Nice - a world away from your newer ice cream shops. Actually looked retro, I presume this midwest based chain had been around for a while, and focuses on the product that has worked for them. I wonder if the customer is maturing? And they will be left behind? The chocolate ice cream was very good. The coffee w/choc was a little tame. Our friend also bought little chocolate bunnies to share, which were a little too sweet for me. The location is in a multi-story parking garage, but it gets busy!

Dropped in for a quick cone, and the lady working was super pleasant and cheerful. Great selection of sweets and treats that would brighten anyones day in a gift box. All waffles are made in house. Dont miss the chocolate toasted cocoa. Took care of the sweet tooth I had after a Long Beach day. Super clean facilities as well.

Im pretty sure they sprinkle their chocolate with something special, because I cant get enough of it. The cakes are to die for, but the chocolates are to Kilwin for.

Yummy ice cream, huge variety of flavors, love the double berry pie! And all those handmade old-fashioned chocolates like chocolate dipped orange peel and marshmallow popsicles. Nice staff, very clean, good service since 1949.

This is a franchise out of Michigan. The store opened in 2000, and even though the one Inland is more of a confectionery shop, this one sells a lot more ice cream. They have tons of yummy waffle cones that they make on site, and at any given time they have 32 ice cream flavors. Their Scoops are generous, plus they have a full line of fudge, caramel apples, and other Confections including popcorn. They also have shakes, Cola. They will validate your parking otherwise it is $3 per hour. Located on the corner, theres lots of parking in the structure so dont worry. And you can sit outside and watch the people go by. Its a wonderful thing to do in this beautiful sunny place!

Great ice cream and chocolate. We come here every year while on vacation. This year the bar next door almost ruined the experience with loud music and bar patrons overflowing into the street.

Just around the corner from where we stayed. This place is always packed but this time It wasnt packed. It was nice, bad the person that served us was very nice bad friendly.Usually I have chocolate but this time I decided to have 2 of my new favorites flavours: chocolate mint, and salty caramel (I do t care for vanilla or caramel) but this is amazing!!!The price can b a bit pricey but since I dont eat ice cream often, it was a splurge!!!

This is my favorite Kilwins. Every time I take my kids to the beach we stop here before we leave for some nice goodies and enjoy them setting outside there parlor.

On our wedding night, my husband and I went there (still in our wedding attire) a customer was so awed by us that she bought our desserts for the night. The place is cute and it always smells like chocolate.

In my opinion, this is the best location in broward. They produce a good product consistently and don’t skimp on the ice cream. Very friendly staff and well managed. Really enjoy the delicious ice cream here.

$10.00 for a milkshake... a bit more than I expected but it was good. Be sure to get your parking ticket validated too so there is no charge for under an hour.

I really like the ice cream here especially the milkshakes. make sure you try some of the fudge as well they make fresh waffle cones and theres so many little chocolate truffle treats candied apples and a lot of goodies.

Nothing special just ice cream, maybe it was me but it seemed very unwelcoming, Im not asking for a song and dance but friendly hello would be nice.One guy stood there behind the server just looking at his phone, the server didnt even ask If I wanted any toppings, it honestly felt like they just wanted us in and gone, or he was being held up ha.

I was at beach and was in the mood for an ice cream. I saw a lady walking by with ice cream and asked her where she got it. She said You have yo go to Kilwins... its the best!She told us where it was and we went.The ice cream is outstanding. Prices are a little high, but they are a block from the beach and thats to be expected.Friendly staff too.

Firstly, we aren’t tourists. We came down from Saint Pete to visit friends. We will never go to this Kikwins again. Our Kilwins on Beach Dr is 100% better in ever way.Customer service provided by Linda and Cindy today 18-August was pitiful. They were equally rude and had zero clue what true customer service is. They spoke in a condescending tone to us. Cindy made an error on the register which she refused to acknowledge. She ended up processing a refund to my card which was not the most efficient way to handle the error. Now I have to wait for the refund to go back to my card. Linda was very unprofessional. Even took the time to contradict what she THOUGHT we had said about how to ring up our party. Because the pair of them couldn’t communicate effectively with us or themselves, the error was made. Own up ladies. It really wouldn’t have been a big deal. Time to retire perhaps?Don’t get me started about the prices in this Kilwins. I called our to compare prices. Mostly because I knew this place was ripping people off. Their mark up from the Saint Pete location is at least $2.50 for some things. A simple smoothie at Deerfield is $9.75. At Saint Pete is it $7.00.Tourists beware. There are much better options in Deerfield. Stay away from this place.

The walnut fudge was nasty, tasted old and crumbles trying to cut it..the worst fudge we have ever had. I should of asked how long it was sitting in the case. It definitely was not freshly made.

Kilwins ice cream is simply the best. Premium ingredients and no corners cut. Absolute delicious tasting. The only thing I can criticize is the price. Its costly that a double scoop ice-cream cone with sprinkles is over $8.00. Like everything else, it will out price itself out if the cost keeps getting higher.The cost of the candy & chocolates is way too expensive. Maybe thats why you find Kilwins mostly in resort, vacation, tourist areas. People are more inclined to overlook the price.

Service was great. Smaller selection than I expected, but that may have just been my perception and expectations. I ordered a single scoop of chocolate ice cream in a cup...it was okay, I mean not bad, but just not as flavorful as I was hoping. Overall, I would say a good experience. I wouldnt my going back and try some of the actual chocolates there or fudge.

Very beautiful establishment. The employee was friendly and professional. This place is a nice treat for myself but the only problem is that I could buy a whole carton of ice cream at Publix for the same price as one scoop at Kilwins. But like I said, Kilwins is a nice treat.

Went there for icecream. The pumpkin pie icecream was delicious,so was the perfect applepie scoop. As soon as you walk in you can smell the fudge. If you have a sweet tooth you may be in danger.

Ice cream is all too sweet for my taste but I know many people love it. This Kilwin’s has the best caramel in town but the chocolate all has a weird flavor. For chocolate, I recommend the Coral Springs location.

I went to kilwins tonight and asked for a root beer float but blended. They told me they couldn’t blend it because it’s not the Kilwins way... I said I would pay the price of the milkshake and they said no. I really don’t understand that?

I took my bridal party there Saturday night at 1030, we all wanted milkshakes and the so called owner denied us milkshakes because he closed at 11. Thats $10 for a milkshake, which was already too high of a price but to refuse service to customers was alarming and not a business I would like to support. The one in lauderdale by the sea is nicer. Kilwins has grear ice cream but poor service and lack of employees.

Never disappoints. Nice place to stop and get a treat, I love the dark chocolate covered pretzels.
