HIGHLY recommend! Everyone from the staff at the store, to the woman who took our home measurements, and the guys who did our installation were so nice and helpful and fairly priced. We tore out our carpets and installed vinyl and we couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. Its truly beautiful. Even more amazing, Im currently 36 weeks pregnant and we were facing a supply chain issue with getting the flooring product before our new baby arrives and they helped us find something in stock and within budget to make this project happen! The guys who did the installation showed up on time every day, were respectful of our house, cleaned up everything very well afterwards, and worked quickly. Would give ten stars if I could.

Our new floor was installed yesterday and its gorgeous! They did such a great job and as you can see, its just perfect. We are so happy with it. The installers were wonderful. Very clean, professional and courteous. I wouldnt hesitate to buy my floor from them.

August 2017. We were happy with the price and the quality of the materials used. The workmanship was very good also. The only problem we had was that it took 12 days to complete our job. Except for the last day or 2 only 1 person was working at our house. This job should have taken 1 week at the most. So if you use medallion for tile work try to pin them down on the time it will take to do the job. Job total $7,100.00

This is my first time of using Carpet one for my floor and baseboard replacement. They had a installation problem of my baseboard, I was very unsatisfied at the beginning. However, the owner/manager is very responsible and send their staff come over and fix them.You can feel how they care about their brand and customers feedback. Five stars for the floor and another 5 stars for the management.

This is the 3rd or 4th time Ive used Medallion. They are superb. Re did almost all of the floors in my home this time. The installers were fantastic. Skilled, accommodating, professional, polite, clean and quick. The results exceeded expectations. Cant recommend Medallion highly enough.

Does not keep accurate records. Unwilling to help with catastrophic paint failure.

Great selection of carpet. I was able to go into store/showroom and look/feel different types of carpet. They were very informative and didnt try and sell me the most expensive carpet. They also installed it quickly and did a great job. My house looks great and i appreciate their help!
