It was my first time at New era. I got my cut by a barber with curly hair. The cut was not sharp. I didn’t feel like the barber was caring about what he was doing. It’s a service people pay for, moreover a haircut; I feel like they should to care. Anyway I don’t think I’ll cut my hair there again.

We waited a long time but let me tell you the wait is so worth it, Angel took his time on my sons hair and he did a great job. He wasnt rushing to get to the next client, he took his time giving us a quality cut. Thank you. I was very impressed.

Made an appointment on SaturdayAfternoon for a 1245 haircut on Sunday. I show up walk through the door at 1240 Not a word is said to me. I wait 20mins past my cut I ask who Antonio is the bald barber in the first chair points to the only other guy in the shop who is still cutting hair.I let them know how poor of customer service they’re providing when the barber who was supposed to cut my hair doesn’t even acknowledge me. All the bald barber could say is I’m sorry. Literally tried nothing to rectify the situation.Not that anybody would want to get their haircut by a barber after they just told him how poor of customer service their shop is providing.And they try to get you to pay before your appointment online while booking and send you a text message to pay. I advise anyone going to this shop do not pay until you actually get your haircut

Man drew is a a1 barber skilled amazing cut everytime never disappointed ask for drew everytime you go you wont regret it

2nd time Ive gone in there; 2nd time Ive had an average haircut. Showed up early for my appointment but still wasnt seen until 30 mins afterwards. And the guy had very little skill. Didnt do my tape line, and barely shaved down my beard as I asked. Was honestly too disappointed to say anything; just paid and left. Will not be returning

TERRIBLE HAIRCUT. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE GUY TO NOT GO FAR BACK ON MY TAPE. IT WAS AS IF WAS SPEAKING TO MYSELF. HE WENT BACK ABOUT 3 INCHES. TO TOP IT OF, THE TAPE WAS NOT STRAIGHT AND HAIR WAS STILL VISIBLE FROM THE PREVUOIS HAIR LINE. WHEN I GOT HOME AND SAW HOW TERRIBLE THE TAPE WAS, I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO BALD MY HAIR.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS BARBER SHOP..

Doesnt even deserve a star. After an hour in the chair the haircut looked horrible and to top it off, later Im told I have two patches of hair on my neck that the guy had to be blind to miss. Waste of money and time I will never get back. Dont waste your time or money going to here.

Awesome barber shop! Its been a challenge to find a great shop here in Broward County. A friend recommended this place and I have been coming to this location for the past 2-3 months. So far, Im very pleased with my experience and will continue to go here. The shop is very clean. Great customer service. Always greeted right away when I come in and never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a cut, without an appointment! They seem to always have more than enough barbers staffed to keep wait times short. New era is friendly, professional, and laid back. No music blaring in the background like some shops, its quiet with some TV background noise. The barbers here are professional, caring, and do exceptional work. They are attentive, detailed, and make sure youre fully satisfied with your hair cut. Ive gotten cuts from John and Fernando and both do an amazing job. My cut usually takes 40-50 min on average with hair and beard. They always take their time and go above and beyond to make sure youre happy. I love this location and would definitely recommend them.

Great place, TV to entertain while you wait. The guys are great and will help you in any way they can. Best to call ahead on weekends but they are accommodating. They keep the facilities clean.

Good environment. Barbers treat you like they have known you for a whole life. It is worth my 20 min drive to get a clean cut. Shout to my barber Angel & also Kiko for always take care of me every time I go by.

New Era Barbershop has the best cuts. Consistency from one barber to the next, even. You’re going to want to ditch that corporate ‘barber’ you’re going too currently and come here. A+

I been going to this barber shop ever since I was a kid. Ever since I moved back from college I don’t let no one cut my hair except for Fernando or Angel. This is one of the finest establishments, not only is the service phenomenal but it also has an authentic barber shop vibes.

Don’t go to Chris in the back. This man messed up my lining beyond belief. I felt offended by how terrible he did my lining. I felt like it was personal like I had slept with his wife idk. He did everything right except the one thing a barber should know how to do... a lining the most simple thing ever. Like I’m not trying to be rude but my whole day was just ruined and I can’t let that slide. He pushed my lining so far up I have to wear a hat for maybe the next 4 weeks.

Hands down the worst barbershop I have ever been to, dude messed my hair up so bad, I went back in there and he said it was my fault? It’s the second barber on the left from the back. Dude needs go back to barber shop. Laughing like it was a joke. I was stay away from this fake review place.
