Beautiful new West Elm store! We went in to peak at desk chairs and pick up some napkins. It was very easy to navigate while social distancing. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything.

Usually enjoy strolling through west elm but this one was uninspiring and bland.Maybe they were in transit btw two season.Some staff were unmasked which made me uncomfortable

Beautiful store, very easy to navigate. Went to check out their lighting collection, would certainly buy from here in the future . Rihanna - their staff member was knowledgable and helpful!
