This place is the bomb! All the cars there are in tip top shape. We bought a 2016 Nissan Maxima nice and clean and runs great. These guys are honest, helpful and great to do business with.

Spoke with Anthony rep. Very knowledgeable great advise not pushy felt very comfortable Im definitely coming back. Wasnt able to do anything at this time however I know now what I need to have when I come back.

If anybody here was going to put Car Tec to the test, it was me. I bought a car off an online listing from across the United States. My very first time car purchase experience all via internet/ phone and mail. No test driving. No inspections. All faith and lots of screenshots and reading! I’ve read the negative reviews, the positive reviews and finally made that first phone call which was intercepted by the Finance Manager, Anthony. And I was very well taken care of since that day. Best believe buying a car from New York and having it transported to Cali was one hell of a process. But it was well worth it. The experience was pleasant. Every question, every issue, every phone call was always addressed no matter what the time difference was. I’m happy to have chosen Car Tec Enterprise as my dealer. Superior in customer relations and I can’t live my life without leaving a great review after I just got a great deal!

In 2020 I bought a 2016 Audi Q3 they told me that it had a warranty a few days later it gave me problems that something was ringing in the car and I had to pay for new brakes after two months the car had an electrical problem and the air bag and components The guide did not work and when I called him they told me that they were not responsible that the warranty was only for the engine and transmission nothing more

Stopped into Car Tec to test drive a car after calling and inquiring on the phone first. I asked what the dealer fee was, and if there were any additional fees on top of the advertised price. I was told no additional fees. After test driving the car, when it came time to talk numbers I was quoted a price 2K higher than the price online. I was told this was for the extended warranty which I was required to buy. I asked to buy the car without the warranty and I was told no I couldnt do that, the car comes with the warranty. If thats the case the car should be advertised with the price of the warranty included. I would have liked to give my business to a local dealer, but I did not like the lack of transparency.

This was the first place I went to and I walked in just to see my financing options. Sal was who first showed me the car and I fell in love with a Chevy Equinox all black. He then told me to fill some paperwork and I ended up getting helped by Anthony the finance manager and he told me straight up how it would work. Im a first time buyer without any car buying experience and they definitely made it very understandable for me and very easy! I highly recommend them! I purchased a 2015 Infiniti Q50 a week ago today from Anthony at cartec. Anthony has been nothing but honest and helpful. Within the first few hours of having the car I noticed it needed an alignment and the check engine light went on. He fixed the alignment no cost to me and he has also promised to fix the check engine light as well. The car I purchased is beautiful inside and out and drives amazing as well for 60k miles. Place is pretty nice... clean and well kept. Loved seeing a variety of different cars to choose from. I ended up going in with one car in mind, a BMW, and decided on changing my mind when I saw the gorgeous white Audi! I got to test drive it, it drove great and was like new, very clean, fully detailed. I searched around for similar and I honestly couldnt beat the price they had it for. I had to jump on it! I ended up telling my brother about this place and now hes highly considering buying from them too.

This place Car Tec..is the WORST place to buy a car. I dont think they check any cars out before they sell them. Ive had issues since I bought my car about 10 months ago. Definitely dont buy the warranty. They have proven useless. No help and its impossible to get any information. CAR TEC SUCKS.

I worked with Anthony the finance manager who was professional, knowledgable and friendly. He was able to complete the deal quickly and painlessly which made the process enjoyable. Very shady people, I was taken advantage of, the price online was 6k after signing paperwork that I mistakenly didnt read over I ended up paying 16k for a car that wasnt worth the 6k they had online. Was considering a vehicle and until the point of purchase was treated well enough, although instead of a test drive I was only allowed to accompany a salesperson as he drove. Even still the vehicle was in good condition at a fair price, however, we were shown a price after tax and fees which was agreeable before purchasing the vehicle or applying for a loan but which turned out to be considerably higher afterward. Out of principle we refused the vehicle, I suggest before considering this dealer you have a serious conversation about trust and honesty with them.

I was very much pleased by their professionalism and friendly customer service. They gave me a pretty good deal on my Jeep and I couldnt be any more thrilled. I usually dread the whole car shopping experience, but not with this place. I recommend these guys to my family, friends, and you! Hope this review helps.

Listed a truck for $23K and after driving 2 hours from Jersey was given a $30+K bottom line. The owner spoke to me like I was an moron (of course, I am a woman and made the mistake of questioning the more than $6K price difference). Owner actually left just as we got there (knowing we were coming) and made us wait for more than a half hour so we could get hammered. We left $30K richer. So there you go.

Im interested in a jeep, Sal states the jeep is 12,999// 100% guarantee certified. // warranty of 3yrs or 100,000. That right there got my ultimate attention. They let me drive out of there in a vehicle, whose oil light came on a day later. Went to go get the change ( come to find out during process) My brakes, the brake pads ( front and back) were shot. Im driving around on balls tires as well. I take the car back. Mind you they sent me out there in a possible death trap. ( Unbeknownst to me). Anthony goes we dont inspect our vehicles, w trust the individual were dealing with as far as mechanical engineering. ( But again they sent a customer out in the streets with a JACKED UP vehicle. Another annoying thing Anthony says. We not the kind of business to not have satisfied customers so I GUESS Ill have the tires change as a kind Gesture. Huh- what did I miss something. You was suppose to do that in the first place. Its your duty as a Businessman/Businesswoman to do right by everybody that walks in that door. You took an OATH as Owner to serve each and everyone with dignity and respect. Not take them through the ringer. They have no problem taking your money but their service sucks. Im not an angry or disgruntled customer, I work hard for my money and I have children I have to drive around in this vehicles, their safety is my primary concern. Do not ever buy from this place! Wish there was half a star. I bought a 2012 maxima from them and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. The discounted price online gets you in the door and then you only get that price if you purchase the extended warranty from them, which they charge around $3,000 for and it only cost $999.99. The whole process was a night mare and every time I called to Check on the deal I got jerked around by Anthony and the other guy working as the receptionist. I should’ve canceled the deal but you live and learn. So after purchasing the car I dealt with nothing but headaches and I put up with it for about 4-5 months before I unloaded it, which brings me to the extended warranty. So after paying $3000 for the warranty and using it once, i traded in the car and called the warranty company to cancel the contract and get my refund. That’s when I found out that my warranty contract was $999.99 and I was only get $750 back. I went nuts and called Cartec and guess what happened! They jerked me around and didn’t even want to talk to me about it. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. MAKE SURE YOUR CUSTOM IS HAPPY, that’s all that matters in business. DONT GO TO CARTEC!

They are a bunch of scum bags. Do not trust them. To get our registration done we had to pay them. It took over thirty days to receive our registration. When we kept calling about the registration they told us to just change the date in the interim paperwork they gave us. So far the things that have broken on the car: coil, spark plugs, battery and grounding, radiator cracked, water pump seized, 4x4 actuator motor broken and possible case broken. When called they say they cannot do anything to help us. We bought the car less then six months ago. They are a bunch of crooks!!! I will be contacting the better business bureau and the national association for consumer advocates for investigation.

Agree with almost everyone here, brought in an internet quote, agreed with Sal the salesman that was the price, then somehow the price jacked up over 4,000 when I went to pick it up. They said that extra cost was for a warranty they never asked if I wanted and to get me a good rate for my loan which I did not need help with as my credit is just fine. Stay far away in my opinion....sneaky and shady car dealership.

Ugh. Dont even know where to get started. Just go somewhere else. There are no great deals here. Just reading some other reviews and I cant stop laughing. Nothing but fake reviews. These guys are crooks. Watch out for the ripoff certified fee right before you close the deal. Certified by who? The guy who washes it? What am I getting for $1k. And just where is the 156 pt. inspection report, can I see it? And if you dont finance with them...oops thats another $1k or so that mysteriously finds its way onto the invoice. And their completely bogus useless warranty....yup turn that down and youll be wondering where the extra $2k on the invoice came from. It almost seems like the car theyre trying to sell you is secondary to the rest of the gimmicks theyre peddling. My wife and I walked out falling over ourselves about how low these clowns will go to rip you off...steer clear. Just a tip. If you ever feel like youve been duped by weasels like this, the state attorneys office has a great website to file a fraud claim. Trust me it works, they have your back. Used it for another car prep fee we got nothing for from another dealer....total refund of the fee from the dealer. Just keep good records. Any review over 1 star is a total plant.

I brought an 06 scion tc relase series from these guys back in 2012. I was very young at the time so i really didnt do my research on financing and dealing with car salesmen. Anyway the car was marked up 6k. At the time i signed off, i had to pay about 16k. Not knowing what i got myself into, i signed off on it. Only positive from this that i could take out pretty much is establishing credit.These guys a sharks and crooks!! They pray on the week becareful. My advice is to stay as far as possible from them and look for another dealer.Dont let the 3.6 star review deceive you. Do some searching on other review sights. Almost all of them have to do with charging people an insane ammount of money. You have been warned.

Stay far away.If you dont buy the $2000 warranty they charge you $1500 more than the advertised price for the car.Sold my girlfriend a car where the ignition coil was literally taped on and the check engine light came on not even a week after having the car.Check engine light was due to a cylinder misfire and they refused to help.Warranty does not cover all of the repair price and she still had to come well over $1000 out of pocket to make repairs to the car.Of course you will not have me in your system because i did not purchase a vehicle from you.You sold her a 2010 Dodge Nitro hopefully that rings a bell.We did not read reviews before coming to this place of business and I wish we had.Very nice guy when you are first looking at the car and during the financing process always returned phone calls.Once we left with the car and had issues he stopped picking up.When we physically came to the dealership he had an attitude and refused to help.We came back again a few days later and he got in the car with us and drove it on the back roads.Engine sounded horrible and he said there was nothing he could do.We took it to browns on 112 in patchogue (they accept the warranty Car tech offers.If you are dim enough to still purchase a car here at least get the warranty so youre somewhat covered for whatever crappy car they sell you)Who repaired the misfiring cylinder as well as replaced the taped on ignition coil .

I went there to look at a car i was interested and the price was not the same as they advertised (US$3,000.00), more. I wasnt allow to test drive without a deposit. Then when my wife said that was a bait-and- switch scam the salesperson (Sal) decide to be rude and unprofessional.

I dont even know where to start, this place is a scam!!! Dont buy here and ifyou do.. make sure you Know your math and triple check it!!! 1. We go see a redjeep they have. We asked the sales guy if he had the keys so we can turn it onand he said yes, turned it on himself and sat on the driver side until he turnedit off as if we were going to steal it!!! 2. Never did he offer to test drive!3.We go in and apply for finance and they said they will call us with theanswer! Next day we received a call saying we were approved and our monthlypayment would be $377. Jeep cost was $21k and we were giving $5k down! I askedwhy is the monthly payment so much he said wait wait I call you back! 4. 2hrslater still no call so my husband calls them! Oh so I got it reduced to $347 amonth! He asked ok why so much still? Give me the breakdown. Ok ok umm $21 costplus taxes, pauses and says oh oh let me call you back!!! ???? Lol soprofessional! 5. Hrs passed no call! I called Chase and told them the situationand they said our payment should be no more then $267 a month! I called the guyat the dealer back and tell him what chase just told me! Oh I actually got itreduced for you to something similar Im with a client Ill call you back! 6.1hr passed Im already frustrated with so much calling and nothing getting notresolved! When he gets on the phone he says thats the least he can bring itdown! So I said oh just forget the finance part Ill go pick up the jeeptomorrow and give you 21k cash! He refused to sell us the jeep anymore unless webuy a warranty which cost $3,500 which does not say on the ad on their! lol! 7. Next day we show up at the dealer, themoment we sat down his words were I dont mean to rush you guys but we areclosing soon so let me just be short! I guess our money is no good for them! 8.We try again explaining ourselves the scam with the loan which he is basicallystealing our $5k of down payment and all he could say was your taking thispersonal, I just work here!!! 9. Tried giving him the cash but instead he gotnasty and said he had to go so he would just give us our $200 we left to holdthe car for us! 10. We insisted on why We were being forced into buying awarranty if We didnt want it but instead he told me to STOP BARKING! I saidare you calling me a dog? And he said you are barking get out because he had aplace to be at 7pm and he will mail us our $200 which I didnt mail I gave it tohim cash!!! 11. I told him ok I will call the cops and his answer was go aheadheres the phone and threw it on the desk in front of me! 12. I called the copsand hes trying to kick us out saying wait for the cops outside because I haveto go! when he saw I was serious, he started to calm down and called his boss!13. He gets on the phone with a sweet voice now and starts telling him only 50%of the story and everything to his favor! 14. Now its almost 7pm and hes beingnice and apologizes and he didnt mean everything he said and if we can leavebecause he has somewhere to be at 7pm 15.Finally we came to an agreement whenthe cops arrived and he gave us a letter signed stating he will mail our $200!Complete scam and hes not professional at all, hes lucky my husband my husbanddidnt loose his cool!
