Cool, laid back store

I still have a PS3 for my child. There arent many selections for that device and a lot of them were overpriced. The associates were helpful though. I bought 4 games and only 1 didnt work so took it back and traded with no issues.

GameStop is a dying franchise, and well be glad to see this one go with the rest. Theyre short-staffed by design, and the glazed over expression and generally unconcerned disposition of the employee or two youll see does not give off the impression of a well-run store, further exemplified by shabby computer systems, which failed on my most recent visit, causing a substantial slow down in the only available checkout line. Since theres no indicator for which line is strictly open, customers could be seen milling around both registers, unsure of where to check out, and visibly irritated when told to get into the much longer line at the other register. The store itself is far too small for such congested traffic, so any casual browsing of titles will be halted by such slowdowns, as it was for most people entering the store in search of last-Gen releases. I was glad to have come into the store for something specific and was able to leave with my item in a little under a half hour.

Usually understaffed, but the staff usually knows their stuff and are very helpful. Get a few bucks back on these games you or your kids play for five minutes and get tired of.

I stood in line for about 30 mins to make a purchase. Only one cashier was available to help 5 people. A few walked out because of the wait. She did very good though. No one had an attitude but she was definitely being over worked. Not sure if someone else was there or not to help to her. Doubt there were because they wouldve came out to help. Need more cashiers.

These kids come in with excitement of trading games only to be ripped off by these guys. I told me son to keep the game and we went to buy the game that he wanted at another supplier and at a cheaper price.

Overlooked location. Good stop to find games not common in other locations. 5 years later and still one of my favorite location.

This Gamestop has been here for nearly or just over 10 years now.....my fondest memory was participating in a Mortal Kombat tournament there...it was fun.

On August 16th my husband and I went to the GameStop in South DeKalb mall. We traded a PS4 for an Xbox One. The lady working there took 20 minutes to make sure our system was working properly before continuing the trade. We thought that was good because surely they do this with all their trades. My son hooks up the system and tries to login in and he gets a message saying the console is banned. How can a banned console ever make it through a trade at GameStop? Worst experience ever.

This is the #1 stop for gamers. Gamestop features all of the hottest games, and also sells controllers, systems, memory cards and etc., all suited to the video gamers taste. They also sell games for older systems, and recently has started a Power Up Rewards service allowing customers to earn points for more items. I recommend it!
