Took my laptop there over six years ago. They were so professional. They let me know diagnostic price and the price to fix after diagnosis. They were so respectful that I decided to rent a box in the store. Since then, any IT questions I have, I take it to them. They are willing to answer your questions whether you are fixing your equipment there or not. I would have loved to say, I hope you guys don’t change. For six years, you guys have been awesome. I know you will keep it up. THANKS for all your service. Even during the lockdown, you guys were great. Highly recommended.

I have a small CPA practice. One of my computers was on its last legs and Kostas and Matt set me up with a new workstation with minimal downtime. I was up and running in one day. All programs and data were transferred seamlessly. I have always been please with their dedication and professionalism.

We have gone to Computer Domain for repairs of our PCs for years: from desk towers to laptops. They are honest (they told us when there was no point to repair), quick and charge reasonable fees. They are nice and helpful, a wonderful business that has your back.

I was looking to upgrade my Windows 7 to Windows 10 but I was having problems so I took it to Kostas and he quickly diagnosed that I had a bad RAM drive and he upgraded it and now my computer is like a new computer. They recommend products that saved me money they did an in home installation of Apple computer wireless printer and new high speed router and synced all my devices in an hour. Excellent service in both data retrieval and building a new computer. Kostas Moustakis really knows his business. He has helped with data retrieval in the past. Recently, over a 2 day span, I went from a complete computer failure to a new, Computer Domain built computer with all of the old data retrieved and reloaded. It is wonderful to have intelligent, reliable, professionals nearby!

I’m always weary about when a place gives you a diagnostic fee, and “sees where we’ll go from there” because generally mechanics do the diagnostic fee then add on a bunch of parts which ends up costing you a ton. Not only does computer domain put the fee towards the total price of what you are having done, they didn’t charge me anything extra after the diagnostic fee. Communicated with me every step of the way telling me what was wrong with my computer and were spot on with the timeline they gave me. Even threw in extra parts I was missing for free. Two of my friends have gone here so I gave them a shot, and I’m glad I did. I’ll be back for sure (hopefully not too soon)

I have used the Computer Domain to solve my problems for 8 years. I find them very helpful and reasonably priced. They explain what happened and show me how to prevent the problem from happening again. And the dont make me feel like an idiot!

My PC died before I managed to back it up, and it was chock full of photos and videos. Kostas pulled everything off for me and put it on an external hard drive, plus spent time giving me recommendations on what to look for in a new one. I hope I never need him again, but hes saved in my phone in case I do!

These guys are great! We are a small CPA firm in the middle of our busiest time, tax season. Our server went down at midnight from a power surge with the last snow storm. Kosta from Computer Domain was at our offices at 7 am the next morning to see what the problem was. Power surge fried two of the drives. Kosta from Computer Domain took the server back to his shop, retrieved the data from the bad drives, copied onto new drives and returned the server to us that evening. Plugged it in and we were back in business. Effortless. Cant say enough good things about these guys, saved us from a true disaster!

Mass. Data Recovery/Computer Domain ReviewMy external drive was working very slowly while I was using it on an older Windows computer that was working fine. I ran a Disk Cleanup and Defrag and the drives operation seemed to get worse. Then I noticed that thousands of photographs and music files were gone!I brought it to the Geek Squad (GS) at Best Buy in Dedham. I had asked them to recover thousands of photographs and music files. GS transferred what they could from my affected external 1 TB drive onto another external drive that I supplied. They did not recover any files that I was not able to access. I told them that and they said it would require a data recovery process where they would send the drive to a distant location and that would cost at least $900. The gentleman I spoke with suggested that even though GS does data recovery, I should take it to any 3rd party recovery company!Mass. Data Recovery was the first place to come to mind. I went there and met with Kostas and he explained the many aspects of the recovery process. It was clear to me that he was a professional and had done this type of work for many years. He was quite conversational about the work that they do. I am sure that with his great reputation, he gets a lot of work that keeps him and his staff busy. Yet, he took time to talk about the valuable do’s and don’ts about computer maintenance. He did a quick evaluation and felt he could probably recover all of the missing files. He sent me an email the next day. He was able to recover everything!He and his staff are very professional and trustworthy. I will definitely return to the Mass. Data Recovery/Computer Domain if I need assistance again. I would highly recommend him to anyone with computer troubles.

My 4G Micro SD card got corrupted on my phone somehow and there were over 900 picts that I had neglected to back up at any point. I had several friends, savvy computer whizs, I worked with try to recover them to no avail. After searching, I found Computer Domain and spoke to Kostas about the possible chance of recovering my photos. He went in to detail about the possibility and costs associated with it and I made the decision to take the chance! I drove to Dedham, dropped the SD card off on a Saturday and by Monday, Kostas had called to tell me he was able to recover 962 photos with the loss of only 4 and one video. I cant tell you how elated I am and what a great job they did at a reasonable price. I would HIGHLY recommend Kostas and Matt to anyone that has lost data on a phone, computer, camera card, etc. They know their business and were GREAT to work with! Thanks so much!
