My lawn mower has a bent crank shaft from hitting a part of metal, that was left over from a damaged speed sign. I took it too JLM and they told me on Monday, that if it can be fixed it will be the end of the week. The next day, I received a call that my mower was repaired and ready for pick up. The guy that fixed my lawn mower was knowledgable and freindly. The girl in the office was very nice over the phone as well as in person. I highly recommend JLM.

Please do not be deterred, if you can’t get them on the phone, they are currently short staffed.I took a chance and drove there with my mower in the back of my SUV.They fixed my mower, while it was still sitting in my car in 10 minutes. Compared to the minimum fees all the shops in the area quoted, this gentleman just charged me twenty bucks, including parts!!His shop is big, clean and very professional looking, and his front showroom was equally nice.I plan on returning for a much needed annual service in a few weeks.This shop is a step above the service I’ve come to expect in southern Florida.Please give them a try!

Great shop with great people! As an Owner/Operator, being without my mower for an extended period of time is detrimental to my business. Linda and team got my mower back to me in less than a day, while all the other big shops have a 2 week wait and won’t give you the time of day unless you have a trailer full of mowers. Thanks guys, you have a loyal customer for life!

I have been working with them for over 15 years and they have always been very fair, knowledgeable and responsive with repairs. When buying new equipment they have always treated us right. I would (and have) highly recommend them to anyone. And to the guy that complained about paying to have debris removed from the belt, everyone has a minimum charge and knowledge does have a value. Would you have been happier if Joe told you it needed several parts and more labor?? They are honest which is why it was only an hour labor.

I have to give this business serious customer service accolades. They helped me identify a part on a chainsaw that came from my father. Come to find out, the chainsaw is more than 25 years old and the part is obviously discontinued. HOWEVER, even though Lynda was unable to get me the part, she helped me get the specific information I need to try and source the part on my own. Bravo to JLM Small Engine Repair!

They repaired our generator and a friends a few days before Irma hit. They said 48 hours and it was done in 24 and reasonably priced. Generator ran for 4 days straight without a glitch and would still be going if our power hadnt been restored. Great service and very friendly!

Great place to buy equipment because whatever problem you might have overtime... they will take care of it. Not like other stores that only sell and when you have a problem they tell you to call the factory. Thats the reason why i bought a husqvarna chain saw from them. Because all the reviews i read mentioned this problem with other big stores. Buy from them and you will save yourself a lot of headaches when you need to service or fix your equipment.On top of all that, they are great people and give a wonderful customer service.Very happy with my chain saw and my desicion of buying from them!!

They did fix my engine it works fine but they dont write anything down when you come in and tell them what you need my second generator they took apart when all they needed was an air filter they threw it in the trash after I left
