Long lines didnt affect speedy and professional service. I got something with Chocolate Lava in the name, and they made it in just a few short moments. On top of that, it was delicious, if a bit pricey. Still Id recommend this place.My one complaint--and it is so minor I wont even deduct a star--was that some of the tables were a bit messy. Ive worked enough food service jobs to know this was simply because they were so busy that customers were sitting at tables before the staff had time to clean them. A group would vacate a table, and another party would take their place literally within seconds. Ive no doubt the tables would have been spotless like the rest of the store had the staff had the ability to get to the tables to clean them. Like I said, the rest of the store, especially the prep line, was immaculate.If you want a cold sweet treat and dont mind spending a few bucks, this is the spot for you!

Very nice. The staff was nice. Lots of parking. Clean place with adequate spacing for Covid regulations. The staff went beyond to look at ingredients for allergies. Only advice chop big mix in smaller. But great experience

The berry berry berry good is excellent. I got a chocolate dipped waffle cone and that really topped it off. The only issue I had was that I had to remind the young lady behind the counter of my order 3 times, but the store was very busy at the time.

Great ice cream! The line was really long, and service was ok. Expensive. They did their best because it was packed, but it was really challenging to communicate with the staff due to the atmosphere. Not the best location Ive been to but quality is is the same.

The entire staff was SUPER sweet! So fun & really upbeat! They also recognized all of the anime merch my bff & I were wearing & really brightened our rainy day(it literally began pouring rain while we were inside) Fantastic staff! DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE A SEVERE ALLERGY!!!Love this company as a whole but have been to this location twice. I have a peanut allergy and there is a specific protocol in which they are supposed to follow. With both times I or another worker would have to remind the worker on what their supposed to do in the situation.

Staff was friendly and attentive but have you even tried to eat a whole frozen strawberry? Neither had I and my teeth are killing me. They didnt break up the ingredients so I couldnt finish the like it size due to tooth pain. This why its 3/5. Covid practices were good the worker from the back put in new gloves and masks were worn, they dont need to touch your card either. We will be going back.

Great customer service and the best ice cream ever! I ordered my favorite shake made of cheesecake ice cream mixed with strawberries and pecans. My mouth was watering while I watched them make it. Then the unthinkable happened! I dropped it in the doorway as I was leaving the store. I screamed and wanted to cry! The whole staff came to my rescue and made the exact same shake at no charge. How nice!

I’m a fairly new customer and I’ve been there a couple of times in the past few months and the service has been great! The workers are super friendly and helpful, the store is very clean, plus the ice cream is amazing! I will definitely be returning!

Good ice cream quality but price aren bit higher

I used to like this place but customer service wasn’t good. I came in happy excited for my birthday and love of ice cream. However the staff was rushing me and another customer. They seemed bothered by us actually.The second disappointment was I preordered ice cream and they didn’t have what I wanted. Which I understand. I was told I would receive a refund and I never did.

Ice cream is great as always. The servers could improve on their customers services. Our second visit the staff did not greet us, and I didnt feel the warm welcome as I do with other locations. The mask covers the possible smiles but the tone of voices did not please me. The guests behind us was also assisted before everyone in my party (of 3) was helped.

Yes, yes, yes! So upset i never knew about cold stone before... they did rolled block ice cream before it was cool. Their mixture of all the things is fantastic. This is a unique ice cream place that everyone should know about and try!

We love this place. But this time it was NOT good service. There was way to MUCH whip cream and NOT ENOUGH icecream. There was enough chocolate syrup or caramel on my fudge brownie treat. I told the young lady I didnt like it, and she offered NOTHING in replace. I paid, but did NOT leave a tip. I was VERY disappointed, cause me and my kids LOVE coming here. But TODAY was not a good visit. Hopefully next time will be better.

First of all they are following proper Covid-19 prevention protocols as prescribed. Gloves, masks, social distancing. Besides that the food is amazing, just the scent will make you hungry. Staff is nice and professional, place is bright and clean.

This place is dangerous, dont give me this many options to completely overdose in sugar. If you have a massive sweet tooth like I, than this place will satisfy, just mix everything your heart desires!

Great ice cream as usual. Not the best location. Im frustrated they are not offering samples now due to covid. At any location. I dont see how samples increase anyones risk. Anyway. The bathroom at this location was broken. The store wasnt as clean as others but wasnt bad.

Gave cold stone another try this location was worse than the other one. Employee who served ice cream seemed so agitated. Relax your serving ice cream!

The young ladies here were so pleasant and helpful. Even though it was pretty busy they smiled and didnt make us feel rushed. Its a fairly small setup with limited seating but the ice cream and service was great!

A new favorite spot. Ive been here many times in the last six months. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the ice cream is delicious. They cut in the toppings just the way you like!

Great flavors. Everything is always delious. The only difference is Cold Stone and California every time you give a tip they sing to you but I noticed none of the cold stones in Georgia do that. What a bummer!

This place has a variety of yogurt, sorbet, and Ice Cream flavors and mix-ins. Its tasty, but a little pricy.

This place rocks and for about the same money as DQ, but with a much better (in my opinion) quality of ice cream. Small place and there is always a little line, but that is because it is good.

There is not enough seating in this place or outside to enjoy your ice cream. Compared to Brusters, Cold Stone is much higher in cost for a lesser amount of ice cream. You are better off going there instead.

I have been in the store several times, but the last time the ice cream was melting and the portion was very small for the price of the small cup. Even though the store was still open, looked like the employees didn’t want to take care of the customers.
