Just got back from a 6 hour round trip to get my stereo fixed since I have brought to numerous places and no one can get it right. Well worth the ride. John went through my whole system with a fine tune comb. He did an excellent job since it now sounds great and the problems are fixed! All the guys are super knowledgeable and friendly. They removed a broken remote starter and replaced it with a new one. The best part was that they recognized that the old one was installed sloppily (t-cons, tape, etc.) and took the time to undo that mess before doing a professional install of their own.

I highly recommend Precision Sound. I get nervous taking my SUV anywhere for aftermarket electrical things but these guys were very knowledgeable and did a great job installing some strip/fog lights that I purchased online. I also liked that they quoted me a price & charged me that..in the past places have quoted me a price & ran into additional issues and I end up paying more which is frustrating. Fantastic Experience. I have a 2002 Mustang Saleen convertible and was hesitant to remove original parts. Met with John and got a quote .Did not over sell me and recommended the perfect system with Apple car play, bluetooth, back-up cam, killer speakers and subwoofer. Made appointment the following week and they installed in 2 days. John was in contact with me multiple times with updates on installation progress and one change that had to be made. I had my Viper remote starter installed at another vendor and was extremely unsatisfied with the results and this particular company’s nearly complete lack of customer service. To add to my frustration, I could not get the Viper iPhone app to work in my driveway, which was the main reason I bought the unit in the first place. Out of desperation, I searched Google, found and called Precision Sound, and spoke to Andrew. I told him about my problem and he asked me, “Did you get the Viper from us?” Reluctantly I told him I hadn’t and he then said, “Let me guess, did you get it from ... ?” He had indeed guessed accurately and when I acknowledged he was correct (and to my great relief) he said, “Okay, bring it on over and we’ll take a look at it.” From that wonderful moment on, every (and there have been quite a few) interaction and service experience with the gentlemen at Precision Sound has been totally friendly, respectful, highly competent and ultimately, wholly satisfying. They have quickly diagnosed and solved all my original remote starter problems. It’s as if they’ve guaranteed the work of a major competitor. When I purchased my Audi TTRS the bass was no where near deep enough for my standards. The first week of ownership I brought it over to the guys at Precision Sound. I explained how I wanted to add a subwoofer and amplifier to the stock unit but with the challenge of not losing any cargo space at all. John, the creative genius, behind their custom stereo setups took on the challenge by understanding my expectations and then drawing up a plan within my budget. Boy did these guys come through with a beautiful completely concealed sub and amp that gave the factory system major bass. This system hits so hard now with not even a hint of rattle. I have a Mercedes E350 and out of nowhere I lost all sound output from the Command Center. No sound from radio, phone, or navigation. Took the car to a Mercedes dealer and after two attempts at diagnosing the problem, I was told I needed a new Command Center at a cost of $5000! I reached out to Precision Sound and they thankfully diagnosed problem as a component that was not getting power.I am forever grateful to Precision Sound for their knowledge and skills. Their assessment and quick fix saved me thousands of dollars. I will not hesitate recommending them to family or friends. Hi,to the Owner im disappoint too because after you have installed the amplifier i had to return because the right side didnt work and you right away cheched the problem this was thursday october 29 you said im busyright now you give me appointment tuesday november 3 at 9 oclock somebody go and start to work he was very fast after 30 minutes he said here go the car its ready thats is the story.I went to pick up my wife when we arraived home she said i can not open the door then i brought the car to the body shop which cost me 50$ because the hook on the handle was loose.My complain is all abaut this i do not make any complain for anyting else bay the way right side dint work and fader dint work this was the reason abaut my complain.im sorry to bore you

I received the best service from Andrew at precision sound!! I had a problem with my automate remote starter not working properly. I found precision sound on automates website as a preferred dealer, so I decided to go. I was immediately greeted at the door with a friendly smile from Andrew. He was able and available to drop what he was doing and fixed my remote starter in less than 10 minutes. I was beyond happy with my experience today at Precision Sound. In the past I have always bought my remote starters here, along with all of my family members. Today I called up because for some reason the starter was not working. The gentleman on the line told me to come right over and he would take a look. With in 15 minutes he realized I had blown a fuse and he replaced it. I then asked him if it wasnt to much trouble could he take a look at the clicker for the car that has not been working.( I had called a dealership and they told me it would be over $300.00 to fix this!) The gentleman said Absolutely with not hesitation. With in 15 minutes he was able to reprogram my clicker that I havent been able to use in two years!!! I was so grateful!! I had an automatic car starter installed here as well as a GPS built into the car. The GPS unit is an all in one hands free allows me to talk on the phone and listen to audible books while driving. It works great. I high recommend them and found the service to be excellent.

I lost both FOBs for my car remote start. The dealer recommended a couple of companies that would charge between $70-$90 to program a new one. I ordered a FOB on eBay but couldn’t figure out how to program it. Ended up just googling “remote start installation near me” and came up with Precision Sound. Brought the FOB there and a young guy programmed it in about five minutes for just about nothing. Great place to do business! I would go there again if I need any of their services.

I grew up in Dedham and I bought my 77 camaro there for my first car phone. A Uniden!! The guys were professional and below price from others. I drive by there almost weekly and still see they are going strong. They have done a Porsche I had brought to them and took care of many of my friends at the time. This was in the late 80s. Ive had these guys do two installs for me. On my last truck, they installed some fog lights on my bull bar.More recently, they installed a Unichip on my 2008 4runner.John was very helpful. He gave me a quote and scheduled the installation. It only took a few hours. Both installs were clean and reasonably priced.Highly recommended.

I went there to replace my current amp with a more powerful one as well as installing a capacitor. I spoke to Mike as well as the owner there and they were very friendly. They installed everything in a timely manner, shared a couple laughs, and was charged a fair price.They cleaned up a lot of the poor wiring work the previous location I went to failed to do so that made me put them in high regards.

My wife wanted a remote start for her 2011 Acura MDX. Precision Sound have recommended a two way remote that not only starts the car but also provides a visual response indication, on the remote control fob, showing if the car has received and successfully executed the command. This is an awesome feature. No guessing if the car has started or not. The installation was done very professionally and on time.

You should go here simply for honesty, allow me to explain...Iphone changed its auxiliary, so I had to upgrade my sound system. A few months ago, I went to a place in Brockton and I was told that it would cost $300 because I had to replace the entire thing and that it would take a couple of hours. I waited so I can save money and to find childcare.Yesterday, the stars aligned, but was resistant in driving so far, so I pulled in here. I didnt have an appointment so I thought it was a long shot, but decided, why not. I went in and explained to the front desk what I was looking for. He explained that I currently had a 32 comb or bit or whatever its called (I know, I know, I should have done some research, but I have two little kids, who has the time?), and that I needed to change some cord. I honestly have no idea what he said. I just blankly stared at him and nodded. LOL! He asked, do you have some time? I nodded and sat down and made myself comfortable thinking that I was going to be there a few hours. I brought my laptop in to do work and such.Long story short (and thanks for reading up to this point), it took 15 freakin minutes and it cost me $40!!!Whaaaaat! I was in disbelief. I was so happy but then also saddened that I waited so long because someone tried to exploit my ignorance. Obviously I own my part that and I should equip myself with knowledge. The front desk staff cautioned me to be wary of who I do business with. (Hes right, of course!) Nevertheless...my daughters and I are happily singing Christmas songs with our upgraded system.Thank you so much! Come here!!P.S. Just an FYI, there is a dog (named, Lou) that greets you at the front desk. Hes cute and friendly but I just wanted you to know :)

Needed two car audio related parts. The call was pleasant. When i showed up shop was dead. Took 20minutes from start to finish to be overcharged for two small parts that the total normally wouldnt be more than ten dollars but in the end it was 3x the amount. Its a typical specialty car audio shop. Service is better if getting an install done but who knows as my prior visits the price was always exaggerated and I ended up doing what Id want a professional to do myself. No one seemed like they were happy to be there.Plus side is they do have a lot of high end equipment in stock and if your in a rush its most likely in stock . . . for a higher than usual price.3 stars because of having what I needed but at a off the top of head price.
