I’ve been here a few times for battery and screen replacements and for the most part have had a decent experience but the last visit left me disgusted. My daughter has a perfectly good 6S that she is happy with. She comes downstairs in a panic that her phone didn’t charge overnight and now it shut off and the dead battery symbol keeps showing on the display so I make an appointment and bring in the phone. After running a few ‘tests’ they tell me the logic board is dead and there is nothing they can do. Even though the screen keeps lighting up to show a dead battery I’m supposed to accept that the phone is ‘completely dead’ and they won’t take a further look at it. I’m then told that because it’s only a 6S, it’s old and it’s time for a new phone. I leave there practically sick to my stomach and head to the local battery plus bulb store. They diagnose a bad charge port and the phone is back up and working in less than 5 minutes. Here is the kicker, the last time the phone was worked on was in this Dedham Apple location to have the screen replaced. When the phone was opened up in front of me at the battery store, internal screws holding things down were missing. Upon further inspection, the screws were found actually embedded in glue that was used during the last repair. It seems liked they were tossed back in there during reassembly and luckily they stuck to the glue and prevented any other damage from happening.
AJ help me replace the battery case. He is fast and professional. Thank you. Well done.
Great location! Very helpful. Make sure to make an appointment before you get there. Seems like most complaints are people who think they can show up and expect to be helped immediately.
I stopped by on the weekend planning to purchase a desktop. They were busy and told me I’d have to wait an hour and a half to talk to someone. So I left and made a weeknight appointment online. I got there and had to wait in line to “check in”. The check-in person had trouble finding my reservation. Eventually he found it and brusquely said, “Wait at that table. Someone will be with you.” I waited more than 5 minutes. This is how you treat a customer who made a reservation and wants to spend $2,000? While waiting, I noticed that the crowded space has poor ventilation, and almost no one there is wearing a mask. I’m vaccinated, but I wear a mask because I’m trying to protect an elderly relative with a weak immune system. If they had kept the appointment they made with me and given me prompt attention, they could have made a quick sale. But they chose to treat me with disrespect and keep me waiting despite an appointment. So, to protect my family, I walked out.
If could be less than a star I will definitely review it in ZERO!!I spent more than 2 hrs in Apple Legacy Place- Dedham, Massachusetts trying to redeem a gift card because all the employees there refused to assist me. They ask me to call Apple customer service and I talked with 4 different people and I had to make 3 different calls until finally the 2 last people (in the last call) helped me to solve the gift card issue. In the past my Apple experiences have been satisfying, but this one was just a totally mess were apparently nobody of the Apple’s Store team cares. It was absolutely awful!!!!!!!
Stopped by to buy an iphone mid afternoon. Rudely forced to wear a mask. (Ok fine on wearing a mask. No need to be rude). Then told it would be almost an hour wait just to buy anything. Upon leaving they had no way to recycle/ throw away mask.
I had a good experience here at the Apple store. I have visited three times and have no complaints. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. There’s usually wait time at peak periods so it may help to call ahead for complaints or a spot on the queue. The store is situate in legacy place which is a plus as there are many stores and restaurants and always great for a walk in good weather. Definitely worth a visit.
Of Apple stores not the greatest. I brought in a new computer and waitedmonths through misdiagnoses until I got a Tier 3 specialist who was wonderful and helpful but only works there 1-2 days/wk. He rotates among the stores. I got a new computer -but M1 chip -glitches are problems well documented . When I try to get through to manager (which is only way to leave messages for Tier 3) I wait for hrs- get disconnected every 20 min and have to keep calling back. Id advise waiting before getting a new computer with a chip and if you do, this isnt the store to deal with. They simply wont answer the phone and now Apple care woman is telling me they said were busy till closing ( which is in 2 hrs).
Terrible terrible terrible store, brought my phone in for fire damage they take the device give me an iPhone 8 (downgrade from my 12) tell me apple care will cover the issue and I will have my phone back in 3-5 business days. It is now day 9 and they have not even finished the inspection of my device it will not be back around for another 3-5 business days and anything that happens to the 8 ( loaner phone ) I currently possess will void my apple care and I’d be forced to pay full price for my new 12. This is going on week 2 they’re going to have my phone all for me to get a replacement I’m not even getting the old damaged phone back why do I need to go through this whole process
Huge shout out to Kevin on his excellent service. He has been the go to person for a very long time. I know for sure anything I am getting from his is always top tier. He knows his stuff and wouldnt ever steer you wrong. I am extremely thankful for him. Keep doing your thing man, I know Apple is honored to have you working for their team.
Professional staff who went above and beyond in helping me with a new charger
Sad experience. No customer focus. Apple chat after knowing the issue suggested bestbuy. I was hesitant and checked if bestbuy can solve for issue and they confirmed. Best Buy to no surprise of mine sent me to Apple store and this store told my to make another appointment. I have very busy work life and don’t have luxury of keep making appointments and stepping out. What’s the purpose of appointments, Apple care, buying pro devices if you would just treat your customers like garbage. The associate could care less about helping. If and when there is an alternative to Apple, you will notice what happens when tou treat your loyal customers poorly. Just as an fyi, I have 18 Apple devices in my home.
Professional and accommodating. Such a great experience.
I went to the store as its about 5 minutes away from where I live and was given an appointment for the next day at 6:15pm. When I went to the store next day, it turned out that the appointment they gave was at a different location. They claim that its not possible to give appointments for other locations but thats exactly what they did. I was asked to leave and reschedule. The store was empty and I knew exactly what to get and it would have only taken 5 minutes. Such a dumb customer service for a trillion dollar company. Really stupid.
Manager was nice employees are a little arrogant... 2 stars because of subordinates n not being nice
I went to the store at 7:25, 35 minutes before it closed after making sure there was appointments online, i wanted to start a trade in for my macbook pro, at least 4 agents were free but the receptionist refused to book an appointment for trade-in saying its too late and they dont have any free agents, i said i can wait and waited 10 minutes, all the agents finished the customers there and went to the back and never came out again although there was only one other customer they didnt offer to take me in, also same time i checked my phone and there was appointments available online ! bad experience for a loyal apple client !!! will never use this store again
You cant make an appointment for Apple Pencil issues on their website. Simply not an option which is awesome--thanks Apple. Pencils have a serial number so why cant you schedule an appointment?! You need to bring it in in-person. I went there on my lunch break and they tell me I have to wait 4 hours to have it looked at. Rude staff on top of it. This place is extremely disappointing.
Left a bad taste in my mouth and I want even the one that was there with the phone issue. Yikes!
This is a very good Apple store location. They are COVID cautious and take great care to make you safe. Making an appointment online was easy. I felt like staff there cared about my experience. I would support them.
Looks like recently, the past month or so, customer service is falling apart at Legacy and I can say from my experience today -- that was certainly the case for me. I walked out after nearly an hour of waiting and no one would take a moment to see when a tech would be available even though I was quoted 15-20 minutes. Just such a lack of genuine customer service. I dont know what the problem is, but I hope that they get a handle on it because the store is five minutes from my house and it is a real shame they cant have some real customer service that can deliver.
The best customer service hands down. My laptop had issues and they fixed it SO FAST. I dropped it off on and Monday and it was back shipped directly to my house on Wednesday. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend.
I had the pleasure to have Tim during my Genius Bar appointment attend me! He had amazing customer service skills and went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t leave without handling my concerns. My husband is now super pumped to have his Apple Watch back!Thank you Tim
I went here because i got an apple cc without having an apple device, i spoke to a Goldman Sachs rep about it and they told me i could be helped at my local apple store so i went to this one...long story short i was kicked off the sidewalk cus i never went into the store...i wasnt helped(all by the manager) and B4 this a rep told me the apple cc was for apple customers only... meanwhile nothing stopped me from getting this card in anyway..... terrible C.S and treatment...sad
Phenomenal service! Very compassionate and understanding staff. Despite the changes made to accommodate social distancing and capacity levels, they have truly done a great job so far. Very well-coordinated team there.
Yes you have to have an appointment or they won’t let you in. We’re in a pandemic, people gotta stop with the entitlement here in the reviews.Had an issue with a brand new apple smart battery case not charging that I got off Amazon, the man helping me was very quick to confirm purchase date and replace the unit within a few minutes.Place was very clean and well kept, all the tables and devices are always being cleaned as well. Thank you guys !
Nice store lil wait for help
Staff was very helpful and friendly, the Store itself is very nice. My only complaint is the security staff hired by a 3rd party to manage the doors are pretty horrible.
Worst service, the manager, Augustin, is dishonest and doesnt live up to Apples policies. I had purchased a new Mac Book Pro in Nashville, and was told that I had two weeks to turn in my old 15 Mac Book for $500 if I returned it within two weeks. I brought it to this store in Dedham (left Nashville for summer home in MA), and Augustin told me it was worth nothing, and he refused to honor what I had been promised by the Nashville Apple store. He also lied by saying that it had zero value yesterday even though I had been quoted $500 two weeks prior when I had brought it to the Nashville store. (I had to force the issue to even get Augustin to bother to come out to talk to me). I phoned the Nashville store today, and they were very pleasant and asked me if everything still functioned and if I had the cord which I do. They said that today it should have a trade in with the cord of $545. I also just got off the phone with Apple Care, and they are sending me a box to return it to them. They also quoted me a price of $545. I had told both of them that 4 of the keys were worn, but still functioned, and they said it wasnt a problem. Augustin told me I would need to get these fixed before turning it in, and that it wouldnt be worth it for me (implying the cost to replace the little plastic tabs would cost over $500). I would never make a purchase at the Dedham store, as their manager is dishonest, and doesnt live up to Apples commitments. He told me that Apple sells the computer to a third party, and the price fluctuates every day, and while someone told me my computer was worth $545 and I had two weeks to return it, it was worth zero yesterday. I suggest trying the Braintree or the store in Hingham/Hanover or Boston.
Staff wouldn’t let me pick up a phone I bought because I was on a family plan. Then gave me wrong information on how to go about getting the phone. I had the email, order number, and credit card used to pay for the phone.
Bad staff management. Not enough staff to handle walk in issues with their products.
Came in at 12pm on a Friday for an Apple Care replacement and they told me there was a 3 hour wait to see someone.
It was a good and efficient trip, but the saleswoman was pushy about the AC adapter for the charger. I kept trying to say I didnt want to buy it and she made it seem like I wasnt understanding and I gave in and bought it. It is being returned, because I knew I wasnt going to need it and could use other means of charging the phone. Also Apple is super lame for forcing people who dont have the means to charge their phone any other way to spend an extra $20 on the adapter.
The wait was to long, more than half an hour waiting there to buy an Apple Watch, and when asked the person on the door what he told me was that if I didn’t want to wait to go online to buy it, for sure I will not come back to this store anymore it’s no way to treat a customer
FYI - Due to Covid insanity YOU MUST have an appointment to ENTER the store. Make an appointment online. You cannot just walk inStaff was super accommodating and the place was spotless inside. Felt very safe. But they turned away tons of people trying to walk in. So please make an appointment
This place is a disaster. Went there with a simple problem. Told I needed to make an appointment, half the crew inside were not with customers. Don’t understand how any establishment could so clearly profile and be anti service!!!!
Very clean, and given the COVID-19 pandemic, I really like the social distancing and temperature check precautions they have in place. Both workers I spoke with were extremely nice, and the one who helped me exchange my online order for a different color was helpful, courteous, and explained things every step of the way. Absolutely a good experience. Thank you!
It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment they still make you wait. My appointment was at 5:30 an I’m still waiting.
Ordered an iPad online and had a seamless pick up experience.
Best store ever in Massachusetts
You can wait outside for hours, somebody will always enter before you. You should put an appointment, i understand, but at the door be more human. Thank you
I went there today to fix my IPhone 7 that I thought for sure had to be replaced. The Manager, Patrick, and his staff were amazing and my phone is fixed. In this day and age where you cannot survive without your phone, I was so excited to leave there with my phone totally restored and I didnt lose any of my photographs or information. THANK YOU!
Over hyped. Average customer service. Haphazard and adhoc customer service management. My first time utilizing genius bar and i was disappointed.
We understand the restrictions with Covid, HOWEVER, today I went with my almost 80-year old mother. It’s cold and rainy. They have a nice tent that the employees can stand under, but no one in line can. None of the signage says anything helpful, for example the only signs were for “product pickup go to this line”. After waiting in the cold rain for about 6-7 minutes, we finally got to speak to the man. My mom wanted to hold the phone she was hoping to buy before getting it and he said that we need an appointment to do so. The next appointment is tomorrow (she lives 45 min away). Again, partly our fault for not planning ahead and calling in advance, but the treatment of customers in the rain and lack of signage was disgraceful, especially for what we typically hold high regards for in Apple. Maybe if the man at the door knew anything without just sending us to the line, or a big sign saying by appointment only with the next appointment time... or even just a bigger tent they’d be willing to share? Very disappointed.
My mom and I went to this Apple store and we agreed it was the best service weve had! The manager, Jason, answered all of our questions and was both knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be going back!!
Very organized and fast pick ups! Good job Apple!
They have a good costumer intake system going. Service was still prompt. Friendly and helpful workers.
It would be amazing to get a human on the line in less than 15 minutes when calling in. At this point amazon would be faster
Love having access to a manufacturers staff via the Apple store, but its hard to get quick appointments unfortunately. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
That was the worst staff, so rude and unprofessional!
Very smooth process to do a purchase
Great Store Great People & Staff 👌👌👍👍
Had an excellent experience at this Apple store. Staff were extremely helpful and took COVID-19 precautions very seriously.
I had a phenomenal experience at this store, and a shout out to NICOLE and WILL!!!! I went in to return my iPhone 11 and pick up an 11 Pro. I was expecting it to be a horrible, arduous experience. No. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. In fact, the whole vibe in the store seemed very customer-friendly and more relaxed than other Apple stores where Ive spent time (even though they were busy). All in all, just a great experience!
Great atmosphere, very helpful injoyed the experience
Phone keeps freezing and they were unable to fix the problem. Made me reset my phone, lost all the settings and apps and still had the same issue. If they are asking for 1200 dollars for a new iPhone, they should stand by the product. Sorry Apple, but Im switching to to Samsung.
Horrible having to wait in line only to have to come back . Im going Samsung IPhone battery dont last
Don’t bother with an appointment at Apple. They make you wait 45 minutes plus anyways. The first time this happened I didn’t leave a bad review. The second time it happened I realized it’s their norm.
Very professional staff, wiling to help you with any needs you have
Their staff is so untrained and unprofessional. They guide me wrong, said the totally different things for phone activation and then a day later finally activated my phone at the other store. This particular store is not recommended at all
This is the best apple store!! I had MANY problems happen in a 2 week period at another location. When arriving here, Brent and Patrick were so helpful and KIND! They restored my faith in the apple company and I fully trust them with my devices! Customer service was PERFECTION at this store!! Thanks again guys!
BEST APPLE STORE IN THE AREA!Genius guys were really helpful with me and solved my problems twice without complaining and/or finding excuses. So far is the best I have been here around!
I went in for a quick laptop problem and Tin ended up helping me with another laptop problem and he also looked at the three other devices I brought in! He was so accommodating, knowledgeable and downright awesome. Id recommend Tin to anyone looking for help; thank you Tin!!
Fast and curtious service
Great in store service.
Staff are nice and my dad goes down there to get his computer fixed sometime. Nice place!
Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this location.
Was at this store December 6th. Went there because I had a broken phone. My problem was solved very fast and very professionally! A very great, professional technician works at this store! His name is Mitch. I really recommend this store. They will for sure help you if you have a problem.
In order to write this review I had to choose 1 star- in my opinion this location deserves 0 stars. My computer had the 3 beeps of death so I had to make this appointment. I walked into the Apple Store tonight for my 6:15pm appointment at 6:00pm. I went to check in but was told to go away for 5 minutes because they only check people in 10 minutes before their appointment. The lady told me there was a rush, but there was barely anyone in the entire store. Bad way to start off this appointment. Then I was approached by one of their ROBOT employees who said less than 50 words to me the entire time and showed no interest or emotion in what I was saying. I told him about my computer problems and then he brought my computer back to me and said my battery was out of place and then paused to insinuate that I dropped my computer and caused this problem (Apple has been the only people to go inside of my computer). Then the ROBOT told me that he taped my battery back into place in order to readjust my loose RAM----horrible choice of wording. Then the ROBOT told me that my computer was not under warranty, which was probably the most stupid thing he said to me. My computer is from 2012 (5 years old)- obviously I know that this is not under warranty. Then the ROBOT proceeded to test my computer and everything came back fine and told me I could go. So many missed opportunities: 1. be a human 2. missed the opportunity to show me or sell me a new computer (which I was thinking about before I encountered this ROBOT) 3. many other missed opportunities, but dont waste your time at this store. Full of robots and very unhelpful. As soon as you walk in the door they will turn you away unless you arrive exactly 10 minutes before your appointment. Go to Boylston St. store---I think there are still humans left there.
The at this Apple 🍎 location go above and beyond
Purchased a computer recently and they were great to deal with. Always have been. However, answering the phone during busy hours, good luck with that and is the only reason I gave them 3 and not 5 stars.
Buying a new iPhone was quick and easy. My apple specialist was Jeremy. He was awesome to work with and made the process easy and fun. He helped me move everything over to my new phone in less than an hour.
Carlos and Patrick are amazing!! I felt a little annoying because after they fixed my problem (phone needed to be replaced) I had trouble setting up the new phone, they were not annoyed and helped me until everything was all set. Best customer service ever!
The representative could have been more detailed in his explanation of the air pro mac we purchased. Thankfully the person next to us was also purchasing and listened to there rep and got our answers. Nothing bad to say about apple products but need some upgrading in sales.
I visit Apple locations frequently this one is managed well with patience and caring attitude not a lick and stick em attitude like some other locations kudos to legacy place
Was just at the store to upgrade to a new IPAD and trade in old one as well as two unused Iphones. Chris greeted us at the door and handled the process quickly, answered all out questions and made sure our old phone were reset properly. Great Service, Thanks, Chris
No real wait but you need an appointment.
Condescending staff that loves to lie in order to get you to spend more money. They told me my phone was broken and that it would never turn on again according to their “diagnostic tests.” The only resolution that they could come to was for me to buy an entirely new phone. 30 minutes later I got home and my phone worked perfectly fine and charged normally. They put shame to the name “Apple Genius.” Have never felt compelled to write a review on any establishment before this experience. Do not go here they will not help you it’s not worth your time.
Manager refused to let me exchange an unopened item for the same exact thing in a different color, because it is one month after my purchase date and they have a firm 14 day return policy. Apparently an exchange is treated like a return and then you need to purchase the replacement item. The contention is that the computer system simply cannot perform that function after more than 14 days, and that no human being has the ability to override the computer system. Hard to believe that is true, and if it is true, it is a bad policy.
I am very disappointed that this Apple store is not very customer friendly. Scheduled an appointment online to get my iPhone speaker checked, others having trouble listening to my voice after the recent updates, they ran diagnostics test and ask me to monitor and come back twice, funny thing is that the technician went inside and called me said ‘hello I can hear you fine’ and confirmed that there are no issues with my phone.
Purchased Apple watch and was told they would help set it up with no appointment. They told me it should only take 30 mins. Upon arrival the employee unboxed the watch and told me to follow the prompts on the watch to set it up by myself at an empty table. Very Poor experience would not recommend.
Very knowledgeable staff. Beat customer service.
I am very disappointed in the quality of customer service at this store. The manager that I encountered yesterday talks down to customers as if they are idiots. I will no longer be patronizing this store. Apple needs to do better !
Waiting over an hour to be helped when I made an appointment to replace my phone battery. You telling me my serial number was broken and you couldn’t take my phone (WTF does that even mean?). You only speaking to my husband instead of me when we went in multiple times when it was MY phone that needed the update, not his. And finally, after finally getting my serial number reset, you gave my phone to another customer on accident after the battery update was done.Sorry Apple, we might be breaking up and it’s not me, it’s you.(Note the store did give me my battery update for free. And the customer who accidentally got my phone did come back and return it. But no, the $30 free battery they gave me did not help me feel better about some random dude having my phone for hours and the horrific experience I had before we even got to that point).
Oh my god. I make an appointment for a simple battery replacement on my iPhone. Your staff run 20 minutes late and then tell me they need an hour to replace the battery. It isnt finished in an hour and Im told I have to wait another 10 minutes. And I asked for a new screen protector (plastic) to be installed. This requires a specialist and another wait when it was pretty clear you could have installed it before taking it in the back for its battery. I bought my phone from this store and it was great service. Now, the whole business model has changed and not for the better. And if you insist on making your customers wait for so long, for gods sake get some decent seating for us to wait in (and some water, possibly coffee!)
I have always had good service at apple store. Ashley was was awesome!
I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. There was no wait time to see someone. Jeremy was my go-to-guy He was so patient with me and walked me through the setup of my Fitbit quickly. I walked out a very happy person and ready to run🏃🏼♀️Thank you Jeremy
Nice atmosphere. Good food and drinks. Good service.
Seems like Apple doesn’t care about their customers anymore. This the nearest place I found for battery replacement and I booked appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I reached here, I have been told they are not available. If they are not available then why Apple executive book my appointment. Also executive treat me with ‘ I Don’t Care ‘ attitude.
No inpatient to customer at all and let I wait and forget u
I stopped by for a few minutes to buy the Apple Watch. Then I asked for replacing the defective Airpod headphone instead of Chestnut Hill Apple store (I do have the barcode, and I did all the diagnostics there). Ive been waiting at Genius bar for about 45 minutes. They pulled me off from the queue while Ive been sitting on the same place 40 minutes (Later they told me that I am in, and that weird). Spend 45 minutes for nothing, Horrible service. I will definitely return my purchase.
I had my IPhone X for 10 months. Part of my touchscreen isn’t working anymore. I am very protective of phone. I had a phone case and a screen protector. I never dropped the phone in water or poured anything on it. Yet, water find its way into the phone, putting this phone out of warranty. This, I am offered a replacement for ~$600 after tax. However, I received a defective replacement, and I had it for 5 minutes. I cannot get another replacement, and I cannot return it for a refund and my phone back. I HAD to keep this phone. Either I had to the phone as is or have it ship to their depot and have fixed.
So disappointed that Apple stores are not very customer friendly! Scheduled an appointment online for the Dedham store to replace my iPhone screen. Since there was no information given about how long it would take to fix my screen, I called the store. Took awhile to speak with a live person but I was finally told that it would take 1-1.5 hours. That time frame didnt fit my schedule so I asked if an earlier appointment might be available. I was told no the only option would be to come in to the store but that would probably have a wait too. I asked if I could talk to someone who could estimate the wait time today. I was told no I would need to talk to the person at the front of the store to find out. I asked if he could go ask that person and I was told no . Apple, train your employees to work together to provide great customer service! It just makes good business sense! I gave 1 star because Apple stores customer services stinks but the employee I talked with was polite.
I had an appointment for 3:50pm this afternoon at Apple Legacy Place but happened to be in the area sooner than expected so I stopped in to see if I could get taken care of earlier. I’m writing because my experience here was outstanding from start to finish. After making a walk-in appointment I decided to browse a bit before going to lunch. One of the employees immediately came over to assist—a reassuring sign of great customer service to come! When I returned to check in for my appointment a small line of people had formed and Josh came right over, introduced himself and directed me to an area to be seen by a technician. He took the time to ask detailed questions about the problems with my phone before introducing me to the tech. The tech who helped me, Peter, was a rockstar. He listened to the issues I was having with my Iphone, ran a diagnostic and was able to completely resolve the problem for me. He was assisting another customer simultaneously and brought over a pair of the new Airpods for me to test out while I waited. When it comes to great customer service, teamwork, and people skills the Apple store at Legacy Place can’t be beat!
It’s hard to reach anyone when you call. Poor communication skills.
Terrible experience. Made an appointment and showed up early but wasnt seen until 45 minutes after the appointment time. Which I understand as they were busy. However while there, the whole store lost internet for 10-15 minutes so nothing could be fixed or sold. Ultimately they reset my phone, identified the connectivity issue (which I had told them about earlier), recognized my phones failure to activate and said I would be better off with a phone appointment with apple customer service. A phone appointment using the phone they reset and recognized doesnt work. After 3 hours of waiting, being helped, and ignored, I gave up and left. Not worth your time, try someplace else or figure it out on your own, either way itll be time better spent.
Very good staff, very professional and they give you all the options including buying somewhere else just to make you comfortable with your decision 👍👍👍👍👍
The whole process of being helped by Apple is bs. Apple goes out of its way to be inconvenient unless you have an hour to spend talking to an automated machine which gets you nowhere and then another 3 hours of your time to sit at a Genius Bar don’t waste your time! Complete waste of time and resources I can’t understand why there are 30 employees walking around playing on iPads helping 4 people it ridiculous. And I’m only here for Christmas presents!!
Great friendly knowledgeable staff
