I had a wonderful experience when I walked into Mattress Firm in Deer Park. This was my first time buying a mattress solo, and was a bit nervous. However Rob, my salesman, put me at ease. He was very patient and accommodating with me as I took my time finding the right one for me. I am IN LOVE with the mattress, and never had a better night sleep since I bought it. The store is very clean and inviting, and I HIGHLY recommend you shop here for your next bedding purchase!

Was very happy with the customer service!! Walked in and was greeted by a gentleman named Dario. I was a bit on edge since was on a tight deadline with moving into new apartment the very next day and needed an affordable mattress ASAP !! Dario helped me out with the selection and making sure it was within my budget and even got it delivered to my home exactly when I needed. Excellent professional experience from Rob Z. I havent bought a bed in years. When I started looking I quickly found that buying a bed is worse than buying a car. I had looked at about 10 different stores but working with Rob made me feel comfortable because he really worked with me and did not make me feel at all like I was just a customer or that he was dishonest at all.I ended up with a amazing bed for a fraction of what I could have paid most other places. Rob was great. He wasnt pushy like the usual salesman. My fiance and I walked out of there with the matress we wanted, 2 sets of sheets, and 2 free pillows, for an amazing price. Im a woman who HATES shopping, and my experience was damn near enjoyable.

This was our first experience buying a mattress and John Parpheniuk was very helpful! He helped us find the perfect mattress by letting us try out as many as we wanted for how long we wanted to until we found the one we loved the most! He was also very knowledgeable about all of the different mattresses in the store. I would highly recommed!

I was in and out I told the guy the mattress I had he looked in the system to see what it was and he said to not go with this mattress because this is the one you had before and I was very satisfied definitely will recommend!

I was a loyal Sleepys customer for years and now am a Mattress Firm customer hands down. The service I received was beyond compare, John Parpheniuk and Rob were the upmost professionals and extremely courteous even with me me driving a hard bargin as I was buying 3 mattresses.

The salesman was very rude. Went to buy a frame and was told that I was responsible to dissemble and remove it.

Be aware I just bought a mattress, they delivered the mattress on memorial day, when I removed the plastic it was a used mattress, I went to the store to complain and they just said WE CANT DO ANYTHING, you signed already that everything was ok, shame on you sleepys, stay away from that company.

I have been waiting for last 30 min to be attended.
