The best Cafe Nero Ive been to, its a big but cozy space in an outdoor mall. I like hanging out, but their coffee products are still really basic. Yeah I get it, the classic Italian espresso menu, but have some things that arent stingy shots for $6

The ambiance is dimly lit with endless rows of books and amazing smell of coffee. You’ll automatically get the feeling of a cozy place as soon as you enter in. The staff is the most helpful and courteous one I have met, always with a cheerful smile! The only complaint I have is they have very limited vegetarian options on the menu, but otherwise this one is an amazing cafe.

Good place to enjoy your coffe with friends. Or working online meanwile drinking something. Recommend

Amazing coffee shop. Great way to start your day. The prosciutto and mascarpone baguette sandwich and the zucchini tea bread are delicious and even better if you ask for them to be serve hot. Definitely will be my go to spot when visiting the area.

I’m giving this 3 stars because the food/beverages have always been top notch. However, the staff at this location is not particularly friendly and not communicative by any means. I haven’t been to this location since 2019 (due to COVID) and figured I’d order pickup for a change in pace. When I got there, I was immediately helped and I advised that I was here to pickup. They walked off to go look, never indicating that I should follow them. So I stood there waiting, moving along with the line (which there wasn’t much of) until another person asked me if I’d been helped. I stated that I was picking up, to which they pointed all the way at the end of the bar. There I saw the same person who initially helped me, impatiently patting on the bag and talking to me in a rude tone. I had to scoot past the line and if you know the layout of that location, it’s a tight fit. Had I known I could just simply pickup at the very end of the bar, I would’ve gone around. Every establishment operates differently and I didn’t know what to expect going in. I didn’t appreciate the assumption that I knew I had to go grab it myself and the lack of direction, all played out in a rude manner. I will not be returning here again in the future.

Coffee is great! Options are great in the morning for snacking and breakfast. Would like to see better selection of products for the afternoon and into evening.

Very nice place..ambiance good..very comfortable..but the cappucino was very cold..the open food did not look good.

So I was going to go to Starbucks and then I actively changed my mind when I remembered there is a Cafe Nero. All I really wanted was one of their sandwiches specifically because of the bread. As soon as I got there, I noticed that the once crunchy big baguette that they had on their sandwiches is now either a poor excuse for a baguette or hospital-style ciabatta. Their selection of sandwiches also shrunk. I don’t know if this is budget cuts or what not but I never think that the quality of food should deteriorate. I figured I’d give one of the baguette sandwiches a try and as soon as I bit in it I was further disappointed.I am willing start a go fund me in order for the OG baguette to come back. Please Nero. Please.

I absolutely love the ambience here. The delicious smell of brewing tea and coffee, the quaint lighting, the endless rows of books, the dimly lit corners. It’s my happy place to unwind. The ambience is great and helps one relax.The muffins were great. Cash and card available. Adequate parking available. Staff warm and knowledgeable about products.

Come here almost everyday for coffee. Big fan of their americanos and cappuccinos. Super chilled out vibe. Great outdoor space, reminds me of London. Considering it’s a UK/Italian company that makes sense. The staff are super friendly. Ask the staff for promos. They usually have some free coffee codes on the app.

This is the only place around that have real Italian espresso.

Really good coffee. I ordered a single shot macchiato. The coffee is excellent. Good sandwiches and salad. They are Pre-made but don’t be taken back by this. The barista will warm them up and they are delicious. Highly recommended

Awesome place! Like Starbucks, but significantly better food / coffee. Atmosphere is excellent with fully indoor seating, partial indoor & outdoor and fully outdoor. Friendly staff. Ill be happy to become a frequent customer at this location. Also, their breakfast sandwich, delish!

Love Café Nero! Never fails because of the atmosphere and the food choices, even though these are not many and are restricted based on COVID-19. Love it even though many times its hard to find a seat and I do live closer to the largest of their locations. I specifically mostly order one if the salads and a sandwich, but the cookies and cupcakes are quite popular.

Pretty good branch of the fast expanding coffee chain. Stopped in for a cup of tea and to catch a break from the crowds out shopping for the holiday season. Atmosphere is nice and there is plenty of seating in the late afternoon and early evening. Prices tend to run a little more expensive than Dunkin’ Donuts or Starbucks. I will be back the next time I go shopping at Legacy Place

Rudest staff ever. the shop is confusing as to where and how to order, and the staff is no help/seem annoyed that you are there. the frizzy brown hair middle aged woman working there was especially miserable. the food and drinks are so overpriced and dont even taste that good. dont bother your time and money going here.

My wife and I usually dont go out because of the pandemic, especially with our baby. Many restaurants and cafes put tables relatively close to each other (still 6ft+), and we do not feel comfortable with that. Here, the patio area has tables far apart from each other, and it is probably the only cafe we both feel comfortable going.

Both the ambiance and the service are quite welcoming. Oh, and the coffee.

I was happy that they had both indoor and outdoor seating. It was Saturday morning around 10. There was a small line but wasnt crowded. Visited again around 2 pm which wasnt crowded at all. Liked it better than the Starbucks I visited last week in university ave in westwood mall.

Employees are excellent and customer service was one of the best I’ve been to. I hope they all get great raises, and for the work they do compared to the ratio of customers is pretty impressive. Keep up the amazing work!

One of the biggest Caffe Nero I have been to. Nothing truly special, just bigger. Same decor. Service was good. Drink came out as they should.

I really enjoy the layout of Neros - each is kind of unique, with a much more welcoming atmosphere when compared to Starbucks. I really enjoy that this location has a sort of vestibular seating area, that is heated in the wintertime and open air in the summer. Also, their cold brew is on point.

My favorite place for meeting &getting work done. Great place, great coffeehouse & food.

Nice coffee shop in Legacy Place. The customers sometimes flock here and hold on to the tables way too long, but you can usually find a table after a small wait. They have nice teas and food.

My wife and I enjoy coming here on the weekend for our morning coffee and pastries. The people are friendly and the staff is great. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is because if you come here during peak hours you wont find a place to sit.

Cafe Nero is a hidden gem. I almost dont want to talk about it so that it wont get too popular. It is perhaps the largest Cafe Nero around and the ambience is just so peaceful and reading friendly. When I was there there was no loud music which I like the best. The variety in spaces to sit is just amazing. You will find your favorite spot there be it next to a fire place or in a library or study room style. It brings ones singular living style next to a community gathering. It is almost like a magic. The drinks are awesome too. I always try their Cortado which is the best. Some friend treated me with their pastry as well which was delicious. I wish I was closer and I could go there everyday.

I think I could live here if that was a choice. It is so comfortable and such a collaborative Space.The espresso is spot on And the treats are awesome to. Perfect place to snuggle up just you and your laptop or a good book. Are in my instance find a corner to sit with the kids and eat chocolate chip cookies while mummy gets her very much needed caffeine fix 😊

This place is gorgeous inside. It’s like an old library/bookstore. Very well decorated. There are many pastry and coffee options. I took my coffee black and found it to be just right. The staff is very friendly and smiled the whole time.

An exquisitely-furnished coffee shop, Caffe Nero has made me a weekly regular with their decadent cakes and fine brews. Some selections can be overwhelming, and others, more balanced. Im confident that anyone can find an enjoyable food/drink combination here. Id highly recommend this location for anyone who likes coffee, productivity, and/or people-watching.And yes, those books in the pictures are all real.

Customer service is ok however I have some recommendations: the tables should be cleaned regularly (as soon as the customers leave the table), so other can find it clean. I have been in the new location (at legacy place) about 4 times and I love the place, but again, I have found the tables always dirty.

Good place for coffee but Dedham branch will serve you coffee with Dandruff.I saw dandruff on my coffee cup 3 times.After that I stopped going there.

I go to different Caffe Neros all over the Boston metro area and this is by far the best Nero to go to if you want kind and considerate service. The manager and head barista on weekday mornings cant be beat. I actually have a $600 a month WeWork account and I prefer to go to the Nero in Legacy to work.

Great atmosphere, and big selection of coffee shop staples.Excellent place to do some work while sipping on some perfect coffee. Has become my go-to shop when Im at Legacy Place.

I got the portobello, sweet potato,couscous salad. The mushroom was rubbery and tasteless. I found the sitting area kind of grubby and unappealing. The coffee was great but couldnt make up for the expensive not very good food.

I wanted to give it two but it has NOTHING to d with the coffee or staff. Now that I cant get YouTube on their Wi-Fi its very difficult for me to study computer courses b/c I would look up computer IT videos on you tube to supplement what I did not know. Cant do that any more. But I can still watch Amazon Prime :(

Great coffee and very nice atmosphere. This is a very relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee and either talk with friends or read a book. The staff is very friendly too. I think they couldve had their staff working more efficiently instead of having them split up the register while making coffees, so service was a bit slow so dont expect a quick coffee and go situation unless its off peak hours. Its my one very minor complaint though, seeing how its more about slowing down and relaxing there than getting a quick coffee. The decor is really cool if you like old antique things and the modern used industrial look. I liked all the old books they have...plenty to read if you didnt bring a book! I highly recommend this place

Went to the one in Arlington and had a great experience, so was really looking forward to replicate the last visit.this locations decor is the same as the other, very cozy, conducive to chatting with a friend or working alone. the line accumulates at times but disappears just as quickly, one would not need to wait more than 10 min to get served.service was ok but what happened (twice) resulted to the 3-star rating. first time i was at the counter I ordered a flat white in my cup, even showed the guy when i said it and he seemed to acknowledge it. then he went on doing his things without taking my cup, and i waited. moments later my drink appeared in their disposable cup unexpectedly. thought maybe i spoke too softly or he was too busy (i was in a line that time).before i left i went to order a regular coffee for the next day, tried to use my cup again. this time, it was acknowledged alright. but for forever reason, coffee was first poured into a disposable cup then re-poured into my cup, and the disposable cup was thrown away without a second thought. do you think i brought my cup all the way over here just so i can feel like a hipster??? i was trying very hard to do my part on reducing waste, guys! and you really are not helping.one strike, maybe an accident. two strikes, its a pattern. brew coffee should be the easiest thing to pour into a personal cup, and yet you managed to screw it up. thats really sad, Nero. youre breaking my heart. and oh, while your other specialty coffees are delicious, that brew coffee sucked.

This is my favorite Caffè Nero. I’m big fan of Caffè Nero. I never buy coffee in other places.Baristas in Dedham are very professional. They always welcome, always pay attention to details. For expanse: they always, ALWAYS, asking about cinnamon or chocolate on top of the cappuccino. I always take a plain cappuccino, but I like this attention.They have a lot of tables and space to seat. They have outside patio, in winter time they close it and heat it. It’s cool.A lot of people complain regarding the parking in Legacy Place but there is a huge covered parking.

Great ambience, friendly people, good coffee. Deducting one star because YouTube is blocked on their WiFi network which makes it hard for me to work there without having to use my hotspot.

This location is very cozy and pretty worker friendly in terms of design, while still having all their lounge seating for more social activities.

Didn’t like the experience from beginning to end, staff isn’t friendly at all and it was way too noisy. I’ll stick to going to Starbucks where the coffee taste much better and it’s worth the price!
