I ordered chairs and were charged for them 6 weeks ago. No updates. I call them every week and they always say they will look into it and them email me an update. They never send me that update.Update. They missed my deliver by date by 2 weeks. When my 76 chairs finally showed up they were the wrong color. You can see in the picture below that the ivory chairs they sent me were not the beige chairs that I ordered. The chair on the left was the one that I already have. I already had half of my chairs in beige that I purchased last year. So delivering the wrong 76 chairs does not really work. When I called customer service to ask about the return policy, she said she would look into it. That was 2 days ago. I called twice today to see what was going on and I got disconnected both times. So they charged me a very large price, for chairs that showed up extremely late, and were not the chairs I ordered. Now their customer service is doing nothing to make that right.
Since I cant use zero stars I guess I need to give them one star. This company gave a false description of chairs on their website. They charged me nearly $4,000 upfront for chairs that ultimately took 10 weeks to get here, and arrive 2 weeks after the date that they guaranteed they would be here by. I never called me about it being late and I had to call them every week to get an update. Most updates were it says itll be shipping in the day or two. When the church finally arrived and were the wrong color he told me that is the color that they call it. And they would charge at 35% restocking fee if I return the chairs. There are so many companies use online. Avoid this one please, for your own good
HORRIBLE. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a product weeks before my event. After a week I realized I didnt receive a tracking #, so I follow up. They tell me that the product I ordered isnt in stock. So I get a supervisor who was super nice- she checks the warehouse and tells me she will upgrade me to the higher quality linen and make sure it gets to me the day before my event. ONLY for 4 days to pass, I receive another call telling me that the upgraded linen isnt in stock either and they are cancelling my order. Now its too close to my event to even find another substitute. This is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL, and I would never trust them with my business again. Save yourself some time and aggravation and find another place to give your business.
This is most unprofessional decor company I have ever met in my entire life. No respect for urgency and update regarding shipping packages. I have order a grass wall from May 25th and I have to constantly call to request for a update regarding this item. I yet to receive the wall. This will surely be the last time I ever do business with this company. I will make sure to leave a review anywhere I can regarding this company.

Ordered a balloon arch for a Mother’s Day gender reveal … only to find it unusable . The part that attaches the arch to the stand was the wrong part. Email with pictures was sent … one reply requesting more information… not sure how much more info they could need… picture showing the piece did not fit rendering the arch useless, the day before the event . I bought several pipe and drape uprights from these guys. At the first event I went to use them, I noticed one of them was broken. They quickly replaced the broken piece. Ill be using them again.

Ordered the spandex sails decor. My product came on time. There was so many wrongs with item on many levels. The item came with no strings to attach the sails like the other event companies includes with item. As an Event Planner for 18 years this item was a bust and I couldnt use it for my event due to the quality of the fabric and having no strings. I must say, Please make sure you are ordering the right thing, because the cost of returning the product is terrible They charge you for restocking fee and you have to pay for the return of 2day shipping, which runs around $50.00. Okay, whats wrong with this picture?
They actually had all the supplies I needed one of my greatest experiences shopping online product arrived on time and in great condition.
They have beautiful pieces and design for sale that are great for events and weddings. I suggest visting there showroom for weddng preparations.

After purchasing the “EZ pipe and drape uprights,” the product has proved to be DEFECTIVE and Event Decor Direct has given me the following answer...“Unfortunately, we do not have a quick fix when it comes to this situation. Only a recommendation to purchase a newer set. You could possibly check with your local hardware store or somewhere similar, if you are looking to repair your current uprights. My sincerest apologies that I could not be of any further assistance. Please feel free to reply to this message if you have any further questions or concerns.”The fact that the uprights are no longer extendable is a HUGE problem for thousands of dollars in inventory. Without the option or information on HOW to repair the uprights, they are useless for our business.“Purchasing a newer set” only leads to the same problem if there isn’t an answer to why they are defective over time.Truly disappointed in Event Decor direct after the years of investment I’ve poured into your company.
I Ordered over $1100 in Ground Covering mats on 12/15/2017 and have not received my items as of today 3/15/2018. It has been extremely difficult to get a hold of people in their office and two weeks ago I asked for my money back and they stopped answering my phone calls.If there was a negative star I would post that because at this point it feels like IVE BEEN ROBBED!!!

I ordered 4 sets of Christmas lights with blink controller, 70$! Only one set works and it took a month to get them delivered! I will NEVER ever order from this company again! Shame on you EDD!
