Always good people supplies little low due to the pandemic

New location, same garbage service. Better have at least 10 - 15 minutes to wait on hold if you try calling there, thats if they dont hang up on you first and you have to call back. Dont bother waiting for them to call you back with part information, they wont. Spend less time driving to the location and waiting for them to acknowledge you then if you try calling. No sense of urgency. Its like theyre doing you a favor. Clearly they would prefer contractors go elsewhere for their part needs.
