I inquired about parts not technically supported by the motorcycle community explicitly. Schnitz responded within a day and had my group moving in a positive direction towards the proper shop for our equipment. Edit #2: What is the coincidence of someone with a name very similar to mine who would have the same bike as me? Also when I called i was told the Dynoject autotune and the tiger racing inner fender was on hold.Edit: I never ordered from this company until 2-24-2021. Also the items that they listed under this review are false. I ordered a dynojet autotune, rsr key switch eleminator, and a tiger racing undertail. This just shows how bad this company is. Trying to create false accusations. Just be extremely careful with this company!Most items show Usually ships within 24 hours when they dont even have them in stock. ordered through them under the impression I would get it quick. now have to wait weeks because of word play to hoax you into buying from them.

Very easygoing experience with extremely knowledgeable staff. Ryan had my bike on the dyno and answered all of my questions. He knows what hes doing and what he is talking about. He also saved my butt when a screw I picked up on the way there came out on the dyno and flattened my tire as soon as we rolled it off. He changed it out no problem. Glad the tire went flat at his shop rather than on the highway.

Poor customer service

I ordered an electric shifter that was spacific to my bike. First they waited until i placed the order to tell me they were out of stock and would have to order it themselves before shipping it. Then when I get the kit Im missing a piece. The pictures clearly showed all of the pieces to fit my bike. So I call only to be told that i would have to make a piece or order it separately. The kits are made by pingel so I called them only to find out that I should have received it in my package. Very dishonest business and very poor customer service. I recommend JP cycles or Pingel directly. Stay away at all cost.

Ordered the 7 inch radiator fan for my Busa. I sent 3 emails asking for the shipping info so I could let the shop I had the bike at know when the parts were showing up. Finally had to call them after almost 2 weeks just to have the lady on the phone ask me to send her a copy of the front and back of my drivers license and credit card. Who is doing that? I could see the money had been charged to my account already. Anyway, wasted my time. Got the money back and found the exact same fan on Amazon. 2 fans for 32.55. Dont waste your time here. Search MOSTPLUS they sell them.

Badd customer service tried to exchange a programmer they refused be careful what you buy from them

Had ECU flashed and want to comment on the fantastic job from Schnitz. Problems on my end with shipping so my ECU wasnt delivered till Fri. Figured it would be days into the following week before item would be returned. To my complete surprise Schnitz had it flashed and back in the mail two hours later. I didnt stutter.. TWO hours. Received ECU back on Mon and was test riding that evening. I still plan on a custom map piggy backed on a Commander, but if you need a basic flash that works and wont break the bank look no further. Thanks again for the professional service.

My experience with Schnitz has been very good. My ECU was turned around in one day and other things I have ordered were shipped really fast.

Ryan Schnitz dyno tuned my turbo Hayabusa and made it run very lean, melted pistons just riding on street in less then 200 miles and basically said oh well, its a modified engine. Had engine redone by someone else now, been running great for 8 years now!

Ordered a head gasket, received a call several days later saying its not in stock and is on back order and I will have to wait which is fine. A few days later I order APE Titanium Valve retainers and after waiting 9 days I call a rude customer service rep and I am informed that they dont have any in stock and that they are on back order and she will find out when they will get them in stock and notify me in a few days. I decide to call APE directly that day and they guy says they have them in the CNC being cut as we speak so I call Schnitz back and inform the rude lady who is supposed to be informing me about my order. Terrible Customer service and rude at that! I will never be shopping here again and I would not recommend them to a friend. DO NOT SHOP AT SCHNITZ. I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP AT SCHNITZ

Wasnt expecting to see my parts till early next week and the guys put 2 days shipping on it was a nice supprise to have my busa up and running again this weekend.

Tried to order a Brocks sidewinder exhaust online some days later they called saying its not n stock and it take 2 weeks to get to them thin i have to wait to get it shiped to me. So I asked for my money back and Me being me i called brocks they said they had them ready to ship so I called back the young lady and told her said she will have to change me again to get that one when I havnt even got my money back from the 1st one saying it take 10 days to get it when took one day to lev my bank....... she waiting 2600 for a sidewinder exhaust 👎👎👎👎👎👎
