Great place, I finally get help finding shoes! The selection is great and its well run too!

I was so excited cause they had the sneakers I wanted but not the size and when they tried to order them they couldnt..

Very Nice people, they help us to get what we were looking, compared to the rude people in Skechers store, the sales people from Famous store were the best.

They have a large variety of shoes. The prices are generally competitive. Although if you’re buying a specific brand (🤧sketchers) that also happens to be right next door, maybe the branded store will have a better deal.

We visited on 2/17/20 and received excellent service from the salespeople. We were able to order shoe to have it delivered to the home.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Purchased seven pairs of shoes over two days. Two pairs the first day and five the next day. The first day that I went in I had asked about my coupons and was told that I could use them together “no problem”, then when I came back the next day to purchase more shoes for my kids, the manager Melissa would not accept one of my coupons. I politely asked for the corporate number, to which she gave me the incorrect number. When I called customer service the representative informed me that it is completely up to the associate at the register whether they want to give the customer a “one time curtesy” and accept additional coupons (stacking) or coupons out of date. So basically if you catch someone on a bad day you’ll save less money than if they’re in a good mood? Very poor customer service. Especially since they raise their prices to account for these coupons they put out. The same shoes that I purchased at famous Footwear for $65, were $55 if I went directly to the brands store. On top of that she was quite smug and uncaring. I highly suggest checking the companys who make the shoes BEFORE considering this store!

Big store at outlet mall with lots of options, just not always abundant with lots of sizes. Im a 13 so it was slim picking for me. Didnt find anything this time, but will probably go back.

Tanger Outlets Deer Park, Long Island (NY). Store was clean & neat. The Lady who works there has the wrong personality for sales though. Shes not upbeat, shes more of a dry type person. I took a pair of hi-top white on Black cloth Vans to the register. They were right next to some other hi-top Vans that had a sign saying $54.99, so I thought the ones I had were same price. Not so. The white on Black ones I had rung up for $64.99, with tax $68. When I questioned it & the sign placement, she just said, Well theyre ringing up for &64.99, do you want them? $65-$70 for Vans dont sound like outlet prices to me. Theyre comparable to regular store prices. In addition to her unwillingness to help & dry demeanor, this location gets a thumbs down from me. Ill prob return the sneakers to the FF in the Penn Station area here in NYC & visit the Vans Outlet in Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth, NJ. At least they run the BOGO 50 promotions. I do not recommend this location. If you do go here, comparison shop before purchasing. Theres Nikey, Adidas, Finish Line & several other outlets there dedicated to sneakers, etc.

I love this place. I had been looking for a specific shoe before I came here and I didnt find it. But once I got here, they had it.

Shop here before going to any other shoe store! They have to best prices. I had just left sketchers and dandles were $39 there, they were $29 at FFW. I also couldnt find my size but once I got to famous footwear I found it instantly!! I got blowfish Malibu tan sandles for $20! And to think I almost payed $50 at sketchers psshhh smh
