I dropped off a rear wheel to have a few broken spokes replaced. I got the wheel back just a few days later - much sooner than I expected, in perfect condition, and the cost was a fraction of what I thought itd be. I cant recommend Matt and his team more highly - they do great work, theyre always willing to share their time and expertise and advice, and they charge a fair price. Everything youd want in a neighborhood bike shop. A+

I bought my Gary Fisher bike here 13 years ago, bought the kids first bikes here and now have upgraded them to new Trek Marlins. Kids and I are very happy with the new bikes. But you cant put a price on great service.

I was ready to head out of town for two weeks. and got a flat. was hoping at best to get a new tube. but they fixed it. and told me to wait! i was so pleasantly surprised. excellent service.

I had purchased 4 bikes from dedham bike which they ordered from Trek. Trek was backlogged because of covid. They did a great job keeping me updated as to the shipment. When the bikes finally arrived I had a short window to pick them up. They graciously agreed to meet me at the shop on Sunday on their day off. The vehicle i rented wasnt big enough to haul them so i had to rent a bigger truck. I rented the bigger truck on Monday and they met me on that Monday (which they are also closed) to pick up and load. I appreciate the above and beyond effort that i got from Dedham bike. Thank you. I ordered a pair of womens bike shorts online. They notified me that they had a problem on website and didn’t have the shorts and asked if I would like another style. I said no thank you please refund my money. I didn’t get a response or a refund. I emailed again and asked that they acknowledge receipt of my email. They did that but 10 days later and still no refund and they won’t answer the phone even when they are open!

I’ve bought a couple of bikes from this shop and most recently had my bikes tuned up from these guys. I’ve never had a bad experience and would highly recommend their services.

Great local bike shop in the community. They sell and service all kinds of bikes from high-end racers to casual beach cruisers. The staff is incredibly friendly. Given that its a small shop they tend to get a little backed up in the warmer months, so plan accordingly. Highly recommend.

Ordered a wheel on 5/13/2020. They didnt ship until 5/22/2020. Tried calling during posted business hours, no answer on several attempts and the voicemail was full. Tried Facebook messenger, no reply. Emailed them, no reply. Wheel is in transit and wont arrive till June 1, 2020, 3.5 weeks later.

The incorrect item was shipped, but once called, the problem was remedied immediately.

Went in last week and met with Kent. Very knowledgeable and personable service. Knew exactly what I wanted, for the type of biking Id like to do. He gave me a few options, but settled on one dual sport TREK that would fit my interest. I later did my own research and went to other shops, including shops in Boston proper, and because of the attention and knowledge of Kent, I went back today and ordered said bike. Hope to forge a good relationship in the future with this shop. Also, I love supporting old brick-and-mortar, family owned shops that still have good personable relationships with the community.

Did not turn up their noses at my repair request for an older bike and didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. You live up to your positive online reviews. As a first time customer, I will be returning with any bike needs I may have in the future.

I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds of dollars on each bike to bring them back to tip top shape. Dedham bike really could have charged me whatever. Instead, they handled the clean up and tune up for a fair price and with a quick turnaround.

The staff at Dedham Bike and Leather has always been helpful and knowledgeable about bikes, service and accessories.I have gone here for 30 years and will continue to. Yesterday, I discovered my water bottle cages were splitting. I stopped in to get them replaced. I was promptly helped and while one was installed, the second had a bolt that was difficult to remove. The person helping lubed the bolt and told me what to do rather than risk damaging my frame. After my ride, I followed his instructions and could successfully replace the other cage.This is one of the shops I always recommend to people who need bike-related service / gear.
