The food was good and its a fun place to go with a good menu. I went there to have a breakfast with a friend around 10 am on a Sunday morning. We decided to sit outside. Everything was fine until a young woman came out and turned on a speaker for live music. She asked if it was too loud and I said it was but a man at another table encouraged her to turn up the volume. The music started playing and, although the bluegrass/folk music was fine, our conversation was over. We couldnt hear each other over the music. I wanted a nice breakfast so I could chat with a friend. I wasnt there for a hootenanny.

Service was fast and excellent! Food was amazing to say the least! I was looking for a place close by that serves a good biscuits and gravey and I can say they exceeded my expectations. Good prices too!

What a delightful brunch ! Crazy Fingers was playing and the place was packed on Sunday morning. We split the cinnamon bun which was so sweet and delicious, and ordered our own entrees. I had the Heather - egg whites and avocado in a multi grain wrap. It was wonderful. My friends ordered the quiche, a croissant sandwich and the arepa.. The place was?festive, bright & crazy busy with many Crazy Finger fans. Highly recommend !

Best. Food. Ever. Omg we fought over which was better, the Benedict or the BLTEA. And they support local music. The Copper Tones were playing today and they were fantastic. Perfect sound level for the space. My first trip out since the shutdown and it was phenomenal.

Nice place, good location (short drive or long walk to the beach), really good food, decent prices, live music even in the morning, pretty much a good place for breakast/brunch. Unfortunately, I couldnt give the full five stars. We called our order in to go. Theres one line for ordering and picking up, so it may take a little longer than it should for to go orders (there were two cash registers, but only one being used - maybe someone was taking a quick break). I still wouldve given 5 stars, but they didnt provide my fruit and no plasticware or napkins in the bag. Since the place was packed, I didnt spend the time to hold up the line and check. I would go back, but as a word of caution, check your to go orders before you leave.

This place deserves all five. With so much to offer the tiny things would be me being picky. Thats not how I like to do things. The Food was bomb. Had the spicy chicken and waffle. That was good. Could be more spicy for me(granted I am spanish and I love Indian spicy so yeah). Keep up the great way and your Latte is really good. Glad you recommended it.

The food was very good, but the server forgot my coffee and the didnt offer refill until we were ready to leave.

Menu is off the chain I want to come back and try all the different items here the four items that we had were amazing went for breakfast want to go back for lunch this place is amazing the only thing was is I couldn’t get a refill on the coffee and I think that was pretty important when you’re having breakfast I’m trying to wake up The sticky buns or warm and delicious and so fresh tasting that I don’t care what anybody says I’ll come back just for the sticky bun’s and take a few home for breakfast the next day

I’ve never really liked the attitude of the servers at Sticky Bun. Servers are either inept or arrogant. Sticky Bun is also way overpriced but today, I felt like biscuits & gravy. With reluctance, I ordered a take out biscuits & gravy. Let’s be clear. The description on their very own menu says it comes with a side of “house bacon”. It’s in WRITING on THEIR MENU. It’s the FIRST ingredient in the description. However, on a hunch in my car, I opened the container, & of course, found NO bacon.I went inside, waited patiently behind two other groups of diners (all the while my food is getting colder & colder) and showed the high school boy that I didn’t get my bacon. He told me “we don’t serve bacon with biscuits & gravy”. I showed him the menu where it CLEARLY says it COMES WITH “house bacon”. He shrugged his shoulders, went into the kitchen, came back within 45 seconds & said “the chefs said there’s bacon in the gravy”. I showed him Sticky Buns online menu which clearly say a SIDE OF HOUSE BACON COMES WITH IT. He shrugged his shoulders again & before he could say anything, a woman came out from the kitchen & starts deflecting & denying responsibility. She says “its Googles fault our menu is written wrong” & “there’s bacon in the gravy”. Both statements are LIES. There’s NO DISCERNIBLE BACON in the gravy. Furthermore, GOOGLE only copies & pastes what they are TOLD by the business. I’m NEVER GOING BACK to Sticky Bun. They were very lucky I was too hungry to seriously argue. Count your blessIngs, Sticky Bun. Chiseling people out of bacon? Just WOW.

This place was great from everything, food, coffee, to atmosphere! Staff was friendly and welcomed and treated our puppy outstandingly. The cappuccino was delicious and done right. Their special with their sticky bun was phenomenal and filling. We had an amazing time here and I highly recommend this place to everyone! Enjoy!

Im adjusting my review from a 5 to a 3 star. Weve been back three times since my first review. The food has been lackluster each time and the service is not the same. The wrap was soaked in water from the vegetables. Tasty, but wet as a water park. Potatoes were cold in the middle and has freezer burn taste.

Their Nutella & banana panini was better than sleeping with that one toxic ex that knows how to do that thing you like. Im not a smoker but I wanted a cigarette after that breakfast. 5/5 would eat here again. I didnt even think to take a pic of my food because I ate it so fast.

Visited Sticky Bun on Sunday (Feb 7), place wasnt that busy. We were able to find a nice spot outdoors. Outdoor ambiance was very good., they had a person playing guitar and singing. My opinion... drop the singing. Let us talk about the food., they have a very simple menu, fast service., pandemic was managed very well. we ordered Heather (egg whites with veggies), Avocado toast and /chicken N Waffles. Avocado toast was good, kept up to its name. Egg white with veggies was nice too, Chicken N Waffles could have been a wee bit better. Chicken is just batter fried chicken, Boy the Waffle was really good with maple butter. We will visit again and try something else.

Hands down my favorite place to eat in the area. Full of locals and newbs with great staff and the best of all foods. Cant beat the homemade bacon curd in house and the select sweets made by the best couple on earth. Locally owned/operated/cooked by Chef Mike and his wife Pauline. Love you guys!

The Heather is very healthy and tasty egg white wrap with their home made bacon. If you want you can get it on a plate and you can get eggs with yolk but you have to ask for bread or it may not be offered . The croissant with cheese is also very good.

GREAT food. I just wish they were open on Mondays and Tuesdays! I have never had the sticky bun - usually I get the breakfast burrito or the classic both have been excellent every time I went.

Looking for a place midway between Ft Lauderdale where my brother lives and Delray where we live for fathers day brunch.I found The Sticky Bun reviews on the net.Located in the Cove Shopping Center, an old open, large strip center, right on the Intracoastal.Funky place that was packed, fortunately they are expanding into the space next door.Your order at the counter and pay. They give you a number card so they can deliver your meal.I ordered the BLTA, bacon, house cured, fantastic, lettuce, tomato, avocado, very good.My wife ordered the grilled cheese and thought it was just ok.

The Sticky Bun is a sweet hidden gem inside The Cove. Live music on a brunch Sunday; has a Key West vibe. Come hungry! I couldnt even finish half of my wrap (The Heather) but it was very good. The egg whites were very fluffy. No room in my belly to try the Sticky Bun but definitely next time!

I love this place. Nico is so friendly and indulges my tangents each time I show up, and has my order memorized!

Food is great. The only thing that isn’t 5-star is the lack of explanation for “how it works.” We waited for a table but were not informed it was first come first serve (we were actually lead to believe otherwise by a staff member) so we lost the table to another family who was waiting. You also should order first, which we also didn’t know was self serve inside at the counter. I think a little signage would go a long way. But this place is awesome!

The Sticky Bun is perfect for brunch. They have large portions of food that is really delicious. My favorite are the potato wedges and the sticky buns. I was surprised to see that they even serve alcohol. Definitely recommend!

This place was a huge disappointment. Apparently they only employ stoners with questionable hygiene. The service standards can best be described as appalling indifference. When ordering I asked I could substitute bacon for the sausage in the burrito - duuuude the chef doesn’t let us do that. The burrito was average. My daughter French toast was blah my other daughters Nutella/banana panini was burnt and bitter. The side of potatoes was served in a tea cup for $5. On a positive note sticky and bacon were both delicious. I asked an employee for a refill of coffee and after waiting 20 minutes, I went inside to get it myself. The girl inside wouldn’t give me coffee - duuuude we have to bring it to you. To many other good options near by. The Crepe Cafe and Dandee Donuts are both much better options near by where the food is better and the employees care.

Have been meaning to come here for a bit and thank gosh I did. We shared the BLT, which had gorgeous thick slices of perfect bacony goodness as well as the pulled pork areap which delighted with the perfect blend of savory/sweet/spicy. Excited to try the rest!

I suggested this place as halfway point to meet up with my friend and her newborn and it was such a great find! I decided to get the pulled pork arepa and it was delicious! That corn patty was exactly how I had hoped it would taste since I haven’t had an arepa in ages. Their customer service was also great. 10/10 would recommend. Get the extra sauce on the side for it if you order it!FYI might be a tight squeeze for strollers inside though, but they do have some outside seating!

My husband and I came here for breakfast and I didn’t know what to expect as far as “good food”like I had read in the reviews... our first bite into the breakfast burrito 😍 just transferred us to heaven! Wow, and the waffle is perfect. It doesn’t need anything else added to it. We got coffee with refills. And if you’re lactose intolerant, they can give you almond milk 👍🏻The customer service was impecable. Michelle and Nico get an A++ from us !!We live one hour and a half from Deerfield Beach and will gladly be going back to try other items from their menu!!

Always a pleasure coming here even though the menu is a little carby for my current eating plan. I almost always get their BLT with an egg. Its the best in the business. Today I opted for a chicken sandwich, their special of the day. Phenomenal. Super crunchy and juicy inside, a teeny bit spicy and a teeny bit sweet, on what appeared to be a fresh potato type bun. Other standouts were an omelet of some type and a breakfast burrito. Well spaced, covered outdoor seating for the Covid wary.

1st visit, oh my GOODNESS!!! I had the BLT, hubs ordered the Philly roll... every time we come visit on this coast this will be where we have brunch! The staff is awesome and the good came out quickly.

If you are expecting to have a relaxing breakfast do not go here. If youre hip, dig live music and crowds, and want to serve yourself, this is your kind of place. Confusing process of order first and sit down that is not very agreeable after a long night. The loud and busy atmosphere was stressful as I repeated my order several times to the order taker. I decided to leave after the third attempt. I give it 3 stars because the food looked good and the order taker was pleasant.

Great place for a fresh quick breakfast I enjoyed the Jersey Special which came with fresh fruit. Service was great and good came fast as well.

Ive been eating around for years now, and it didnt take long to get hooked on the Sticky Bun . Always the best quality and the freshest food. I love the place! Especially on Friday when they have some fresh fish. Key West style place, only the food is better!

My girlfriend and I went here early this morning. Wonderful staff and the food was great. The woman who took our order, was extremely pleasant. I would hire her! The mimosas were good, but a little pricy. I will definitely be back!
