Krissy and her team were super. I did my research on paint shops and purposely went to these guys on the strength of their reviews. I have an old jeep that was previously DIY rhino-lined by previous owner. I spent a few weeks removing so that I could have it repainted in its original color. There was dents, gouges, scratches and I was almost thinking the only way was to rhino-line again. These guys did an amazing job. I took off all the external parts like fenders, bumpers so these guys could concentrate on the body and paint work. The jeep looks amazing and I am very very happy. I highly recommend them. Tip: these guys are busy, so make an appointment before you go and it will be so much easier. Some before and after pics.

I came in with a bumper replacement and was in a very tight time crunch. Ralph at Maaco did everything for me in one day: got the new part, painted and replaced it. Awesome service, awesome place. Highly recommend.

Ralph and his crew rock! I brought my 02 Tacoma in to see what could be done about its roof (down to rust from clear coat failure and years in the sun in the Colorado high country). Ralph was knowledgeable and friendly- a real ideal of customer service.He and the Dedham crew ended up rhino-lining the roof (a first according to him) and pulled out a sizable dent in the fender. While my truck might not be the prettiest one on the road, I look forward to many more years behind the wheel.Frankly, they dont make too many of em like Ralph these days!

I brought my 2002 Toyota Camry into the Dedham Maaco a few weeks ago to be repainted as I friend of a friend offered to help repair a few scratches and ultimately ended up painting my whole car with cans of spray paint! Thats right...spray paint!!! Needless to say, it looked horrendous!!! That was a year ago and I was so embarrassed driving it. Although the car is 19 years old, it has very low mileage (just broke 100K), so I thought it was well worth it to pay for a new paint job. We dealt with Chrissy in the office who was AWESOME! She was so helpful and truly knew her stuff. She couldnt even believe how bad my car looked when I brought it in. Anyway, she assured me that it may not end up looking brand new when they were done, but it would look a thousand times better than it did when I brought it in. Well, I am soooo pleased to say that cars paint job came out BEAUTIFUL and it truly did look brand new! I even was getting phone calls and texts from friends and neighbors who saw my car and asked if I had gotten a brand new car! It looked that good. This Maaco in Dedham was AWESOME...the professionalism of Chrissy and the people who painted my car. I truly cant say enough on how happy my husband and I are with the final result. Brought my car in to just paint a driver side mirror, ended up having Ralph and the guys take care of some big rust spots. They did an amazing job! Car looks brand new. We came to Maaco Dedham for a collision repair. We chose not to use our insurance because the car is an older model and had a few dings anyway. They gave us many price options to repair the vehicle, with the understanding that we wanted to keep the cost of down as much as possible. They not only repaired our major damage, but went out of their way to camouflage some of the older dings not related to the larger damage. They stuck to the timeline and even detailed the car for us at no further fee. It was a pleasure to do business with an honest company, who goes the extra mile to please the client.

I wanted a paint job on my recently purchased 1996 Pontiac Firebird. i did not want to spend a lot because i didnt pay much for the car and i dont plan on showing the car, i just like to drive it in nice weather. (its a convertible). I considered Maaco because of their prices, but at the same time a lot of the Maacos had mixed reviews. I kept kept looking and found Maaco in Dedham. They had great reviews so i decided to call them. I set up my appointment for my free estimate. I met a man named Ralph who was very nice and knowledgeable about the car painting business . I told him what I wanted done and he wrote up an estimate . When he gave it to me i told him the estimate was more than I paid for the car. So we started over and i told him that I had a set figure to just paint the car and Ralph re wrote the estimate so that it could work for me. Ralph explained to me what to expect and what would look nice and what may not look so nice, after all we are dealing with a 25 year old car with some heavy scratches. I agreed to the estimate and I told Ralph when I could drop off the car. I dropped off the car on a Monday and Ralph told me it would be done by Thursday. I got a call from Ralph on Weds and he told me I could pick up the on Thursday as promised. I was so happy to see the car on Thursday it looked really awesome, The paint job came out great, the color matched perfectly (GM purple), could not find many flaws, I am not a paint expert and Im sure one could go analyze the car better than me, but for the price I paid I was happy with what I saw. Hopefully the paint job will last a few years. So to Ralph and his staff and to the head painter Angel who painted my car I give you all my recommendation (5 stars). They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, negotiable, work was done on time, and I am happy with the results, thanks Brandon the mailman!

I chose this Maaco, even though it was a 40 minute drive each way, because of the fantastic reviews. Everything about this family-owned Maaco branch is phenomenal, just as other reviewers have said. I have a 20 year old Toyota Camry that only has 113k miles and I plan to keep it forever. Its in perfect mechanical shape, but above the rear wheel well it looked like the cookie monster took a big chomp out of it due to rust, I wasnt paying attention and backed into two pillars that deeply scraped up both sides of my car from the back doors all the way to the back bumper, and I needed a new bumper. Krissy Pope (the owners daughter) is very professional, fast, quick, thorough, HONEST, and explained all of my options without pushing me to higher priced choices when I didnt need it. While they had the car Krissy called me to tell me that there was a rust hole in the hood when they sanded it down, but it would be better to get a new hood than patch it. And they would do it with no additional labor costs. WOWZA! My car came out amazing! It now looks the best it could ever look. You can only tell it is an older car because of the styling of the car and shape. Otherwise, it looks new. I will be back when/if needed with other cars for my family and I am telling everyone about this particular Maaco. Well worth the trip!!!!! P.S. They even have preferred pricing at the Enterprise Rent a Car a block over.

Great job fixing my front end on car

If I could give negative stars I would. They gave a quote to my 19 year old and when he drops the car off they call claiming the repairs would be double the price. Why would we pay $5,000 to paint a car that is worth exactly that much money. Then the lady Krissy is SUPER rude and doesnt want to talk to me. Would recommend you look elsewhere to do the work! I knew something weird when we dropped it off.

The only reason I drove 14 miles for their shop were the reviews, and Im glad I did. Here is why...Walked in, Krissy greeted me at the front desk and immediately took me outside to look at my car. I didnt even have to wait 30 seconds.She took one look at my car and flat out told me she wasnt going to paint it. She said that she could, but it wouldnt do the car justice, there would be obvious differences where the paint job began and ended, essentially making it look worse. She said doing it right would require disassembling the car piece by piece so they could get into the crevices for a real, professional paint job, and that would be expensive.I knew then the reviews Id read before going there were all legit. Her honesty was refreshing. I knew I could trust them when she told me she wasnt going to do it. Other shops would take the job in a heartbeat, only caring about making a quick buck, not really caring about how it turned out. Not here!Instead, Krissy said they could make the car look better. It wouldnt be perfect, but better than it looked now. They could fix the botched up areas Id created when I did some DIY stuff on the paint.She quoted me a very reasonable price and promised to have it ready a few days later on Saturday. I called Friday to confirm. She said I could actually come pick it up that day. They were ahead of schedule.When I got there to pick it up, what I saw was a car which looked brand new. Beautiful shine, like it was straight off the lot. All of the scratch marks were gone, and the car looked SLICK. See accompanying picture.They even took care to clean the wheels and vacuum the interior, services I didnt ask for or expect. Very considerate.Krissy told me that if any of the imperfections re-emerged to just bring it back and they would work on it at no extra charge. Thats what I call a wow... real service right there.Ill most definitely be back for more services on my car. This is how business is done!Also, they have candy. If you are a good boy like me, youll get some at the front desk.

The bumper to my 2012 Cadillac was recently damaged and needed to be replaced. To save some money, I purchased an aftermarket bumper and brought it to Maaco to be painted. I was expecting them to say they dont paint stand alone parts. To the contrary, I was greeted exceptionally well by Krissy and she was incredibly accommodating. Within minutes she gave me a price, explained the process and competed the paper work to get me on my way.After a few days, the bumper was ready to be picked up and the finished product was fantastic. They were able to match the paint perfectly and overall I could not have been happier. The price was fair, the workmanship was great and the overall experience was excellent.I would go back to Maaco in a heartbeat.

Krissy and the staff here are tremendous! They went above and beyond and did outstanding work, all for under $500. My 2015 Camry had a ton of bumper scrapes/scratches as well as some denting and scrapes on the sides from city parking garages. During my quote, I never felt as though I was being convinced to spend a lot of money. If anything, Krissy reassured me that I didnt need to spend the $1000+ I was afraid of needing to spend to be happy with my car. Being able to trust that anyone related to the fixing of my car has consideration for my budget and a willingness to explain things I may not already know or understand is so important to me - and hard to find at times. She was also very accommodating in letting me leave my car several days longer than the quoted repair rime as I was going on a trip. I didnt feel pressured whatsoever to get it out of their lot.While Im sure a job under $500 is a relatively low profit job for them, I was absolutely blown away when I saw the finished product. I felt like they made my car was the most important car in the shop, and it looked as though theyd spent all week working to make it shinier, cleaner, and about as flawless as I could ever imagine or want it to be. I could not be happier with how it turned out. Krissy gave me the bottle of touch up paint she had ordered through Toyota (the exact right paint for my red car, straight from the dealer) and showed me how to apply it in case I needed it for future scratches. While I certainly cant picture myself needing bodywork any time soon as I look at my pretty car, when the day comes that I do, I will DEFINITELY come back here!

I had a severe leak in the trunk of my van for weeks. Every time the rain fell you can take a bath in my trunk. No one seems to know where the leak was coming from. I called Maaco and spoke with Chrissy. She asked me to bring my van in. The mechanics thought they had it fixed the first time, but after some heavy rain the problem started again. Chrissy didnt give up on me and my van! Thank God! For the 2nd time the guys took it apart and BINGO! It was fixed after a couple of days of tenacious work by Chrissy and her mechanics! Since then we had thunderous rains and no leaks! Thanks so much again, Chrissy -although I know this is NOT your line of work, I will recommend Maaco, Dedham highly for all other body work!

We recently dropped off my beloved VW bug convertible. She was badly, very badly rusted.She had her rockers repaired. I couldnt believe it when I saw our car - she looked brand new - and shes 15 years old. The Maaco team showed us photographs of the work being done, kept a box of the rotted out parts for us to examine, buffed & polished her.The energy in the shop is great - Krissy is so incredibly knowledgeable & a wonderful person to deal with. Everyone we talked to in the shop was extremely knowledgeable & caring. The work they do is fantastic. Do not hesitate coming here - we drove 45 minutes, passing other body shops because this place came so highly recommended. We were not disappointed. Krissy is the best! She’s a honest straight shooter. My whole family brings their cars to Maaco because of the great service we always receive. Make sure to call and book an appointment for quotes! They do not do them over the phone, which makes sense. Well worth the visit though, the team at Maaco will not disappoint.

If I could give Krissy and the entire team at Maaco 10 stars, that wouldn’t be enough. Krissy’s work is impeccable and incredibly efficient. When I first walked in the door she took the time to explain my options, heard my concerns and took them into account when advising me what the best course of action would be and was true to her word. The total cost of the job ended up being less than the original quote and my 10 year old car looks brand new. A few days after the work was done, I found myself in a bind with a brake light out right before a cross country road trip. The team got me in the morning of my drive and really saved me! I have taken several cars over the years to Maaco in Dedham. I have been continually impressed with Krissy and Ralph, and the degree to which they really care about me. I have brought my cars in after collisions and have felt quite vulnerable and worried about how much it will cost, as I have a basic insurance policy. Rather than feel that I will be taken advantage of, Krissy has always done the opposite and made me feel like I have someone watching out for me. She has always figured out with me how to do the work that I can afford and tailor the experience to my needs. And when she says what she thinks they can do, the work has always been better than what she prepared me for. And the cost has always been no more than the initial estimate and usually slightly less!! Im not sure where you can find that anymore today. I should also add that the finished product has always been exceptional, which I credit to the great people doing the body work there. They are a true gem!

I have a silver Lexus and I had a new front bumper and lip spoiler painted and installed. Also they grinded down and repainted an area on a side panel. Krissy is a real expert. She knew exactly what parts they needed to order for the job and how to find after market quality parts. The price was excellent. The work was done on time. I also had them buff out marks on the hood and had a wax finish and wash. The car looks brand new. It was finished two months ago and the color was a match and is holding up great! Worth the drive, I live in Cambridge.

I had Maaco in a few different places paint my cars and always got very bad experiences. I decided to give this Maaco in Dedham a chance because of positive reviews here. I was not disappointed. The owner (Ralph, I think) is a nice guy, and has been very helpful to do the paint work I need within my budget. He promised me to finish the work in one week, and he did exactly that. The paint job was very well done. For the price I paid, I have no complaints at all. Great experience! Highly recommended!

Fantastic and transparent experience with Ralph at Maaco. He and the team did significant rust work on my 2008 VW and it looks like new! Awesome experience with my my Mom’s car and Chrissy took great care of us!!Mom is still driving but like many older drivers, she bumps in to a few things here or there. The last time, she accidentally pulled the bumper cover off of her car! We didn’t put it back on for a few months because of concerns about cost and some other factors.When we finally decided to fix it, Chrissy listened to my concerns, understood the challenges of elderly driving, quoted a low cost, and made the car look practically brand new at a price that didn’t blow away the budget. I wish we had visited them months ago as it was a great experience!During what can be a nerve racking time, Chrissy empathized and understood our needs and helped to get my Mom back on the road for local errands. I hope not to have to be back but I know where to go for our next bump or bang!

These guys will take care of you. As you can already notice there is an underlying theme of all the reviews regarding this Maaco shop and there is a reason behind that. I have an older Acura that I care deeply about but couldnt justify the $5000+ quotes other body shops were giving me so I took to google snd my search began. Ultimately I landed on this shop, although its 40 minutes out, this shop has the most positive consistent reviews (that were not fabricated like a lot of shops do). I can tell these reviews came from actual individual swho had their cars serviced. Krissy and Ralph are extremely pleasant to deal with, and they made my car look exactly the way I wanted for a fraction of the cost other shops were quoting me. Now my car looks better than I couldve imagined. Thank you for the spectacular work to the whole Maaco Dedham team.

Mine was a bit of a special case, certainly not for everyone. Since Id had a little experience with body work as a kid, I wanted to get my hands dirty, prep the car myself, and have Ralph and his crew paint it. They were super flexible and helpful. Krissy and Ralph gave me tips on how to do the body work, sanding, etc. so that it would come out looking really good. I did what they said and it looks beautiful! Honestly, I cant imagine youre going to find a shop thats more professional and reasonable. Dont hesitate with these guys, they are excellent.

After my car was dinged up by a shopping cart, I needed to get an estimate for the grocery store to pay for the damage. I went through Krissy, the manager at Maaco and she got me the estimate extremely quickly and worked directly with the grocery store to get payment while the fixes were being made. It was a seamless experience and the car came out great. I am very appreciative of the excellent customer service I received.

Great place to get work done. Quick as possible. Took them about two days to fix My 2018 prius. Just had body work done. Prices are fair they did use genuine parts. Paint job was on spot on. They where also very honest durning the free estamate. I was very satisfied with the experience. Well worth your time. New or old cars.

I have taken almost all of my cars to MAACO at one point or another. From minor fender bender fixes to painting they have always provided excellent service. They work with you to help you get the best deal and will even call and help you get a rental car while your car is at their shop. The work they have done has always been excellent. My whole family takes their cars there if necessary.

We brought our daughters Honda Civic here for a repainting (it had the classic Honda clear-coat failure that was stripping the paint off the roof and other areas). Ralph did a thorough review of the car, pointed out a number of things we hadnt seen, and gave us his recommendation, being quite clear to set our expectations on what would and would not be done for his quote. Based on reviews we had read about this particular Maaco shop, we decided to go with them. We picked it up today - it was ready when promised - and we were extremely pleased. It looks great - better than our expectations. In addition, they cleared the headlights for us - which had become yellowed and cloudy (because, as Krissy told us when we picked it up, she thought the car looked bad with the new paint and bad headlights...) A nice, but also very important touch. Makes the car look new. Im compelled to write this review because it was positive reviews that got me to this shop. Maaco shops in general were receiving mixed reviews, but this particular one in Dedham had much better reviews ... and they were right.

The paint job looks nice or better than before. The service from the intake was awesome! Evidently, i picked up the car, it was dusty and dirty inside and out . Later, I had to retrieve something from the trunk and discovered peanut shells sprawled over the trunk floor. Of course, i left a couple of bags closed in the trunk and the trunk was clean when I dropped my car off. Unfortunately, It was then, i felt slighted and dismay wondering what did they need from the trunkthat they would leave such a mess in my car?.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Hyde Park/Dedham Maaco. Im about six months behind in writing this review, but I had such a positive experience that writing this review has remained on my to-do list all this time!1) First of all, the job itself was flawless. My side-door was badly scratched and you would never know.2) Second, the price was the best estimate by a landslide. I went to four different places for estimates. Every other place was substantially more. I went to one shop an hour and a half away for an estimate and when I showed them the estimate they gave me at the HP/Dedham Maaco, he told me this is the one that they send all of their customers for jobs they cant do because it is the best repair shop on the south shore (and this was from a competitor!).3) Finally, the customer service I received was phenomenal. The family that runs they place is straight-forward and trustworthy. As a young woman, I often feel car shops are trying to screw me over-- here they are straight arrows. Further, in addition to fixing the scratch on my car door, they returned my car with THE ENTIRE INSIDE FULLY DETAILED/CLEANED! No extra cost, no request for it; they just did it as part of the job.After this monologue, you can see why it was so important for me to still write this review even after six months. I discovered this family business on the internet. People had given them great reviews. After taking my car to them I learned why. Ralph and Krissy and their staff are professional, high energy and focused people who did a great job with my car as well as providing a high degree of personal customer attention. In the process of working with various insurance adjusters during the course of the repair I also learned that they are held in high esteem by their peers and professional colleagues. I am glad I called them. And the resulting repair was like new!

I have a 12 year old vehicle which I bought has a second vehicle. so, I decide to do a little work on it it wasnt my best work on it. Then afterwards I took it to Maaco collision repairin Dedham to finish it off with a paint job on a 12 year old vehicle. it came out really good it was more than I expected. Krissy help me out she was fabulous she know what she was talking about she had everything on schedule. I do have to say no matter what kind of work you or body shop does to the vehicle or how old vehicle is, with a really good paint job it makes it look like a new vehicle

My brand new RAV4 was hit and needed a new door. I thought my car would never look the same as when I drove it brand new off the lot in January. I brought it to Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting in Dedham for repair. I was so pleased when I picked up my vehicle. My car looks like new again. I would highly recommend Maaco in Dedham. They provided excellent customer service, collision repair, and painting. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair/painting. It is crazy how all big names body shops intended to trick me by offering a high cost of repairing services and the worst solution for my car. I have a brand new Hyundai Elantra and after hit-and-run accident I got a damaged bamper with a right fender. Only Krissy - the only one person after my long search have told me that those parts need to be replaced. Because if I would go with the repair, my brand new car would cost less. And for my surprise the replacement was even less expensive than a repair! OMG, she helped me a lot! The work was done and my car looks great. I am so happy that I found her among others!

To start things off i never and i mean NEVER! Do feedback of work i have done by anyone but i have to tell you all about this because it honestly is the best place to go too. I live in Bridgewater Massachusetts and all the reviews for every other maaco were very bad and i dont want to pay for unprofessional and sloppy work. So i drove to the Dedham Macco and i just have to say krissy the manager of this maaco is the most professional and upfront person youll do business with. I wanted to paint my whole car and she quoted it out and instead of chargeing me an insane amount because the hood of my car was chipping she told me to go to a salvage yard and not only told me but found the part for me and told me where to go to get it. Just that alone saved me about $500 dollars just by changeing my hoood of my car! So to wrap things up sense money is tight with me at the moment i just wanted my blue grill on my black car to be black the total price of my quote came to little over $800 for my whole car to be painted witch is a very good price! But the grill to be painted cost $70 and it came out amazing. My car finally doesnt look like a clown car and once i have the money to paint my car fully i will be comeing back to this maaco for sure. So if you want a professional manager that does amazing work and is also very experienced and looks out for your wallet this is the place to go ! Thank you so much Krissy !

Let me start by saying this is the first review I have ever written about any business or establishment. But after having three separate incidents that were so painlessly taken care of by Krissy at MAACO, the least I could do help spread the word and help out any customer that needs a service: this is your place!1st incident: Moving out from my apartment in Brighton, walk outside to find my car pretty smashed up all along the drivers side, from front to back. Hit and run. The first time I have ever been in an accident and had to deal with police, insurance, car rental & repair shop. I looked up repair shops near my new apartment, lucky for me I ended up with Krissy at MAACO. She took care of everything! From ordering parts, repairs, dealing with appraisers & my insurance company, setting up my rental, the whole 9. All I had to do was pick up my car at the end of it. She kept me in the loop the whole time and provided outstanding and prompt service. She proved to be kind, caring, and readily available, from answering emails on the spot or always being available for a phone call. If she says shell call you back in 5, you can rely on it like a timer.2nd incident: Again, hit and run in Brighton (3 months after the first one) this time it was a collision from the back (on the drivers side) that sheered through my car, right up to the gas tank. It wasnt a pretty sight. Much like my first experience with Krissy, just dropped the car off and had everything taken care of. Im pretty sure I never heard from my insurance company other than the initial phone call to let them know what happened, Krissy took care of the rest and had my car back in no time.3rd incident: This one was absolutely my fault and Im embarrassed to admit what happened, but here goes: I managed to clip and break my passengers side view mirror backing out of my parking spot in a snow storm. A stupid yet costly mistake had I gone with the crooks at Prime Toyota in Dedham who assured me they had the parts in store and would happily change it out. I decided to shoot Krissy an email and she immediately ordered the part and replaced it for less than 1/3 the cost!!The bottom line is: if you love hemorrhaging money and dealing with repeated headaches, go somewhere else. But if you want to be treated like a decent human being, have minimal involvement with the otherwise painstaking process of repairing your car along with speedy, reliable and top quality service, this is your place!

I have an originally owned 13 year old Mercury Grand Marquis that runs like new but was a little banged up, scarred and scratched. First meeting for an estimate went remarkably well and thoroughly covered. Without asking I was given a significant Maaco national discount that wouldnt have mattered because the pre-discount estimate was easy to accept. Maaco-Dedham was the third company I had give me an estimate which came out nearly 40% below one major shop and one Lincoln-Mercury dealer. When I picked up the car I couldnt believe how great the workmanship and finish was including new front and rear bumpers. When I get the new custom wheels on it Ill never want to sell it. One of the family grand-kids will love this renewed car.......Thanks Maaco-Dedham for a job well done at a great price.Rick Leon
