I had an amazing experience using Heizwerthy and working with Latoria to import a shipment of plants through Atlanta. The customer service was simply amazing and Latoria was super friendly and extremely quick to respond to any emails.The plants were delivered to the plant inspection station and cleared customs in record time and were sent on their way to us in very quick order. We import plants fairly regularly and this was by far the best experience weve had.I cant recommend Heizwerthy enough to anyone looking for a customs broker to assist with importing shipments.

We purchased a backhoe from Canada and had to get a broker to get it across the border. Latoria did an amazing job taking care of everything for us so the driver could get across smoothly. She even worked directly with the shipping company we choose so that we did not have to be in the middle. If we ever need to use a broker for anything else in the future we will definitely be using them again.
