Stay away from this company. This is a scam. I called this company because I need to repair my existing sprinklers. They charged me $60 just to come and evaluate the problem. Two guys came to my house, they both had different opinions about the cause of the problem and told me someone from the company will call me back to give me an estimate cost for the repair. It’s been a week already and I am still waiting for my estimate, I’ve been calling to request the estimate and they keep saying someone is going to call me back, basically they stole my money.

They are the most knowledgeable company on the island. The customer service is great as well as the quality of work they do from repairs and installations all the way to blowouts. Have used them for a long time and have nothing but good things to say, highly recommend!!

Stay away from these thieves. They will charge you $60 just to get your money but they don’t have experts that really know about sprinklers. They will lie to you just to get the money then they will disappear. BE CAREFUL STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Be aware that if you happen to be on the same street with one of their trucks and they happen to hit you with the attached trailer, when you call to let them know what happened, the owner will tell someone to call you and just tell you it didnt happen. Even though you have pictures of the truck during the quick encounter and the damage caused. Interesting though, considering when I called to speak with them the first time they said if something happened its because apparently the drivers cant really hear anything going on around them with all the noise from the trailer good to know that since your drivers cant hear anything; they cant possibly be held accountable for any mistakes they make! Really appreciate the cracked bumper & being made to look like a liar!

They will insult you for asking questions about their services provided. I decided not even bother with them. If you want a real-world example of how not to talk to customers, call friends irrigation. They really need to train whoever is handling their phones.

When they opened my sprinkler system 2 weeks ago I was told had leak in line and they had to reroute poly line. Customer service terrible... no call back after I called to schedule appointment. Called another company who told me nothing wrong with my line. Friends irrigation loosened line to make it appear that it was leaking. Would never use or recommend them again!!
