Words fail me to say how disappointed I am with Cathedral Company. Before Cathedral Company stepped in, there was never an issue. I have to give credit to the Client Relations Manager, she is amazing. In spite of her amazing customer service, Ive moved to another envelope company. Their horrible production plant has failed us miserably. (Zero stars was not an option, but that is certainly what they would get.)

We have been using this company for more than ten years and they failed us, they did not warn us in advance that they could not have the offering envelopes on time, we are very disgusted with this company, since the collection envelopes is the life of our parish
