Again: They are the benchmark against other mechanics should be compared.Contrary to some shops, they will explain whats going on, and if needed be, will advise you *honestly* in your best interest, not in theirs.Audy Auto Center will tell you if a repair is needed, or not, or if you should come back in 5 or 10k miles.I have recommended Audy to multiple people, and they all came back with the same feedback: Absolutely Great!Nick is always cool, welcoming and will always try advise you, Joe H. knows his stuff and will take extra care to get the job done like the pro he is. (Sorry other brother, I forgot your name) The whole team is an example on how business, at every level, should be conducted. These are my guys love nick & joe they been working with my godfather for well over a decade! When I got my car last year they’ve been my main guys since! Most Trustworthy mechanics, They keep it real and they are so kind and considerate. They work with you too not just the vehicle which is awesome not many do that! I just got my brakes done one of many things and it came out amazing, painted my calipers bright green and it looks dope! They take your needs to a whole other level + do special requests! I worked with Joe Hanna at Audy Auto Center this week after finding out my car needed some new transmission parts, 4 new tires, and a new control arm. Joe was kind, accommodating, and honest. I emailed him on a Sunday regarding my cars needs and he got back to me first thing Monday and had me come by that evening to confirm what it needed done. The prices are very reasonable and my car is running like new after a day in their shop. I highly recommend this business!

Took my 2019 Jeep Wrangler in for a lift and upgraded tires. I worked with Joe he was great with the whole process. Although there was an issue with FedEx nothing he could control clearly he was just as frustrated as I was!! But he kept me up to date everyday and as soon as the parts came in, he had them installed the next day. Definitely would recommend them. I am in Boston short term for work and was in the market for a good mechanic to work on my old 2006 Hyundai. Google reviews led me to Audy auto center. Very nice and honest people there. Joe took great care of my vehicle from start to finish. I had an issue and Joe explained to me the issue and made a small suggestion which actually cost me nothing. He suggested I drive the vehicle for a month and see if the problem persist and it did not! The same issue the dealership quoted me $2300 to fix. I knew then this was an honest business. So in preparation for my drive back to Florida I gladly came back to Audy auto center to fix some other things on my vehicle... oil change, tune up, tire balance and a few other bothersome issues. All extremely reasonably priced compared to the dealership. Joe and the staff treated me so kindly and I felt like this was a hometown place Id know for years. Needless to say my vehicle is in very good shape, safe and ready for my drive! Thanks to Audy’s! I highly recommend this place!

Audy Auto Center is the best! I have bought my last four vehicles from them, best cars I’ve ever owned. Whenever I needed work done they always got it done professionally and on time. Took me a long time when I moved in the area to find a reliable place to get work done on my car, but as soon as I found them I never go anywhere else. Whenever I needed work done in an emergency they’re always there to get it done and get me back on the road as fast as they could. The work was done with great attention to detail, and the needed repairs were described in a way a non-mechanic could understand. Also, they are friendly and quick with the fixes. I have been bringing my cars to my old mechanic for years. Unfortunately that mechanic was in Boston. I only live a couple miles from the Audy Auto center so I decided to try them out. I am very knowledgeable about cars and I had a car that wouldn’t start. I couldn’t figure it out and I worked on it for hours. I brought it to the Audy’s and they found the problem right away. I was so impressed with the price and quick diagnosis. After talking with them for a while they were also great guys. They were honest and fair and also reside in the community. I’m very happy. This my new shop!

I had made an appointment with the dealership to check out a noise I was hearing but felt the diagnostic charge was super high so decided to call around. They were much more reasonable and saw me the same day. I was really impressed by the customer service, Ill be going here for service from now on!

The most friendly and honest auto mechanics Ive ever met. They were recommended to me by a friend who told me that they were so honest they would not go anywhere else. And also that they did very good work for reasonable price. So I went there because someone told me I needed a tune up, and thats what I told them. They took the car for a test drive, came back and told me I did not need a tune up. They then advised me to put a higher octane gas in the car and see what happens. So I did. Before I changed the gas, the car was very sluggish in acceleration. As soon as I changed the gas the car had acceleration I havent had in a year. They did not charge me one penny and I have continued to drive since then without a problem. They are the best that I have ever met. This is the testimony of a single woman who is retired. That should say it all!!!!!

I have been going to Audy over at Sunoco for over 10 years and my father was the one who said if I need work done then go to Jack, “he’ll take great care of you”, and he has! I have had 9 cars over that span and every one of them I have brought to Jack, and recently over to his sons’ place on bridge street, and now I bring my wife’s Honda Pilot over there and now she is a continuing client of theirs, they do great work and they know your name which is a big plus, never a problem when I need work done, now my wife says “just bring the car to Jacks I bet he’ll get it done” hahah and she’s only been going there for a few months now, great people and great service, always recommend them!

I had been putting off getting new tires for some time prior, and this kind of forced my hand. After taking care of the flat, I was able to get to Audy immediately as they were closing. The guy at the front stayed a little over just to get on the same page and even offered to give me a lift back home in Foxboro. They got to work the next day, and I had 4 new tires and a drive-able car by the time I left work.They definitely made an annoying situation painless. The work was done for a good price and with quality. The turnaround time was perfect and saved me the cost of a rental. I would recommend this place.

I was looking for an auto shop closer to hope and I have driven by this shop for five years. I finally called and spoke to Joe to see if he could help my car- needed to be re inspected and he told me to bring it down! I got there and instantly knew that Joe and Nick were very honest people- they explained to me why my car originally didnt pass inspection and told me how to fix it. My car later passed inspection and I brought my car back a few weeks later- instant oil change! They also checked out the car to see if anything else was needed and I knew I needed new tires. My tires are 2-3 years old and they spent the time to tell me what new tires would be a good match for my car and gave me the price. They also gave me options for other tires that were cheaper and said the choice was up to me! They also told me about the rebate for tires and gave me all the details. I was on the search for a good shop to work on my truck, recently I wanted to lift it it is a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 on a 6 inch rough country lift kit. But I wanted to do it on a budget, asking known truck shops around the area they were asking very high numbers some even more expensive than the lift kit parts were. I stumbled across Audy Auto Center so I have them a quick call Joe Hanna the sales Associate/Shop Manager picked up the phone. He was a very well mannered and patient person. His numbers to install beat every shop by a great margin. They were eager to get my truck worked on ASAP. There ended up being a issue with missing parts that rough country forgot to include, this heavily delayed work completed towards the truck. Once the parts came in without question the manager asked the workers to come in on their day off to finish the truck knowing the customer was eager to get it finished. Overall my experience at Audy Auto Center is hands down fantastic and I would recommended everyone who is interested in custom work and regular work on their vehicles check out this place you will not regret it.

We are a commercial HVAC business in the local area with a fleet of 40 vehicles. It is imperative that when a vehicle goes into the shop the issues are diagnosed, repaired and the vehicle is back on the road as soon as possible. A van in the shop equals loss of revenue and makes it tough on the techs to get their job done efficiently. Part of my job is to schedule, coordinate drop off/pick ups and alternate means of transportation while vehicles are in the shop. Given that we have 40 vehicles; between oil changes, inspection stickers, and major or minor repairs, we have a van in the shop almost daily. We started using Audy Auto about a year ago and what a great decision that was! Joe and Nick are great to work with, repair prices are reasonable and most of all the work is done quickly and efficiently, which means getting our guys back on the road as soon as possible. Whenever I call, I feel like I get the royal treatment.
