I am giving Jon 5 stars for a out of the box, working product. I experienced similar issue to what Ed did below in another comment. Jon had my injector pump for about a month. I started to get concerned because no one answered. Finally one day Jon answered and he sounded like hell. He stated he had been very ill and is now trying to get back working. I understood. Simple as that. I was patient as was my customer. In the end I got a working product and friendly advice.

I dropped my injectors off to be rebuilt and it has taken forever! Months have went by and all I can do is wait, since he sends his stuff off to Mississippi. If you try to call and get a status, they never answer the phone. There is no voicemail or an answering machine for this business either. Jon, the guy that owns the business, will never call you to give you a status!
