Will definitley go again if I need anything. Everywhere i called was booked a month in advance. They called back 5 minutes later with a cancellation and i got in within 2 days. I have been in and out of vision centers for the last 20 years, and this was as pleasant as can be. They ran the usual tests and an xray of my eyes. Which feels so strange and wonderful. Eyeball enveloped in white light for a nanosecond. In and out in 45 mins with new set of contacts and glasses. Went for contacts but found a pair of glasses with my favorite color palette and couldnt pass up. Very pleased. Thanks
The women at reception are very nice and helpful. However, I have never experienced such a long wait time at an optometrist. I ended up re-scheduling my appointment after waiting over an hour. OK selection of glasses. Store was clean and bright.
Horribly rude people. Avoid.
Went for exams for myself and my 5 year old son. Between the two of us, we were there almost 3 hours. They fit me with a set of one-month contacts, and I ordered a supply of contacts. Nearly 4 weeks later, after calling twice to check on them, I finally got a call that my contacts were ready. That day when I picked them up, I was informed that I had a balance of almost $300, even though insurance should have covered most of it. I questioned it, and was told they would contact the district office and figure it out. Apparently they hadnt run it through insurance yet (4 weeks after the appointment) and when they did, I had a minimal balance. I went in to pay it and thought I was done. They called the next day and said we still had a balance on my sons appointment! I questioned it (again, insurance should have paid it) and they said they would look into it. Today, another month later, I got a bill for that balance on my son. I called to ask about it again, and after contacting the district office, again, they found out that it also hadnt been run through the insurance. Again. We didnt owe anything.Nikki was the person who contacted the district office both times, and both times she had the problem figured out within just a few minutes! She seems to be the only one there who is capable of resolving the issues, or willing to actually help. She was great!We wont be back.
Awful customer service and awful service in general. I will never go here again. My first pair of glasses that I ordered where completely the wrong prescription! No apology or anything regarding the mess up when I paid close to $500 for an exam and one pair of glasses. Then I have to call to see when my glasses are in knowing that I have a pair that is so messed up I can barely see… but what does your staff care for right? I should of listened to everyone when they told me to go elsewhere.
The ladies that work here are so nice. they were very patient with my youngest and I didnt have a long wait time
Got glasses here and twice in about three months the screws came loose. Went back twice for then to fix it and the issue kept happening. They werent remorseful over the poor quality of the product. It seemed like they were unbothered by my problem.

There was no waiting but yet it took over 2 hours to take care of me.
The wait is outrageous. They gave me the wrong prescription for my eyes. I went back a 2nd time to get the script corrected and got a new Optometrist who said the first measured me wrong and asked if I knew if I had Cataracts? Uhm whut, the 1st Doctor said my eyes were extremely healthy?!?!? Funny how no one else ever told me that, I must have really aggressive cataracts what grew in 6 weeks!! Total crap show.
Dont call you tell you your eye exam was canceled tell your on your way.
