I love shopping here for my craft needs! Unfortunately they’re selection on many things such as stickers, paper palettes, and stamps. I usually am able to find great deals on other products though. The staff members are always helpful and friendly too!

Disappointed with the choices in scrapbook papers available although they did have the black glitter one I wanted that the competitor did not. Nice selection of yarns though.

I went in the store, curious about vinyl cutter I had the manager (Nicole), stepped in and recommended cricut air 2, I explained to her, that i am graphic designer and that I deal with all sorts of types... During this conversation we had she neglected to mentioned the return policy, or due to ongoing pandemic all sales are final... so when I went in store the very next day to return the machine. Then manager and sales associate deem it necessary to inform me of the of the return policy or lack there of.

Really helpful with my custom framing requests.

I always enjoy going into a Michaels; they have the things Im looking for and plenty that I want to pick up in future trips.

Great selection of products, knowledgeable staff. Easy to find what you need. Wide aisles are wheelchair friendly and plenty if free parking. They are now also a UPS access point.

They have an amazing amount of craft Supplies.

I just had a mat cut for a map I was framing for a Christmas gift and the staff was really knowledgeable and helpful. Molly took the time to help me pick the frame and the mat color and was really patient and personable throughout. Will definitely go back here in the future

The people are friendly here and the store is usually pretty organized. I do wish their jewelry section had more to offer, however. But if that’s not your thing, you may find they provide for you just fine.

Some things are a deal breaker. Ive had good experiences here I the past but I received a phone call from this store today about their 70% off frame sale starting tomorrow. Our states governor has ordered all non essential businesses to close due to a public health emergency and they are calling customers trying to get them in the door. This is beyond irresponsible and shows a complete disregard for the safety of their employees, their customers and their community. Valuing business over human life is despicable and from now on I will take my business elsewhere.

Holy cow! When they have sales, they really have sales! SIGN UP FOR THEIR COUPONS! Visit sites like Retail Me Not to look for coupons, too. They make a huge difference! Their selection of craft items is overwhelming. If you want to make it, they will have what you need -- and then some.Are you an educator? Bring in your school ID and you get a discount that way, too! Ive walked out of there with almost half of my billy discounted using coupons, clearance sales, and discounts. Plan ahead and you will save a TON!

I went here to get some items to finish my kids Cub Scout Pinewood Derby cars. A store employee asked if he could help and showed me a variety of items to decorate their cars. He also helped brainstorm some ways to decorate them as well. The cashier was also helpful and reminded me to use my store discount code. This store is large and well stocked. I will come back here again.

Great place to find many of your crafting needs & more. If you are looking for something or have questions it can often be difficult to get help, you have to seek it out. Prices are outrageous so keep an out for coupons.

This place was so disorganized. They didnt even have the correct advertising up and I had to correct them from the app. Just crazy

I find the prices high. Amazon and Walmart have better prices. If you need something today, its the only game in town...but try to plan ahead and get better prices. That said, staff is always friendly and helpful.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE but their yarn area very small compared to the stores I normally go to.

Workers were very personal and friendly. Wide variety of things. I was able to find supplies for a project I had in mind. However, of you need custom plexiglass, they have to order it. They dont carry plexiglass.

They are doing a clearance of their Christmas items right now and tell me that the discount is 70 percent, but there are no original prices on many of the things.I did, however, work with a clerk in the frames area who was very helpful.

Grandaughter was looking for slime supplies. We were not disappointed, found generic clear glue in gallons very reasonable there. Seemed to have a vast variety of craft & hobby items.

Prices are incredibly overinflated. Dont but anything without a sale or a coupon. Usually, there is a daily 40% off one item coupon you can use because even they know how jacked up it is.That being said, I was able to find what I was looking for even with this particular location being a bit smaller than the one Im used to. Good selection of crafting planners. Ok selection of calendars, craft tape, could use bigger selection of stickers but not bad.

I adore walking around Michaels, if its for something I need for a project or inspiration Michaels is the place to find it.

Great selection of stuff, employees were very busy and slightly rushed in responses, but understandable around holidays. also noted that i did not see bolts of fabric, so maybe i happen to just be more blind than i thought i was.

A little over priced

I scored some awesome deals here. They didnt seem to be as cleaned out of sale items as the stores in Chicago, (go figure.)Ive been to so many Michaels, and have no complaints about this one.

I’ve never heard of a store asking for identification when returning items with a receipt and paid cash for. Then the “so called” store manager Molly wants to argue saying its store policy and can’t show where it’s posted in store. I contacted the police department for assistance. Operator #4 who isn’t a police officer. Tells me she suggests I give my ID she shows ID every time she does a return. Lies. The only time I’ve been asked for ID is without a receipt or with credit card purchase. I can’t stand a liar. The items were purchased less than 24 hours ago. It was the wrong things that was purchased. Nothing was damaged or used. Yet offered a store credit without ID. No, I want my cash that was paid. No ID was needed upon taking my cash. And Miss. Molly was nasty smacking her mouth and tapped the counter as if I was irritating her. That’s when I got upset. Very unprofessional. She needs more proper training. I won’t purchase anything else from there. Too much drama and children being a store manager can’t handle situations.

There were 2 employees on the floor stocking. I excused myself for walking in front of one of them. She didnt say a thing. Was very impersonable. Almost rude. When I got to the register the cashier was playing with her phone. Another cashier came up to the register while I was checking out. They talked about where the new cashier was going to be. My cashier walked away from the register before I had even taken my bag. Never saying thank you or anything.I think this store needs some customer service coaching. Customers do pay their salary.
