Beware of cheating. Get your ornaments weighed before you discuss the price. They will tell higher weight for any ornament and after price bargain if you check the actual weight of the ornaments will be less. Weight mentioned on the tags are inaccurate. I am not losing my money with these cheaters. Not going again and do not recommend anyone.Invest your money with authentic sellers.

My experience with Highglow Jewelers was very pleasant. They had the best collection of Indian jewelry with very competitive prices and their customer service was par excellence. I would definitely recommend Highglow Jewelers to all my friends and family.

We bought some jewelry from Highglow a couple of times and we are happy. The prices are reasonable compared to other stores in the area. And the customer service is also very good. If anyone has a problem, I would recommend to ask for the owner and talk to him directly.

I bought a chain from here a good jewelry store

Really bad experience. Within 1 year Bangles got crack. This shop manager said, we need to pay for fix. I am ok with that. Also, when I ask them to buy back their own jwellery, they said we can get only melting price. For 1700$ worth, they offered 700$. While buying jwellery then mentioned it is for day to day wearing, but actually not. Never buy from this store again.

Would rate less than zero if possible. We got a few watch batteries replaced for $15 each, non negotiable. After taking the watches back, we noticed that one watch was crooked, and the other had ripped leather. Spoke to a man who claimed to be a manager, and they claimed they had not touched the bands, which is impossible since you have to touch them to replace the batteries. After lying to us for several minutes, we left and had other jewelry fixed next door at Zaveri Bazaar jewelers and were treated with much more respect and got a much better value for the services we paid. What a difference 10 feet makes, why go for McDonalds when you can get filet mignon next door?

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! I got my watch battery replaced and they COMPLETELY ruined both watches!!!! Tore up the leather!!!! I spoke with the manager who denied it!!!! They will rip you off and ruin our jewelry! The manager was so rude and disrespectful!!!!

I recently purchased Jewelry from Highglow Jewelers. It was over priced and i ended up paying few hundred dollars more..Avoid Highglow Jewelers and go to some other shop. It is Rip off store..It is a big SCAM in that store.
