This is my go to store for parts. I frequently use the online ordering option due to the discount, usually 15-25% off. They usually have most everything I need. Ive never had a problem with the staff, they are generally friendly and willing to help, a number of times Ive had to use their Check Engine light scan service which is nice. The downside is their pricing for the majority of everything else they offer, I stay away from their accessories, etc because of that as there are local alternatives with better prices.

They didnt have the spark plugs we were looking for but they told that auto zone may have them. Courteous and informative. The line was long and due to covid we stood 6 feet apart with designated areas.

The crew here is incredibly helpful. I had to fix a brake line on my car and didnt want to fork over $200-$300 to go to a shop. Bought the parts and tools for under $50 and didnt even need to research how to do it because they gave me a detailed explanation on how to do it.

Generally send you the wrong part home or order the wrong part for you and it creates a big inconvenience and a waste of fuel and time and generally try to blame their lack of knowledge on the customers
