Young boy at desk who took the call showed me Long shank Bolts. 30 minutes round trip wasted to get me in the door for the wrong products.. This is whats wrong with Business in general, Hiring incompetent employees who could care less how they affect a jobs outcome. So now im driving into the Queens to buy the hardware I needed. As a Business owner, I can tell you that ill never be back and tell my colleagues to stay far away as well.
