It took them 2 hours to tell me that they dont have the necessary supplies to fix my car door. Its a car door. How does that happen?I will be going back in one week to see if they have the material, provided nobody else has it.---It has been a week and they still do not have the parts ready. I was given a call stating that they were ready and was scheduled for an appointment.Im just gonna go to the Coconut Creek location
King Hyundai customer service was great, hands down. My rep Izzy was so professional and take care is from the beginning to the end even on his days off went beyond to make we had a rental, our car was down for services for a couple of days. Thank you King Hyundai and Izzy. You have a new friend in me. I appreciate you for the stress free experience.
Could not fix my car so I sold it and brought a new HONDA. I have been trying since 3_/5/21 to get my refund $$$. they tell me they will get back to me but never do. I have been trying to talk with manager or anyone but no luck... Hundyai Financial has refunded me but cant give me the rest as the dealership must send in papers. I gave dealer papers but they have not sent them to Hundyai Finsncial.. if I can find the General Manager I will see if it can be settled.....if not I will have to get legal advice. It has been 2 months since they were given the proper papers..it seems that they are floating my money.....
Worst experience ever with a Hyundai service !!! Folks at the service is very rude.. They do not know how to behave to their customers. Booked an appointment for my Santafe there and while I was there, they were so unwelcoming.. They behaved to me as if I was there to beg something from them. They just wanted me to take my car to the dealer where I purchased it. I told them it’s in Texas. Canceled the service appointment and took it to a better dealer. Please do not go to this place for your service.

I was told I need to change my air bag. They are goin do it for free due to a recall. I call they said I don’t need an Appointment. Then my girl told meTo call again To confirm. They told me I need an appointment so I set one for Saturday. We drove for an hour to get here since it’s the closes dealership that will do the service. When I get there they tell me that Neil the guy that services Suzuki is in vacation and that they ask me if I bought the airbag. When it’s free so they told me they need to order the part and come back. They never told me that on the phone. We wasted our time. This guy said he was going call me to set up a new appointment never calls me. So my girl call a couple days later and Neil what ever his name is. Is super rude to her telling her he doesn’t care if she brings the car or not that he didn’t care whether we brought the car to him because it’s not his “problem” whether we want to get it fixed or not. Neil kept insisting that we never had an appointment and that he was there that day. Which is a lie. We showed up and we were never seen because he was on “vacation”. He was extremely rude saying crazy lady take your car to Tampa where it’s four hours away so they can help you. Don’t bring it here. This place wasted ppl time.at the end I didn’t get my air bag services due to rude, horrible communication and disrespectful workers.
