These guys are awesome. Im a DIY and they took the time to make sure I got everything I needed and all the right parts. They even went out of their way to give me some tips but most of all they were gentlemen and very professional. I will drive out of my way to Dedham from now on. I see some bad reviews, I dont understand. My guess is people went during their rush when all the plumbers and contractors were there. I went during that time, early in the morning too but I had enough sense to see they were extremely busy helping the people that literally pay their bills so I left and came back when things settled down. I wouldnt expect them to drop everything to assist me, a potentially one time customer spending $200.Thanks
