now improvements have been made in the deli department. At dinner time every time I will be there there are always a long line with at least 30 minutes waiting time. One person will be struggling to serve customers and foods are not cooked. So please shop at the deli at dinner time at the expense of your (time). Im not sur what the management is doing about this issue.

Early morning is the best time to go here, always so clean and well organized, the only problem is not enough cart holders in the parking lot, to far apart, especially for seniors

I’ve been shopping here for 20yrs, always have enjoyed the bakery and desserts. However there is a noticeable change with single sliced cakes in the bakery section, the cakes are no longer moist, apparently the mixture or either the contractors for the bakery has changed. The cakes are now dry and unflavored. This will definitely be a game changer for me. I’ve always admired the deli at Publix, however I dislike the new changes, this is why I’ve always shopped at Publix over Kroger deli.

Very busy location and small parking area. The pharmacy at this location is also very slow but very well priced. Please keep in mind they do not accept all insurance (i.e Kaiser Permanente). The deli line is usually wrapped around the isles. The do not have self checkout and the checkout lines are down the isles. You cannot get in and out of this store in a decent time frame.Pros- Seafood is always very very fresh here. Never had a bad experience.

I usually can find what I need pretty easily here. The line for the fresh deli food is always long. That tells how good it is and how the area is lacking in quality restaurants. The store is usually clean. Ive had cashiers not even acknowledge my existence a few times so I cant give it 5 stars. Other than that, my overall experience here is great.

The deli is never on time with online orders! I can place my order an entire hour in advance, get to the store and still have to wait past the pick up time given! This is insane!!! No way the in store orders line should be moving quicker than the online orders!! No WAY!!

I am from the west coast we were hungry and every restaurant had a long line and or wait. We went in here to get a.snack to tide us over on our drive to Augusta.. Nice little deli area. We got pre-made sandwiches. They did the job.

Poor customer service. Waits with no one behind counter to assist. Manager asked had I been helped then proceeded to walk away with no apology or any question to go “find who’s supposed to be behind here” No one asking how you are before they speak to you. I asked one lady how are you today before starting my food order because it’s just common courtesy and the reply was “good” nothing else. Not beyond forgiveness but just rude behavior for no reason. Won’t be shopping here again unless it’s an emergency. No thanks.

The entire deli department staff is rude and unprofessional. Definitely the worst service ever. Very little to no sales items available throughout the store no matter what day you go

Only giving one star because I did get what I needed at the end. However, there is no reason I should have to WAIT 15 minutes AFTER my pickup time at the deli, JUST TO STILL have to wait in line to have my sandwich made. And the only explanation is “well I just got here”....... YET YOU’RE MAKING SANDWICHES FOR PPL WITH PICK UP TIMES AFTER MINE. Idgaf if you just got there, you know howTo tell time. The woman who ended up makingMy sandwich was very kind however, and I wish I’d gotten her name. The other older lady who was supposed to make it was very nonchalant and probably could care less. I Won’t be coming back.

Its the usual very buzzy clean nice staff courteous managers at your service in store products over all a great place shop.

This is my neighborhood Publix and I am generally very happy with the service and cleanliness, etc.. However, the online hoagie order service really needs to be reviewed. EVERY TIME I order online and arrive at the time indicated (usually about 30mins from order) not only is my order NEVER ready but I stand and watch the order at the machine being ignored by the staff. When I finally get someones attention to ask about my order I am told that it just got here. I am a patient person and I also understand the team is working very hard but there needs to be a process to check for online orders. Unfortunately, until the process improves I would not recommend it.

I went here around 12;45 pm today flat shoals pkwy location. The check out rep made a mistake they happen right it was the manager that was awful publix is good for customer service cause the prices are higher but at this location the customer service mainly manager is reeds to be trained on how to handle customers he is clueless

If I wasnt starving i would walk away. Their deli department is the worste. Everytime we order ahead or even online never fails the order isnt ready and we have to ask for it and they make it then. I even gave extra time. This is my first time seeing behind the counter... hope this isnt my last sub 😳 dirty as hell.

This is one of the best Publix in the Atlanta area. The store is always clean, always organized and always stocked. The employees are attentive, kind and engaging. It is a wonderful experience every time! Bonus..the music is GREAT!!! If you got there, you know! Many of us walk around singing along with it. Thank you Publix Flat Shoals!

The issue I have with this store is with trying to fulfill Instacart orders. It seems that everytime I place an order more than half the items arent available, like today what store doesnt fried chicken for a 5:30pm pickup, but they didnt have any meats not even for subs. They didnt have potatoe chips, dips, etc. Enough with this foolishness. I will just do a pick-up at the Glenwood Publix from now on.

The bakery is absolutely the worse. No respect for time or patrons, the quality of the work is well below the publix standards. But the manager Keisha is AWESOME and helpful personable and highly effective.

Always super busy! Sometimes they dont get your order right when you order online. But its good for the most part.

It was okay my only complaint would be standing in line in the deli section. Their chicken and sub sandwiches is quite popular. Most of the time the sub line is long and moving slowly. It seems like they would have more employees during the rush hour. On the plus side for me they finally got in the Publix Gummi Worms they had been out of for month woo hoo!!

Did not have my sub sandwich ready when I arrived at 3:00 for a 2:20 pickup time. Could it be someone took it from the holding station. So sad. Beware when you order on-line. The sandwich maker did a good job when she made it over though. Thanks for her recovery.

Always cleans and well stocked. Staff is really friendly. I love living so close to a good supermarket.

Sadly but every time I go here there is no chicken and a long wait- if you see the demand is up the supply should also follow this model. They should really Keep the chicken dropped especially when it’s on sale and you see a long line consistently. Same thing with the subs line, always long and not enough workers during the rush times.I hope it gets better soon, this neighborhood deserves better when spending our hard earned dollars here.

Publix is a very clean and neat store. My experience today was not so good in the deli department, I had a 50 minute wait in line before I could give my order. I only waited that long, because I was buying a sandwich for someone else.

Service is hit and miss on the sandwich bar when youre ordering online. So its best to go in so you can monitor how they make your sandwich. Other than that youre going to get the minimum.

Pretty good service. Store is always clean and well stock. Some of the cashiers can be a little friendlier. Depending when you, they seemed to be short staff especially with baggers. But overall a better shopping experience than the Kroger across the street

Picked up food from the hot food bar. The fried chicken is seasoned well and was nice and juicy. There were dozens of sides to choose from. We got food for a small gathering, the person who assisted was very helpful and polite. We also stopped by the bakery and without an order we picked out a cake and got a message wrote on it. All of the staff on the floor was helpful and asked if we needed assistance. The cashier and bagger were quick and packed our cart well.

Bought this the other day and this is what I received. This isn’t the first time old and expired products were found at this location. I’m a Publix fanatic but this one is a disgrace. I’ve encountered so many situations at this particular location and had let it slide but enough is enough. My very first visit an employee was ranting to each customer about drama happening amongst other staff members. Then a few week ago the milk I had purchased leaked all, over the back seat of my car. An employee was informed about the situation and said nothing. And elderly lady had asked me to read the expiration date on an item and it was a year passed date yet was on the shelf. And now this!

I mostly shop here for my customers. Publix can be a bit pricey. I have to admit their fruit salads and tossed are very fresh.Their fried chicken is good and they make great sandwiches .I mostly shop for their BOGO sales.
