This Harbor freight is being built right next to Aldis grocery store off hwy 72 E Arhens, AL.

I love their hassle-free return and the fact that I get an email verifying my receipt means I dont have to keep up with all the paper trail, I love the prices and large inventory

It’s Harbor Freight. You get what you pay for. Whenever it’s in stock, that is. They’ve recently been out of nearly everything I’ve been looking for. From magnets to calipers.

I live how my husband can go right in this store knowing what he wants is already in stock. He also uses their coupons and always has a great deal that saves us money.

Best location in the area by far. The Huntsville store is in a bad location and junky throughout. This location is spacious and clean.

I had a big project in my yard this weekend, and I came to Harbor Freight. Initially, I had some trouble because I got some of the wrong tools, but Tonya and Benjamin were very helpful in guiding me in the right direction and helping make suggestions. The store was well stocked and the prices very reasonable. I would come back!

Had what I wanted when I needed it

They have a wide variety of tools I dont recommend buying any of the socket sets there. Their Pittsburgh brand ratchets are inferior to others. I purchased three different sets and the ratchets failed in every set. Most of the associates were friendly with the exception of one, and he was some kind of supervisor because he had a tag on saying so. Seems like he followed me around in the store the whole time I was there.

Slow computers, no longer gives the promotional sales

Its all ways, have a good costumer services even they sales lower quality in merchandise but its help for the moment. I just to buy ther like lights and stuff need for a min, because most off the time, my costumer bringing my what I need .

This place has a great tool selection and great pricing. In addition, the store has and easy access from the belt line in Decatur.

Great customer service. Clean and neat store. Descent in stock especially considering the worlds current supply chain woes. I drove from Huntsville to Decatur because the Huntsville store is poorly managed, poor service, store is dirty and messy and poorly stocked most of the time. Hard to believe these two stores are in the same group much less company.

Whats not to love about Harbor Freight? Seems lately the shelves are pretty bare. Im sure alot of that is due to recent events, but other HFs in the area seem to have more items in stock.For the most part, the staff is friendly and helpful and always go out of thier way to help. A certain supervisor there tends to be standoffish but it could just be a personality thing.I always look forward to going to HF to see if theres anything that I just have to have and I recommend this store to anyone. The store is always clean and organized and brightly lit.

This is a very nice Harbor Freight store. Its neat and well organized. It seems bigger than some Ive been in, definitely bigger than the Huntsville AL store. Ive been shopping at HF for years and Im running out of things to buy. This store seemed to have quite a few items not available at smaller stores. I think every single employee I walked by greeted me and asked if I was finding everything OK. I overheard a manager jumping on the stocking team over their radios about keeping items neat when stocking and not dumping things in bins. Her dedication showes in how nicely presented everything is in the store. Bathroom was easily accessible, clean, and well stocked also. AA+

The cashier was super sweet and not only used the coupon we had but the second purchase we made, the coupon that printed out from our first purchase, she use the coupon on our second purchase so we saved on it too! We appreciated that so much!! That was very sweet of her!

Great store and very friendly workers. This store had exactly what I was looking for and they also have very good prices on everything I looked at. You need to at least give yourself a good solid 30 minutes or more to look at all the great deals they have. While your there you need to sign up for the emails and catalogs it will send you 20% off sometimes along with their deals and even coupons for free stuff you can get with a purchase.

Love harbor freight, never disappoints

Harbor Freight Tools is a great place to buy tools but some of the tools that you buy might not work with the parts that they send with them I have a jackhammer that I purchased and the bits that came with it does not fit in it I purchased a few years ago Im only getting to use it now I called and told the company about it he asked me if I had the collard bits and I said no I have the bits that came with it he said he was sorry but there wasnt anything that they could do about it I watch the videos on YouTube they have the same problem with the bits falling out I guess thats just something that we expect here in this country these days since we get everything from overseas now oh well Ive got a machine that dont work and the bits doesnt work in it I guess I could take it back to China but then I cant go there now either so I guess its just like our leaders of our country we just stuck with them thanks Harbor Freight

Harbor freight rules!! Their brands are well made and usually just as good as DeWalt or any of the other expensive brands offered elsewhere. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Weve been so happy with the many things purchased here and will definitely continue to be customers. Oh! And the tent sales and parking lot sales are great too! Stop by and see for yourself!

Harbor Freight has the tools you need at a great low price! I was looking for ear muffs for grounding out noise because my work place was charging $25. dollars for them. I went too Harbor Freight and got the same kind for only $7. dollars! Saved $18 dollars!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Used to be a lot better. Manager on a recent night was indifferent and expects customer to find items in the store. She looked bothered that I asked for help. Too lazy to get up and walk a customer to the item. This company has also just changed their policy on the Chinese junk they sell. Note - if you buy it, open it, you cannot return it to the store. They want you to call a number and haggle it out, even if the item is defective.

They always have what Im looking for at great prices.

Ive bought many items from Harbor Freight and havent been disappointed in any way. I know the quality isnt the best but for home use works great. Their return policy is awesome too. I bought a generator with the two year extended warranty, about year and half into it it started leaking gas. Got my warranty papers out, took it back they said go get you another one, they replaced it no questions no hassle. That was cool, all they required was all the gas was out of it which was no problem all of had leaked out.

This place is new a lot bigger and cleaner than the one in Huntsville more organized people are semi friendly but they did honor a really old coupon I had love Harbor Freight for those cheap got to have now tools

Oh my God! So many tools in that high store. You will not be let down. One downside though ... you will leave with a ton of stuff. So bring a truck.
