Installation was smooth and easy and he recommended the alignment which made total sense with the investment of four tires. I went to service my car at this location for a tire rotation and my Service advisor by the named of Christian advised me that my vehicle has an open recall and He will be addressing that as well. While I was waiting I inquired to have a tow hitch installed Few minutes later I was given a price and time of how long would it take to deliver due to availability and installation time. Few days parts came in but my original advisor was off and I was referred to another advisor by the named of Jamie very polite and helpful as well. The result are awesome!!! I can’t be happier with the results. It is like came from factory. It exceeded my expectations. FYI you need to let your advisor know if you have the kick sensor options in your car. By the way the Tow hitch is for 2021 Highlander AWD Limited.

I got my Prius at Toyota Deerfield beach… Every 5,000 miles I took it for a check up ( 90% of the time at Deerfield location). The service is always outstanding!!! People are always nice. But Many is far beyond, he is considerate of your time, he makes me feel special. I always have a smile, and i blindly believe everything he says I need! My car rides smoothly and that’s what everyone wants! My car has 140,000 miles and only now my battery died because it was taking care of! My name is Donald Wilson I got a used car from Toyota when I first got car there was a oil leak coming from oil drain plug, they said I striped it I never did a oil change to it they did, so they changed the oil pan for me, few months later which is now I came in yesterday because there’s another oil leak coming from the oil pan gasket now . I bring in yesterday waiting for 4 hours just for them to LIE to me and say I hit something and damaged the oil pan REALLY ??? So they gave me my keys back and told me they would cover labor and I have to pay for the part, which is totally wrong because it’s not damaged it’s leaking from the oil pan gasket… and mike the advisor told me the used car Magee will call me and NEVER did so I’m riding around with a oil leak and it’s not a slow one either, very over Whelming

I went in to check whether I should have a oil change and tire rotation..and He explained they use all the same manufacturers equipment as jmlexus.. but I discovered it was 1/3 the cost! The Toyota dealership was very comfortable and it was a delight to be there while my car was being serviced!! My car was also washed beautifully when I picked it up!! Going into a dealership and buying a new car rates right up there with my least favorite things to do. This experience was completely different, walked in, spoke with salesman about what I was looking for, and within an hour had a deal on exactly what I wanted for an extremely fair price. Visited the parts counter and the guy was nice. Only problem is that it took a while to get my part. He was working the desk alone and hes a talker so he takes his time with customers which is fine except when theres people waiting.

Bought a preowned Audi today and the experience was altogether very positive. Kudos to our salesperson, Keren, a wonderful young lady who was as accommodating as could be and made everything we needed happen. The sales manager Diego was also exceptionally helpful and made clear he wanted our business. The only negative was some jerk in the service dept - I needed the car put up on a lift so that i could inspect the undercarriage - while he did us a favor by putting the car up on the lift on a Sunday he threw a fit when I pointed out that two screws needed to be tightened for the plastic fairing under the engine. The only negative to an otherwise positive experience.

Toyota Deerfield take care of your service easily.The person my appt. was with was out that morning, but was quickly helped by someone else.They’re not the cheapest. You can expect to pay more that a general repair shop, but I go here as it keeps my Toyota with the most experienced techs.My only gripe is that they didn’t rotate the tires on one side and neglected to add the reason why. I had to replace a tire due to a flat, and put a less expensive type as I’ve already got 25k on the ones I have. The tech wanted to keep the original tire in place because of this. Not a biggie, just confused me.

I look forward to my service appointments at Toyota of Deerfield Beach. The people are incredibly nice and helpful. The location is really accommodating, with comfortable places tosit, tv’s to watch, internet, coffee machines and even a cafe to get food while you wait. A They said they were going to give me a loaner car while they fixed my free free air bag under warranty. 4 days later! They charged me 125$ for car rental which they said was a loaner! Do not go there pick somewhere else you have been warned!

This Toyota used to be good. Very disappointed with service. I took my car in for oil change and mini detail. The battery for some strange reason came out damage (Coincidence? Sure could’ve been). My headlights came out super fogged so not sure what the heck they put on them. I received a call letting me know I had to change my air cabin filter (WHICH I HAD JUST LITERALLY CHANGED MYSELF DAYS BEFORE) meaning they just wanted to upsell without even really checking my car. Moreover, they told me my spark plugs needed to be changed? my car was giving me no indication of this nor had the spark plugs been checked or even disconnected from the spark plug lead….Not sure what crystal ball they used to know they had to be changed without checking….they try to upsell to customers that don’t really know about cars….Very sad. They didn’t even bother to make it seem like they checked the engine. They told me they would too off my fluids? Not sure what fluids they topped off but my windshield wiper fluid is completely empty. My other fluids I MYSELF had topped off….was my oil even changed? The mini detail?? DONT waste your time. They don’t do anything to clean. My car is equally as dirty, I’m just $40 shorter for no reason on top of the other $50 I paid for the oil change. Very very sad and disappointed.

This place is very clean and worth the trip to go check out, because its a fairly new facility. The people here are very nice and knowledgeable. Darren, the service manager is a great guy and really willing to go out of his way to make whatever issue you have corrected. Plenty of seating areas inside and out and during the weekdays they have a little kitchen that will cook you food if you get hungry.

Thank you for the service. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Jamie had a great attitude! The service itself took over 2 hours. If I had been given a heads up, I would have taken the shuttle to use that time wisely. I’m surprised that they don’t give the customer and estimated time for the service. I also didn’t like that my car smells bad. It’s a mix of oil and gasoline. I know that the mechanics smell that way due to the nature of their work, but maybe Toyota could put some air freshener in the car.

Normally I would give 5 stars, I came in for a recall and my next service. My Service Advisor Jaime is always top notch, love him...,. but his service team wasn’t this time .. The mechanic didn’t even top off the fluids and left me with no window washing fluid and when the car was put through the car wash, didn’t even go the extra mile to take something that was clear as day off of my windshield. It’s great to offer the washing of the vehicle, but you do expect it to look clean. I had spots everywhere..Jaime had to take care of the window for me. I have spent a lot of money with a Toyota and have purchased all my cars from there .

Before placing my order, I spoke to a team member regarding wheel locks and they said my order was ready. I came to pick up and called the location, where Steven had answered the phone and was very rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. I asked to speak to a manager and he said that there was no manager on duty. A nice guy then helped me, named Tommy, who had no issues helping me and brought out my wheel locks after 15 long minutes of me waiting for a pair of wheel locks.AVOID ALL INTERACTION WITH STEVEN IF POSSIBLE.

The service was not cordial at all. I spent 1000 dollars in 2 hours, they embarrassed me and even misaligned my car. the minimum would be for the consultant to advise that it would be misaligned, as it was perfect. I want you guys to fix it ok!
