Brianna is extremely rude, she was ringing me up didn’t say “hello how are you”. She was annoyed that I was exchanging a bag. After the transaction was complete, she dropped the shopping bag on the floor with my new bag in it for me to pick up. I said “thank you” and she just ignored me, she was extremely stuck up. Honestly if you want better customer service go to the Coach outlet across from MK, they are extremely nice and actually offer assistance.

Tanger Outlets Deer Park, Long Island (NY) location. Found out abt Outlets kinda by accident. Was there visiting P.C. Richards Clearance Store across street. Store clean, neat & orderly as most outlet stores are. Floor Rep Derek was awesome. High energy yet professional, friendly yet not pushy. I was looking for a smaller, neutral-colored (tan) bag I can dress up or down & wear w/anything: sneakers, flip-flops, sandals. Looked at a coupla bags, he said one in particular that was already 70% off had additional, unadvertised 20% off. Obvs my best bet. At the register the young lady asked for email, etc. info. Derek said, Since you gave us your email info, were giving you an additional 10% off. This is a special treat & Im very grateful. I got a phenomenal deal, and Im extremely happy about the level of service I received. I definitely recommend this store, & Derek, to those that visit these outlets.

Best experience I’ve ever had shopping. I wish I got the woman’s name, she’s blonde with a ponytail. Her and her staff were unbelievable helping me find the perfect gift for my stepmom. They excelerated the whole process and I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. She even went out of her way to find a wallet that wasn’t scuffed. 5 stars isn’t enough !!!!!! :)

AWFUL! The customer service is AWFUL!!! Just a bunch of stuck up women that work there! They just stand there and judge you head to toe instead of offering you assistance. I expected more from this store! Don’t waste your time walking in there.

I was on hold for 10 mins before I hung up. I was just simply asking if they had a duffel bag in stock. I have called back 4 times within 2 hours and no one has picked up. I will stick with Riverhead, this store dose not know what customer service means.
