Everytime I go its busy and only 1 person helping with a line OUT THE DOOR The other person sits in the corner just chillin playing on their phone.. And usually there is someone outside as well so they have plenty staff just not willing to work too hard it seems. Ive even experienced them ON their phone while at the register. Just ridiculous !!! DO BETTER..This seems to be whats expected in a predominantly BLACK AREA and yall go right along with it...smh next time Im taking photos and posting them here with my review!

Always Super Crowded because the gas is always Super cheap. I visit this location twice a day as a Lyft driver & no matter how crazy the traffic. The ladies & staff are always nice. Bathroom always clean. I drive 15 miles everyday to visit this location.

I have been experiencing horrible customer service from Murphys USA located on 6076 Covington Hwy, Decatur, GA 30035 for a very LONG time. Their customer service is poor and they continuously lie about stock they have in store. The manager picks and chooses who they want to sell product to. The manager instructs her employees to go against policy, then as soon as I call corporate they want to lie about the entire situation. I refuse to spend my money there ever again and will ensure my family no longer purchases anything from their establishment.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!I am very disgusted and disappointed with the customer service I have received at this Murphy’s on Covington highway tonight. I came into the establishment to purchase two cartons of Marlboro, the cashier (Linda) told me that she cannot sell them to me because she needed the stock on the shelf for tomorrow customers. There were exactly 6 cartons on the shelf at the time of my attempted purchase, and she didn’t even allow me to purchase one. I asked Linda if she was honestly denying me of my purchase, and she said yes. There was a line of customers behind me that witnessed this horrible customer service and I promise that I will NEVER again step my foot into any Murphys establishment.I will contact corporate about my experience tomorrow morning. I shouldn’t been denied my purchase because “They needed it for tomorrow’s customer”. Am I not a customer as well????? The representative was very tactless and had no problem embarrassing me in front of other customers.

Gas at this location is decently priced compared to other local stations. The only issue I have had on multiple occasions is in the inconsistency of Tobacco pricing. Posted signage and cash register pricing in every visit has not matched.
