We did a complete remodel of our condo, including a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Melissa at NEXT was incredible! She helped bring our vision to life and knew exactly all of the little bits and bobs that the plumber would need to make sure it was all in working order. Our order was complete and on time when it was delivered, and we never needed to order “extra” parts. She had thought of everything! Their prices are competitive and they have a showroom to fit a wide range of tastes and price points. Melissa even went above and beyond in helping us replace a cap from the manufacturer that our contractor had lost.If we ever do another remodel, we will definitely be back with Melissa and NEXT!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The person I had the displeasure of interacting with literally went out of his way to be rude. Ended up ordering what I needed from amazon for 1/3 of the price. I would thank him for saving me money but he doesn’t even deserve that.

Melissa is my ‘go to person’. Always pleasant and knowledgeable. The showroom staff seem to work well together which makes for a pleasant environment. However, my preference is, by far, for Melissa. She is the most patient and answers questions without condescension. Each project Is unique and she offers great suggestions/solutions. She cares!

We frequent the Deerfield Beach location and Melissa and Vince are the best. they always drop everything and help us they get us what we need in a timely fashion. and we have no reservations sending our clients in to the store either to pick up their plumbing or to order a new package. the whole staff at Next are great and always so helpful. purchasing and returns are a breeze and we would not consider using another supplier because they give the best price in town.- The Fox Designs Team

Avoid going to Next Plumbing Supply in Deerfield Beach if youre a consumer or interior designer. On May 31, 2017 I brought my client to the showroom to shop for 2 bathroom faucets, tub filler and bathroom accessories. This was my first time there with a client and it was closest to her home in Boynton Beach. We were not greeted or acknowledged. After my client made here selections, I approached one of female sale person who was on the phone and said to us she was in the middle of something and would try to convince one of her coworkers to assist us which in mind my was a very odd thing to say. Why would you need to CONVINCE your coworker to help us? She continued to complain about not being able to leave her desk because she has to answer the phone, clearly this was not a professional person with good tact, quite the opposite. While we waited for the other male sales associate to assist us, another customer entered the showroom and walked right up to the womans desk and proceed to sit in front of the sales person. After the sales person hung up the phone she walked over to the customer, hugged her and proceeded to help this customer who came there 20 minutes after us. Obviously she knew this customer well but, where is the professionalism and respect for my client and I who were waiting patiently to place an order. As a very successful interior designer and former owner of a furniture showroom, I understand the importance of having good business relationships in our industry. and demonstrating politeness and professionalism. After waiting at NEXT Plumbing for more than 20 minutes without any assistance, I suggested to my client that we take her business to another showroom and she agreed. We took photos in Next showroom of all the items my client selected we took our business to a plumbing store in Pompano Beach where my client purchased over $4,000 for faucets, tub filler plus other accessories for her master bathroom. Next Plumbing in Deerfield Beach should not be open to the public. If there sales associates want to just take orders over the phone then close your doors now! I will never take another client to Next Plumbing in Deerfield Beach after this experience.

I bought all my plumbing fixtures and faucets from Next and had no problem with anything. After two years, one of my faucets had a minor cosmetic issue that was remedied by Melissa S., who notified the manufacturer, and within a week, a replacement part arrived at my house. She was terrific to deal with and I recommend Next very highly.

This place has a good selection but the guys that cash u out in the back are very rude and don’t have patience to help u with what u need they even gave me a business card for another pluming supply store down the street cause he didn’t want to help me find what I needed

Terrible customer service and high pricing. We were completely renovating our house and needed everything for 5 bathrooms, 2 mini bars, a full bar and kitchen. We had never been to Next Plumbing before but had heard of it so we thought maybe they would have everything we needed all in one place. Well it was not at all what we had expected! Not one person there had the slightest smile on there face. The first 2 things we asked for they said they dont carry. Everything else we looked at was priced well over what we have seen other places. We ended up walking out because the person that finally started to help us stopped to help another customer and left us waiting for 15 min. I guess they didnt want our business. We ended up getting everything we wanted from National Builders Supply. Way better prices and selection!

I built a bathroom exactly 3 years ago using Next for all my plumbing supplies. I am now building another one and my car took me back to next as it knew as well as I knew that there is no better. The service the assistance the courtesy and reliability are more than excellent. Mila and Pam were more than helpful and made it a fun experience. They have merchandise in several price ranges and work within your budget. Never know maybe there is another bathroom in my future. well i know where to buy my plumbing supplies.

My husband and I walked in to the show room looking for some replacement parts for our shower and were completely ignored by the staff. Finally we went up to one of the employees and were treated as if we were a total inconvenience and annoyance to him. He was rude and brash and incredibly unhelpful. We will never return here to do business. Little did they know we are planning an entire bathroom renovation and we are happy to take our business elsewhere. Ridiculous!

I was doing a job and a part broke so I just rushed to the store. Got there 6 minutes before the closing. The parts door was already closed but the front was open. Long story short the 4 people there just laughed at my face and one with suitcase in hand said “everybody left already” !!That’s pure professionalism !

THIS RECEIVER IS VERY RUDE AND WORKER IN WAREHOUSE ALSO VERY RUDE THEY KICKED ME OUT AT 1PM SAYING THEY ARE DONE WITH WORKING I PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND THEY WERE STILL WORKING IN THE WAREHOUSE AND TRUCKS TILL 5-6PM.I WAS ON SITE 2/28/19 @ 1PM AND IM STILL HERE AND IT 3/1/2019 930 AM AND THEY LADY TOLD ME MAYBE ANOTHER 6 HOURS TILL IM OFFLOAD! NASTY PLACE

I came here to buy some thing for an emergency project down the road when I got here I had to stand in the hot warehouse for about 15 min till someone helped one once being helped they made me feel like a complete inconvenience to them horrible customer service I would suggest new staff for the owner

I went to the West Palm branch and worked with the salesperson and got the same reaction as the other reviewer. They treated me like they were doing me a favor by buying from them. I actually got confused on whose house we were selecting the fixtures for as the salesperson dictated and criticized my selections.Unfortunately we had to order from them, then we ran into an issue where a fixture did not fit right. You guess it, they wont take responsbility.STAY AWAY...shop online. You get better pricing.

I purchased over $5000 in plumbing supply’s from next in March of 2017. I Figured on my master bathroom I would go with the best, I was sold on the auqabrass brand. I asked for it in brushed nickel and was told no problem it’s about 3-4 week out. I won’t even mention the problems with the overhead rain head they won’t stand behind. We are now in the end of October and I still have a bathroom full of half polished and half brushed Nickle parts because I was told the polish were to hold me over. The commutations is limited to only when I reach out and when I do I am told the “outside Rep” will contact me. Which has gotten me no where. I am a business owner myself and trust me I hate writing back to reviews like this But the ball is in your court to make this right....

I walk in 10 minutes prior to closing just ready to quickly buy a rain shower no hassle just needed to pick one I liked off the wall and take it home for my plumber who was currently working on our new master bathroom and a blonde lady with absolutely no customer service skills keep in mind she is with another customer she yells across the showroom like Im invading her space and basically kicked me out said and I quote she cannot help me with a shower system right now. Seems they have better things to do then actually work or sell when your still open and on the clock. She must be the owner, if not then management should have a sit down. I own my own business and I dont train any of my employees to talk to customers in that manor whether your purchasing or not. I can make a lot of decisions in 10 minutes, I can buy a new living room furniture set, a large gazebo, a new fence for my yard, I can pick out a new car in 10 minutes but a rain shower system? Thank you for nothing. Horrible place im disgusted and very disappointed.
