Wonderful experience and excellent customer service. I couldnt find a cartridge anywhere that fit my printer, so John helped me refill my old ones. It was significantly less expensive than what I originally bought them for. Looking forward to using Cartridge World for many more services in the future!

These guys are great. I needed help with a printer and ink and they knew what I needed, had good answers and didnt make me wait or drag their feet. Not every place is like that. Mike Lewis is awesome! I needed high yield ink for my laser printer and this is the only place I found to have it in stock, not only at a good price but, I called and said I was on my way and I would be arriving after closing due to traffic and he actually waited! Weve used cartridge world for a while now. The Decatur team/location provides great customer service. We recently entered a program they offered where we get a free printer if we agree to buy the ink from Cartridge World. Weve been very pleased!

I have to give a huge shout out to a company I used today. Cartridge World in Decatur was awesome. I bought a home office printer from the store location to replace an older unit. I got home and could not get it to communicate with my network using wifi or ethernet. I called the store manager and he walked me thru a few diagnostic tests. He then said I will be there in 2 hours. He came over with another unit and got me set up. Ash Gupta of Cartridge World 2109 N Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA 30033 is my hero. Ive been going there for many years and those guys ALWAYS treat me right.. the new ownership as well. I bought a laser printer from them 1 1/2 year ago and the toner was getting low (after ~ 250 + copies), I was expecting difficulties in getting a discount on a new one. The guy gave me a new one without any difficulties... Good job guys... real customer service.

This is an absolutely wonderful business operation. It is conveniently located on the MARTA system and it has everything I need. I was desperate to find a new location to serve my ink needs and they are now stuck with me. Even the gentleman, Mike Lewis, who greeted me at the counter was a pleasant surprise for I am used to being treated like I was a problem and a nuisance at the previous store in Lithonia. I will be going there every month and I know I will be satisfied.

The owner and his wife are the nicest people in the world. They really care about their customers and providing the best products and services for their printing needs.

I use Cartridge World almost exclusively to get ink cartridges for my work printer. It saves me a lot money and I can turn in my old cartridges so they are reused instead of going to the landfill. I have never had any issues with the quality.

Was here last month. maybe the store had an off day. horrible experience. workers on smart phones, impatient and manager was not attentive at all. worst thing was, I asked them about OEM and they told me to try somewhere else. kept trying to peddle me cheap compatibles that after I purchased them, I realized they were actually expired.dont buy from here. it is not what it seems.
