Terrible customer service. The gentleman in the store when I dropped off my item was very friendly so I dont know if this is on him. But, they were supposed to call me about a repair. They never did so. They wont answer the phone when you call. The recording then says you can leave a message, but when you try, the mailbox is full. Consequently, in order to find out if and when they were going to repair my item, I had to drive to the store.

Batteries Plus is a great place too go for just about any kind of battery you are looking for! Not only do they have the battery you need, the customer service is Great! I went in too get a battery for my watch that come from a jewelry store, I usually too jewelry store too get my battery changed and it cost alot. But I went too Batteries Plus on the Belt Line. They had what I needed and even changed it for me for a great low price!

Not only do they have specialty batteries they do key fobs! Didnt know that. I made an online order and picked it up about 2 hours later when I get the email it was ready. No one else had it locally! Bonus!!

Bought a Duracell Ultra Battery for Harley Screaming Eagle Street Glide 2 year warranty, a Nebo Larry Boss LED flashlight, and 2 lithium FOB batteries. The young man replaced the FOB batteries. In and out in less than 10 minutes. For less than a replacement battery at Harley Davidson. Excellent Service.

I received an email saying the battery was ready to go. I went to the store the next day to pick it up, and the battery was NOT ready to go. It had not even been taken out of the box to be checked. I spent 20 minutes standing around in the store waiting for them to get it ready.

Went and got my screen replaced, when i got it back my phone speaker didn’t work and my screen was not in place it was falling out! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!

Overpriced, Unprofessional. My phone was “fixed” and as soon as I left the store it was lagging and freezing and constantly restarting itself. I was not happy and called the store to tell them what was happening and that I was going to return, and it was like it was a joke to them. They didn’t want to take it back or give me a refund. The manager (Scott) was very rude over the phone and unprofessional, I will NEVER return or suggest this store.Took my phone to Apple and they replaced my screen with APPLE parts, which this place DOES NOT. And it was cheaper at the Apple store. GO TO APPLE!
