Just filling up & I happened to save a lot of getting 30 cents a gallon less on flex fuel E85 ethanol for yesterday & happened to be a MAPCO rewards member for the app to earned points on cool stuff.

There was human waste on the floor.And the toilet was full of Urine and used up toilet paper . The bathrooms are horrible I almost steeped in it too .

I was there at 4am today. The lights were on, the news papers were stacked by the door but the doors were locked. In the past I went there for coffee but most of the coffee dispensers were empty.

We used to love going here for gas, cigarettes, and drinks. Never again! First shift theres a older lady black curly hair who lacks in customer service skills. I do not ever need her to tell me how I should do my card. Also, second shift is not that great either.

I travel to Destin, FL from Saint Louis 2-3 times a year. My first experience with MAPCO was in May. My wife and I decided to quarantine ourselves in Destin and stopped by MAPCO for fuel. My wife and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of the restrooms, plus, they provide gloves at the fuel pumps! I stopped again on my way back to Saint Louis on August 31st and they are consistent! Restrooms remained clean and gloves at fuel pump! An excellent fuel stop and convenience store!

I just wish using the points was easier. But the bathrooms are always clean.

This store is an embarrassment for the company. Poorly managed... 1 cashier working while other employees are not helping. They also want to charge $1 for a cup of water, but only 50¢ for a cup of ice. After waiting for 5 minutes in line, the cashier said they had had to charge me a dollar to pay for what I put in the cup... I put water in the cup... Water is cheaper than ice.... Last time I waste my money here...

Marco is one of my favorite stores. Always well stocked. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Marco is always clean. Its a plus that they are open 24 hours a day.

Everytime i go to this location the doors are locked. Whats the point in saying you are 24 hours when you lock the doors for several hours throughout the night. Imagine being slammed at work and the one break you have to go get a snack from a 24 hour store and the doors are locked!!

We love the caramel syrup but you took it away why that was one of the best things. If you stop the caramel macchiato cream I may not buy coffee anymore. Please bring the caramel syrup back

I went in here almost everyday and randomly they picked days they charge for creamer? It’s a very clean store but the staff is either a hit or miss. I haven’t been back in a while because the Walmart gas station is right across the street and I enjoy the experience better.

Second time Ive been turned down for my license having a very small chip off the corner. The cashier was extremely rude. I just got a ticket a week ago and Im pretty sure if my license was illegal as she said, that the cop would have informed me. I used to love mapco, but that one cashier ruined that for me. She doesnt need to be working with the public if she doesnt know how to communicate in a proper manner .

This is my daily one stop shop for gas, drinks, and smokes. Awesome rewards program. Friendly staff, always very clean and sanitary. Highly recommend

At first the place was great but now every single time i go i have to wait for them refill something, mostly coffee creamer, seems first shift leaves it for someone else to do. And night shift seems like they dont care about anything, what kind of company lets every employee talk on the phone with bright white earpieces while working? it is very unprofessional and when i ask for help it seems like it is bothering them. first shift needs to take care of their responsibilities and afternoon shift needs an attitude adjustment. if i owned this place i would have fired all of them months ago.

Not going to be shopping here any more. Ignored by clerk at this location, I left without buying anything. Encountered same problem at their other Decatur store (Priceville I-65 exit). Only one clerk minding the whole store in late evening hours. If they decide theyre busy with other store duties, youre going to have to wait til theyre done. Im not having any of it--Mapco, you dont know how to run your stores. Please find some other place to locate your stores--we dont need you here in Decatur.

If I could give this location 1 star I would I have had several mad experiences with the food so I have not been in the star except to get gas. I went in this morning for the first time in a month or longer and the food that I received was awful it was hard and overcooked and looked like it had been cooked in old oil. Considering that its almost impossible to get a manager to be sympathetic with you about the issues is also a minus for the store. I spend $8 on food this morning and the only thing that was worth paying for was the soda. I will never buy food from this store again .

I come in and purchased gas and two drinks one was a mapco ice drink and a sweet tea. All the inside of the building says any size for .99c and I always get the drinks for that price when I go except for today. The cashier stated I had the wrong cup since I got an ice drink, but I have been getting this since this location opened, very inconsistent............

2nd shift is the best .

This is a very clean store and generally the service is good. This morning the associate in the deli was transferring chicken from the fryer to the case with no gloves.

Let customers know beforehand if they cannot get a receipt at the pump prior to pumping gas. This seems to be a trend at Mapco in Decatur.

I went to buy two drinks, a good living cola fizz and a naked green machine, the naked smoothie had a $1.99 under both flavors. At the register the new employee, Tammy, said the smoothie was $3.49 I told her its priced here at $1.99. She went to the food deli and got this blonde who came with me so I could show her. She pointed to the drink on the other side of the shelf, so I asked then why is the $1.99 straight under the naked smoothies. She goes around to the back of the shelf when she comes out her exact words were they are just misshelfed. I asked since they are the price advertised thats what Im getting it for right. She procced to tell me no Im not but we have cheaper drinks if you cant afford it. On top of all that she said it in front of four customers, which one female customer who was buying the same drink said Ill just go to pilot across street where they dont mistreat theyre customers. So I bought the cola fizz and ask the cashier who told me her name was Tammy. Then I ask Tammy how to contact the manager she looked behind her at the blonde from the food area who shook her head no and Tammy said she couldnt give that information out so I ask what the blonde employees name was and she tried to say she didnt know it. After one or two other customers put their things down and left the store saying they wouldnt ever be back as will I unless the nameless blonde does not work there at all, for her very rude and unprofessional behavior. I would still like to talk to her manager because Ive never been so humiliated in my life. Please fix this horrible employee with the attitude problem. False advertisements can be pretty harsh in the state of Alabama.

They need to teach employees manners, and they also need to teach them how to fill growlers. I regularly come just for the growlers and every time it’s a hassle.

I went in to get a cup of coffee with my rewards points and the very rude female told me that the creamers were .10 cents each!! The sign on the counter says complimentary! That means free!! So i threw the creamers back in the box on the counter and she threatened too call the police on me!!! She wouldnt even give me my receipt so i couldnt have Brett name to make a formal complaint to Mapco about her!!! Ic was so insulted!!! I will NEVER go to that one again

They have a $50 pump limit. Only visit for fuel if you like to run your card for multiple transactions and keep an eye on your bank statement as the pos system here tends to double charge but Mapco blames everyones bank instead of fixing the new pos system. Talking to management, staff, and customer service only confirms that its an IT problem but months later and still isnt fixed. If you are planning on spending < $50 at the pump then you should be fine

I have been to this store only a handful of times since it has opened in Decatur, Al. I purchased a coffee that was listed for $2.99 on the price tag. I didnt realize that I had been paying more than the listed price for items because I had not signed up for their discount card. I didnt know that stores could do that. I will not return to this store nor any other Mapco location.
